The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which created such a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. A special thank-you to Abdulfatah, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely kind, and his efforts made our stay even more enjoyable. Exceptional service like this is what turns a good stay into a great one. We stayed here for our last 4 nights of our honeymoon, and we were not disappointed! The room was lovely and spotlessly clean, bed comfy and just felt spacious and luxurious. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Brigitte at reception. The food was mostly good, at the Gecko bar and Pescado was delicious, the buffet at the Grand Savoy could be a little hit or miss. I also had an intensive hydration facial at the spa and it was heaven!! Lin was brilliant, the right pressure on the massage and she was so lovely and friendly!! Best spa treatment I've ever received. The beach itself at Beau Vallon, just Infront of the hotel is beautiful, with lovely sunsets. Overall we were extremely happy with the end of our honeymoon!

We stayed at the Savoy Hotel in Seychelles and had an exceptional experience thanks to the receptionist, Abdelfattah. He was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he treated us with genuine care, almost as if we were part of his own family. Any time we needed help, whether it was recommendations . he was the one who made everything effortless. His support made our stay smoother and so much more enjoyable. If anyone is visiting Mahé Seychelles and staying at the Savoy, I highly recommend reaching out to him for any assistance. He is dedicated, helpful, and goes above and beyond for guests. A true gem at the hotel was Pescado restaurant is a next level I recommend to order seafood selection and you wont regret it!!🤤 Thank you, Abdelfattah, for making our trip unforgettable.

The resort is located at good place. They have easy access to Beau Vallon Beach. Beach has private beds for resort guests. The resort has amazing campus, it’s scenic and photogenic. We loved the breakfast varieties and amenities

This is no where near a 5 star hotel. There is zero entertainment, and when there is it only lasts an hour (slow singer at dinner time). This would be zero stars if it wasn’t for Koko and Martha, the waiters at the restaurant. Unbelievably friendly and so helpful! Koko truly made our stay there. Mangement do not care when you raise any concerns. My partner was communicating with Dorothy (events manager) for weeks before our arrival to help arrange birthday decorations for my 30th birthday to surprise me. When we arrived no one had any idea about these conversations and Dorothy did not acknowledge the lack of communication. The reception staff were asking their friends to purchase a banner from town (Victoria) because they had nothing available in the hotel despite my partners weekly communication prior to arrival. Also, your wardrobe space is in the bathroom so this makes all your clothes damp throughout the stay.
