If you choose to go all-inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times).

Service and staff is very good. Attentive, kind, and professional. Hotel facilities are on par with a 5 star resort. (Superior) Rooms are extremely dated. Showers seem unclean due to this, and Mosquito net looks as if it has never been washed. Sliding door for balcony is old and difficult to maneuver. We will not return on account of room quality alone. We were told the hotel is 25min away from Stone Town, it is in fact a 1 hour drive from Stone Town, even during non peak times. For this reason, the location rating is lower. Otherwise, great experience.

I was on a business and extended for a few days to enjoy the scenery. It’s so serene and had a great stay. The staff are very nice and welcoming except for the Manager. He was kind of rude. However, the booking desk is not clear about number of occupancy. My husband joined me few days later and we had to pay additional $100/night. That my booking was for single occupancy. There were some few tiny cockroaches in the room.

The stay at the Sea Cliff Resort & Spa was incredible! All of the staff were truly welcoming and amazing, which made leaving really difficult because you became so attached to them. Especially Rosé made this stay really fantastic with her openness and laughter that made us feel very comfortable around here. We‘re looking forward to visiting for a second time!

Magnificent hotel with amazing service. Really relaxing to watch the ocean it’s calming and soothing. There was an excellent variety of food with different menus for every day. The staff are very friendly and eager to serve. One drawback was the beach is a short walk from the hotel so you can’t just walk out onto the beach. The beach area is also very small and the water recedes far from the beach area during low tide. The huge pools made up for some of the lack of a beach.
