The Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort Hard All-Inclusive package includes the following:

  • Breakfast (7am to 10am), lunch (1pm to 3pm) and dinner (7pm to 9pm) served buffet style at the main restaurant (wine is served during dinner)
  • Morning snacks served in the Lobby Bar (10am to 12pm)
  • Light hot snacks served at the Beach Food Court (1pm to 5pm)
  • Ice cream served in Beach Bar (12pm to 1pm, 4pm to 5pm)
  • Beverages, including mineral water, soft drinks, juices, tea, coffee, local spirits, local beer, and alcoholic cocktails served by the glass at Terrace Bar (10am to 12am), Beach Bar (10am to 5pm), Aqua Park Bar (10am to 5pm, for soft drinks only), and Club Bar (10am to 5pm, for Club guests only)

Loved this hotel. All the staff were hard-working and very friendly Beach was nice. Walk on the jetty was lovely with the swim areas .Big shout out to Mo at the swim up bar lovely cocktails. Food was ok could always find something to eat The sandman was friendly and his sand art were great. Beds were hard Cleaner was nice made lovely towel art. Only downfall is they do not serve wine in the bars only in the restaurants this has stopped me returning to this hotel as I am a wine drinker Overall lovely hotel

The only good thing in this resort was the friendly staff... We were 3 families and we spent 7 nights; starting with our check in until our check out the overall experience was way below expectations... Room cleaness was 4/10 Food quality was 5/10, Food variety was 6/10, Lifeguard service 3/10, We even had to carry our luggage to the bus on departure.

But what made my vacation truly unforgettable was the animation team. They are full of energy, creativity, and positive vibes! Every show, game, and activity was full of fun and laughter. I stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, it was a very poor and disappointing experience. From day one, we faced several problems with no serious response from the management: • There was no internet in the room, despite it being listed as a basic amenity. • The TV was not working, and our complaint was ignored. • The bathtub drain was clogged, making the bathroom very uncomfortable to use. • I waited over three hours in the evening for someone from maintenance to come, but no one showed up. • The reception staff, especially in the evening, were unhelpful and indifferent. Sadly, we did not feel comfortable during our stay. The level of service was far below expectations. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking quality or respect for guests.

We had a good stay, staff were nice and polite. Rooms are cleaned, towels are changed and water is supplied everyday. Our daughter had fun with the activities. Food was good but it's repetitive. Mosquitos specially at night but it's not the hotel's fault.
