    My husband and I stayed five days at Sandals Royal Caribbean for our Anniversary. This is a beautiful resort, very relaxing if you are looking for a relaxing resort with all the amenities. The rooms are beautiful, the restaurants serve good food, the grounds are well maintained. The ocean view is awesome. Can't wait to go back next year. The hospitality is awesome 👍

    We had the most phenomenal trip to Sandals Royal Caribbean. We resort was awesome. The view from our room amazing. All the staff was friendly, professional and genuine "really sincere people". The food was delicious. We went for our Thirty Year anniversiry and my wife being cancer free. If you need to refresh I would encourage you to plan a trip.

    Sandals Royal Carribean did not disappoint. Shadeen (wedding planning office) went above and beyond. To add some further detail, my wife and I had been planning our vowel renewal in Jamaica through Sandals and it was poor. HOWEVER, as soon as we get to the resort Shadeen makes it look effortless and there is no stress. Her attention to detail and "customer first" approach is great. She made our vowels renewal exactly what we wanted, thank you Shadeen you were amazing! Our butlers lan and Nicole were exceptional and in all honesty they made our stay. Both made our individual birthdays special and made us feel special on each. To be honest, I think if we didn't have lan and Nicole I don't think our stay would of been what it was, they were amazing, friendly, professional and easy going, thank you both. The maintenance team on the beach were also great and keep the beach in pristine condition whilst also being pleasant and professional. Few comments for improvement. My wife and I went to the sushi restaurant in Montego Bay and was met with abit of hostility when asking for Perrier water that we had thought our butler had arranged, it was as if the server w looking down on us, however she did warm u wards the end.

    We had a wonderful experience at Sandals Royal Caribbean. This was our 1st experience with any Sandals Resort and it did not disappoint. We went for our 24th anniversary. Our butler's Jerome and Kristof really made our trip extra special. I've never had a service like that before so it was hard for me to ask for things but they never made me feel like I was bothering them and encouraged me to call or text. We are looking forward to exploring more of the Sandals resorts in the future!

    Just finished our first vacation to Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay. We had a nice time overall but I was definitely disappointed in the experience at Sandals. We paid so much money for our trip and was left still wanting more. The resort didn't inform us that there was construction right next door to our building the entire week we were there, starting as early as 7 am. There was also repairs and construction happening right outside our room for 3 days straight. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, my husband even tried sleeping on the couch in our room. The smoke detector flashed brightly all night long right above our heads. The lunch options were mediocre. We waited 45 minutes for two gross pizzas from the pizza restaurant on resort. Room service was not good, our nachos were completely stale and burgers were overcooked and dry. The croque monsieurr my husband got was cold and cheese wasn't even melted. We were constantly bothered by calls to our room to book another vacation, photographers wanting to take our pictures, spa staff coming up to us on the beach to schedule services, and locals yelling at us from the water to buy their trinkets. Our in room bar was only stocked 3 times for the 7 nights we stayed. We did get massages that were overpriced and not worth the money. The dinner options were good for the most part, that was probably the best part of the trip. The tub and shower in our room were great and the view was good as well. Overall just disappointed in our experience, thankfully my husband and I still had fun relaxing in the sun, but the resort needs work.
