I will give you 5 stars simply for the services I received from the hotel porters (all of them). So helpful, informative, funny, caring and just when you don't feel like walking they will give you a lift to reception, your room or even the exit of the hotel to adventure outside. We had to wait I think until 11am to check into the room (we got there at 7am) and a porter told us we could pass time by the poolside or even do a bit of shopping outside and come back to rest by the beach side with huts around (within the resort venue). I hope the staff are properly looked after, they are obviously very hard-working. My room had a backyard facing the beach with a private mini garden with table and chairs separated with lovely plant hedges. Could I feel more at home and relaxed? The venue is very exciting to walk around, relax and take photos. I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 separate pools each with equipment and fresh towels, they also emphasis customers put away their dirty towels in provided tubs- so this place takes cleanliness seriously even the rooms are clean. However, I can see this place could improve their services- there is a bar at reception and beach but at least 90% of the time there is no one to serve alcohol when on you're on holidays. Also I can see the building and rooms must be getting quite old referring to the ceiling. But still well maintained even the gardening. Ps. I love breakfast service :)

We do not recommend staying here. Upon entering the bungalow, there was a strong musty, moldy smell. My wife is allergic to mold and began having a physical reaction immediately. We arrived at 3:00 a.m. due to a late flight, but had we arrived at a normal hour, we would not have stayed even one night. The night was extremely disruptive. The TV turned on by itself multiple times at full volume, waking us up repeatedly, and there was a buzzing sound in the room we couldn’t identify or stop. It was not a safe or restful environment. First thing in the morning, we immediately notified the front desk. They showed us three additional rooms, but all had the same musty/moldy smell. This confirmed the issue was not isolated to one room, it appears to be a broader property problem (many other reviews mention this as well). Because of our health concerns, we made the decision to check out by 12:30 p.m. (same day) despite having booked 4 nights in order to minimize inconvenience to the hotel. The response from the hotel and GM lacked empathy, and there was no meaningful attempt to acknowledge the health impact, as we did everything in good faith to try to stay. We stayed for 5 weeks in Vietnam and every place we stayed was incredible except this one.This is an old property, and if you are sensitive to mold, smells, air quality, or dankness in rooms, do not stay here.

The stay was average, but the management was very poor. We had booked an ocean-view bungalow, however we faced several issues during our stay: - When we entered the room, it appeared clean, but there were many red ants roaming on the TV table and across the room. We wanted to order paid in-room dining for breakfast so we could enjoy the beach view from our room. Unfortunately, we were denied, and informed that in-room dining is not available during breakfast hours. We were forced to go to the restaurant instead. - There were no basic medical supplies or medicines available at the resort. I had a fever, and when we asked the management for even basic medication, they were unable to provide any help. - The window near the bathroom does not have a lock, which is a serious safety concern. The window is quite large, and anyone could potentially enter the room through it. It appeared as though this might have been intentionally designed that way, which made us extremely uncomfortable. We had to repeatedly check the window at night. - The bathroom does not have a proper door or lock, following an open-door design that compromises privacy. Additionally, after using the toothbrush provided, housekeeping replaced it with the same used brush instead of providing a fresh one, which is unhygienic and unacceptable. Overall, we did not have a pleasant or comfortable stay, and the experience did not meet our expectations at all.

We stayed in a garden facing villa, which is just behind the sea facing bangalow. For the price we paid its a pretty good stay, had spacious two bedroom and all other essential storage. Gave 5 star for the rooms, even though some maintenance required. Staffs are freindly, breakfast had lot of options (with one Indian dish). Only problem we faced is the access to key attractions, as the hotel is away from city, we took lot of Grab taxis.

Very friendly and polite staff, quiet location close to the beach. We stayed in a private bungalow which suited our needs perfectly. Unfortunately the beach has been eroded from recent typhoos which is no fault of the resort, but you can tell a lot of the sand is missing. Only downside is the resort facilities and buildings are outdated and require some renovations but overall I would recommend staying here if you want a quiet relaxing experience away from the busier city centre.
