Overall would not recommend this resort. We arrived on a Friday and had to wait about 2 hours in the hot lobby. Check in process took much longer than expected. Rooms were not ready until 5pm. Once we entered the rooms and inspected them… they were outdated. Tub was a yellowish color, unable to use. Walls looked a little damaged. Shower was small. Damage at the bottom. Unable to get reservations for the restaurants via the app, phone, or in person. Had to eat most dinners at the buffets. They had plenty of tables empty but did not want to seat us. The Italian place had us buy two bottles in order to sit us. Why!!! You’re already paying for the service with the packet. Would not recommend this resort to any family, friends.

I have been to this resort 4 times. It’s a comfortable place for families and friends to enjoy a beautiful beach, entertainment, and special services. I must admit that we started with a few problems that were fixed promptly. The good by far overshadows the bad. When we first started attending there were stricter dress codes that I appreciated at the specialized restaurants, but the change did not upset my stay. Make sure you buy the premium wristband for the little extras you get. My favorite restaurant was the Italian! The chef came out and went out of his way to find gluten free bread for our friend! All of the dishes were superb! The beach is beautiful, and if you’re hungry anytime, there is always a place to get a meal! I love this resort! If something isn’t good, just ask. They’ll fix it! I recommend the hacienda’s Junior or one bedroom suite. Go make great memories! This resort is an A+ in my book! Victor, the bell boy is the best!

Great experience and super attention from the entertainment team. They are very welcoming and engaged for both kids and adults! Specifically had excellent interactions with Nahomi, Abril, Leo, Marlon and Carlo and a special thanks to Alexis in the teen club for his positive attitude and attentive care of the kids! Many great employees .. also thanks to the transportation crew for their steady effort moving everyone through the resort every 15 min .. all day 😎 Final note that the nightly shows are fantastic for a resort of this size! The production, talent and costumes as well as the musicians are all excellent!!

Service was great. Vicente our waiter at breakfast was fantastic. However having to pay for good seats by the pool at an all inclusive is wild to me. Also elevator broke half way through our stay. Our room was fantastic. Pools close at 8pm. Kinda early if you ask me but that is small grapes compaired to having to pay for seating, food or massages. Other resorts offer more for the same amount we paid here. Won't be back.

Spent a week here with my family! Overall, great experience! Many wonderful workers focused on customer service. Specifically my 11 year son had a great time at the Teen Club under Alex's supervision and the staff at the Avenue Bar were very friendly and mixed great drinks all week long! The only thing that I could see needing improved/updated is the guest rooms. Otherwise, a wonderful week!
