I would recommend this hotel every single time, the lady at the front desk very helpful and she was waiting for us upon arrival, check in was great and very helpful, she explained everything, brought a map of Santorini and explained the places to visit and recommended some restaurants to try! She also was so great when she know it was our honeymoon time in this hotel, she managed to get us a free upgrade!! Whole villa with best privacy only for us! I would thank the owner too to approve that! It made our honeymoon time the best!

Our stay at The Saint Suites in Oia was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our trip was flawless. The suites are stunning – spacious, beautifully designed, and with breathtaking views of the caldera that feel like something out of a dream. Waking up to a private infinity pool overlooking the Aegean was unforgettable. The location is ideal – just a short walk to the heart of Oia, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Breakfast was delicious and served right to our terrace, which made every morning feel so special. What truly sets The Saint Suites apart is the exceptional hospitality. Every request was handled with genuine warmth and care, making us feel completely at home. This was without a doubt one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini!

Beware – This is NOT a true 5-star experience. We booked The Saint expecting a luxury VIP stay, but what we got was beyond disappointing. The rooms were filthy — bugs and flies everywhere: in the sink, showers, pools, and even the jacuzzi. The bathroom reeked of sewage, and the jacuzzi had napkins and debris sunk at the bottom when we arrived. Completely disgusting and unacceptable for a property of this level. There was no privacy whatsoever — staff walked into our private area constantly without notice, destroying any sense of exclusivity. When we asked for help, a technician showed up, promised a follow-up, and no one ever returned. To make matters worse, we received a parking ticket because the hotel never told us we couldn’t park in front, despite everyone else being parked there. On top of it all, our “private transfer” arranged by the hotel was 30 minutes late, making us late for our flight. The only redeeming part of our stay was Alex, who genuinely tried to help, but one staff member cannot make up for the overall neglect, lack of cleanliness, and complete disregard for guests. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere , this is not the luxury it pretends to be.

Saint Suites Oia offers one of the best hospitality experiences in Santorini. The atmosphere is stunning and the service truly exceptional , the staff are very kind, professional, and welcoming. We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we used the pool and restaurant area, and it was beyond our expectations. Relaxing by the pool with such great service was a real highlight. A special thanks to the manager, Mike incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. His positive attitude made us feel truly welcome. It’s rare to find a place that opens its facilities to non-guests while maintaining such high standards. Everything was perfect we’ll definitely be back!
