Half Board

If you choose to go half board, the programme consists of breakfast (served in the Grand Savoy restaurant) and dinner (served in a range of restaurants). Soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered during dinner time.

Full Board

Can't say enough great things about this place. The pool and spa facilities are world class. The staff are super friendly and they even have a tennis court. Do not miss the steam and sauna rooms, they are a must do!

Unfortunately, this resort didnt meet our expectations or reached the same level as other 5 star resorts (e.g. comparing to Mauritius). Facilities, pool area and rooms were great and we have nothing to complain about there. The staff treatment was mixed, some very polite and some less. The service however was really poor, had to wait 15 mins for coffee for breakfast, no proactive service around the pool as youd expected from a 5 star etc. And the biggest complaint - the food was quite terrible, more like a 3 star hotel. Limited dishes to choose from, food pre-prepared and maintained rather than prepared at order, no flavors/spices. They have theme nights which is good but only like two dishes from the theme and for e.g. Italian night the pasta station is more a children corner... Food really disappointing! Also, it is Russian owned with 50%+ of the customers being Russian, which can be good to know. Food extremely, extremely overpriced.

We chose to book in this hotel because it was said to be a five-star hotel. Maybe when it opened it should have been five stars because what we experienced it seemed clear that the standard had dropped a lot. The resort did not offer five-star services. One night I had a power outage for about two hours and no one from customer service explained or apologized. The location, nature, pool, beach and space of the rooms were very good. Service, maintenance and features left much to be desired. If you decide to have lunch in one of the resort's restaurants, I would suggest Grand Savoy, excellent service, very friendly staff and the best menu and taste. However, this is the best option for the area considering the price and what it offered

Very nice hotel in a great location on the beach. The room was a good size and well equipped with a spacious balcony. The only downside was the restaurant, which offered a limited choice of Western food, and the quality was a little hit and miss. The restaurant staff were far too eager to take your finished items from the table the second you looked like you were finished. The staff also started clearing up the restaurant far too early and very loudly, while many diners were still trying to enjoy their food. There is clearly pressure from the managers and/or owners to do this, and the staff seem to live in fear if they stand still for more than a few minutes?!! Our room was on an upper floor, which luckily was served by 2 elevators. 1 of the elevators was out of service constantly, with nobody seeming to care. This hotel was quite expensive for the stay and expensive to buy drinks from the bar. So, for these reasons, I have scored it low on service. I would not bother going back.

Loved my stay in Savoy. Savoy was highly recommended to me and my experience lived up to my expectations. My whole experience was amazing from the time I stepped into the resort and the exceptional service from Abdelfattah and Aliya who took care of my check in and provident excellent recommendations of must places to see. It's such a tranquil place for those seeking relaxation. Highly recommended.
