Our stay in December 2022 was wonderful. We stayed for a week, but it was too short, as there's so much to do and see. Everything about this hotel is marvelous. All the dishes they have on their menu and buffets are delicious. The rooms are very cozy and have everything you'd need. The sparkling blue infinity pools overlooking the ocean are just breathtaking. We'll definitely go back again.

Beautiful place . Unbelievable good service . Affordable prices so you get the best for your money. Staff people like Debora always smile and make it really unique. If you looking for the best of the best and spend x times more $ you can spend $2,000/ night you pick place like four season hotel etc . If you look for adorable places with great service Sea cliff is the place .

My partner and I took an all-inclusive package for our honeymoon, and the food and sevice leaves a lot to be desired. Most evenings it left us feeling bloated, even after we purposefully didn't overeat. We figured out by trail & error stay away from the bread or pizza. Their variety of food was poor, and dishes did'nt taste good most of the time. There were exceptions but few and far between. There were issues with getting the room cleaned mix ups with the tags being placed on the door to clean the room being flipped to do not disturb. The resort usually serves a buffet, but on our first night there, there was an hour long wait for food, which was ordered ala cart. The service improved thereafter with one or two hiccups that we experienced. Shout out to Ashley and Mickdad, who were really good at serving us and were very pleasant, which made the experience more bearable On the whole, it was a very unsatisfactory experience. I am not sure if the ownership has changed or what it is. But people I have met who have been to this resort a couple of years ago said it was a good experience for them at that time. However, if the food isn't good, it completely ruins the experience. The beaches were unswimmable due to seaweed and trash, which I did not expect, and I really love to swim, which was a negative. Very disappointing. I dont think this resort should be graded at 5 stars. Save your money book somewhere else. This is currently a 3-star experience at best, in my opinion.

Heaven on earth! Service is top notch, Food is really good, the attention to detail is astounding. The staff are friendly and professional. The area is quiet and has countless facilities to pass your time. The only thing that could be improved is the “All inclusive" package, you can only order from a specific menu, which doesn’t allign with the fact it’s all inclusive. The beach needs a bit more work but otherwise beautiful place. Thanks to all the staff, but a special big thank you to JOVINA, KHALED and FRANK
