- All a la carte restaurants require reservation in advance of 2-3 days. Guests can enjoy a meal for free once during a 7 day stay.

The hotel is as lovely as it looks in the advertising. The views are beautiful. Lots of places to eat in the resort, the food is always fresh and different choices in the buffet every night. The room I was in was very spacious but the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the lack of privacy when you come out of the shower or toilet as there is no wall between the bed area and the shower/toilet. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The pool areas were relaxing as this is an adults only hotel. There was plenty of space around the pools for lounging. Not such a good place for anyone with mobility issues as the resort is on many different levels.

This Resort is a joke.
One time we didnt have any electricity. The wifi is better in Somalia (Its horrible). We didnt get any fresh water and new towels.
One time we couldnt lock the door.

Greatest experience on Crete! Everything is exceptional starting from welcoming and ending with room, facilities, and so on. Very beautiful territory - green, a lot of flowers. Top level of design. The full hotel is built on the rock so it is great to walk uphill and downhill. Different snack bars on different levels, so you can choose whatever you want to have. Food choice is very good, with high-quality ingredients, and waiters are extremely professional and fast. All staff are friendly, very well prepared, and doing the job with a smile on their faces. We got a room upgrade and had our private infinity pool. That was an incredible gift from the hotel. The evening show with dancers and the late evening bar with cocktail choices were amazing. Everything in this hotel was beyond our expectations!
Definitely, I would recommend that hotel to my friends and family.

We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend! Great location with beautiful views from our sea view room and all around the resort, lovely beach a minute's walk away, incredible food and snacks, loved the room and resort decor, modern and equipped gym, great yoga and Pilates classes and more.

if this hotel invested as much money and time in the offered services as in marketing, it would be at a much higher level.
Worst experience so far. Our room was dirty, staff was nice but overworked, food was not tasty, hotel was overbooked, and we were 1 day without electricity and A/C, and nobody was able to tell us when it will be fixed. Water was also shut down for couple of hours. View was wonderful, but that was pretty much it. Right in front of our balcony there were some workers sawing a wooden gazebo with chainsaw (in summer peak season!) and it was noisy and caused even more dirt in our balcony. We were located in room literally surrounded with rooms of employees so we heard noises early in the morning and also at night when their shift was over. Of course, I am not blaming them, it is up to management of hotel to provide rooms and services matching the catalog offer.
Definitely not 5* hotel, for that amount of money you can get a lot more anywhere else. Really disappointing.
