We had a delightful experience at Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel & Spa. We had a pleasant welcome upon arrival. Our huge thanks goes to Mr. Annkush and Mrs. Neevedita..They were very friendly and helpful. Mr. Annkush had been very responsive to my numerous emails shared earlier with the hotel and Mrs. Neevedita always had smile and waved to us whenever we crossed paths at the venue. The two porters were very much humble in their way from helping us around there both upon arrival and departure. The team made sure that we are allocated 3 rooms exceptionally close to each other for our own ease. Being 4 out of 5 vegetarians going there, the team was exceptionally helpful in assisting us to provide for alternatives as the hotel runs "menu a la carte" concept. The plates were a delightful to the eyes for each one of us. We had great food on the overall. Grateful to Chef Sandeep and team. Both main and fine resto had friendly people around to serve us to the best of their abilities. During our meals, we had the opportunity to meet Mr. Dilshad who was very courteous and patient with us. Thank you to him and the whole FnB team. During tea time, one of them also helped us to find our seats. Room exceptionally clean, timely room service, complementary birthday cakes, surprise birthday deco in room. They made sure our stay was worth the occasions we planned for there and memorable. The QA Manager as well as all people we met there were very much attentive to the needs of their guests. All in all, thank you to the whole team - each one of you always greeted us with smiles on faces,keep on the good work, guyys...thank you Booking/Reception/Room Service/FnB, Bar, Boathouse team without forgetting the interns..You guyys are really friendly, courteous and humane in your way of doing things which give the venue and its people an edge vis a vis others!! Our experience at Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel & Spa was truly exceptional. We visited to celebrate a birthday, and every detail was flawlessly organized, making the occasion even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Neevedeeta, who welcomed us with remarkable warmth and professionalism. She is exceptionally well-skilled at the reception, creating a flawless first impression and making guests feel genuinely valued from the very first moment. She went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, showing genuine dedication and care. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfectly arranged thanks to her efforts. The fine dining restaurant is an absolute must-visit. The exquisite dishes prepared by Chef Sandeep were outstanding—each one a delight and an experience in itself. Special appreciation also goes to Mr. Lanedo and Mr Dilshad at the restaurants, whose professionalism and welcoming nature ensured that nothing was overlooked. Lastly, our sincere thanks to Mr. Manav, the QA Manager, who was extremely receptive to feedback and suggestions, demonstrating a true commitment to excellence. Overall, we extend our deepest gratitude to every member of the staff who contributed to making our stay so memorable. The level of care and hospitality we received was truly commendable.

I stayed here for two weeks with a friend in October and had a wonderful holiday. The place is beautiful and super calm; the beach and the view were amazing. But even more amazing was the food! Every night we enjoyed an excellent half-board dinner, and the daily menus were also very good – especially the beach barbecue, which was absolutely fantastic! Thanks to the chef and the kitchen crew. The breakfast was good as well. Especially Ragini was a real blessing every morning — she always welcomed us with great kindness and had the best tips for excursions. Thank you so much, Ragini! The service throughout the hotel was very friendly, though sometimes we had to ask twice or three times for our drinks, especially at dinner time. Thanks to Lanedo, who always handled these small service delays with great kindness. We had a Senior Suite with a jacuzzi in the room, and it was huge. The housekeeping team did a great job — nothing to complain about. I would like to personally thank all the staff, especially the reception team, who helped me very quickly after an accident. They arranged the transport and an appointment at the clinic and always checked on my well-being and whether I needed anything. I truly appreciated their care. Thank you all for making this such a wonderful and memorable holiday!

We stayed at this beautiful and modern hotel in October and overall had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was good, especially for dinner, delicious food and great service. A very special thank you goes to Enzo, truly the best waiter one could ask for! He was extremely attentive and careful about my food intolerances, which I deeply appreciated. The spa service was outstanding, heartfelt thanks to Deepa and Sandy, who took care of me wonderfully and made me feel completely relaxed. I tried several massages and treatments, all of which were truly satisfying. The staff is highly skilled, professional, and caring, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. If I had to mention something less positive, it would be the temperature of the pool water. Even the private pool in our room was too cold to use (at least for me). Also, regarding the sea, it’s not ideal for swimming or snorkeling, you can’t see where you’re stepping, and although the colors are beautiful, the water is quite murky, so you really need water shoes. We also didn’t have a good experience with the boat house. We paid for an excursion, but plans were suddenly changed once we were already out at sea. They said the ocean was too rough, though it honestly seemed like they already knew that beforehand. They took us to a pretty unpleasant spot instead, which felt like a waste of both money and a day. The staff was still kind and polite, but the organization could be improved. Despite these small issues, I truly enjoyed my stay and would like to thank everyone for their hospitality! :-)

We stayed at the Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel & Spa in Mauritius for 7 nights to celebrate our honeymoon and my wife’s birthday and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was beyond exceptional. The welcome was warm and genuine instantly making us feel at home. Our room was immaculate, spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and serviced daily to the highest standard. The attention to detail from the housekeeping team was remarkable. The service throughout the hotel was faultless. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. On my wife’s birthday the team helped arrange special surprises that made the day unforgettable, a gesture we will always treasure. The food was outstanding with a variety of fresh, flavourful dishes that catered to all tastes. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner. The private beach was a slice of paradise with pristine white sand, crystal clear water and plenty of comfortable loungers. It was peaceful, never crowded and the perfect place to relax. The spa was equally luxurious offering treatments that left us feeling refreshed and re-energised. From start to finish the experience was flawless. We would recommend the Sea Diamond Boutique Hotel & Spa to anyone looking for a truly special getaway and we will definitely return in the future.
