Our wedding planner Michelle, kadia and cejay our bar tender was amazing. I would highly recommend Kadia on the drinks. The food was amazing. Our Butlers were the best Aheekem and Donavan. They made our wedding trip very memorable. Highly recommend SANDALS OCHI

My experience at Sandals Ochi was absolutely great! We stayed from March 27 to March 30, and I honestly didn't want to leave. First off, the customer service was top-notch. Everyone we interacted with—from the lobby staff and butlers to waitresses and housekeeping, hop/shuttle drivers—was amicable and incredibly helpful. The property and rooms were kept meticulously clean. I loved that each quarter had its own shared pool, so we didn’t always have to trek to the main pool area. Speaking of which, the hillside resort is HUGE! Be prepared to get your steps in; my spouse and I were definitely burning some calories walking from our room to the hop or lobby instead of requesting a ride. In terms of entertainment, I felt there could have been a bit more variety. The most we experienced was some pool volleyball and a “guess the movie/series/cartoon” game during our stay. They do have a nightly show/concert at the seaside resort, which added some fun, but you have to take the hop to get there. The food was also fantastic at the restaurants we dined at, including Tapas, Dinos, The Great House Café, Jerk Shack, Southern Table, The Reef Terrace, and Vista Sky. I did find the portions to be a bit smaller compared to other resorts I've visited with buffet options, but that didn't take away from how great the food was. The staff was always attentive, checking in on us throughout our meals, which made us feel well cared for. Overall, it was an absolute pleasure staying at Sandals Ochi. I can't recommend it enough if you're looking for a wonderful getaway!

Sandals Ochi was my first Sandals experience and my first time in Jamaica, and can definitely tell you that I will be back! The resort is beautiful, but the people are even more beautiful! Every person that I encountered was happy, friendly, and made it a point to speak to me! They are always willing to help and do whatever they can to make your time as wonderful as possible, even if it’s just with a smile! Every drink and every bite of food I had was delicious. The restaurants and bars are incredible and have the most beautiful settings and views! My room was private and secluded but was also just steps away from the main building and the hop stop, which made getting around the resort a breeze! I highly recommend booking yourself a treatment at the spa as well. I had a massage and it was over the top! I can’t say enough good things about this resort! Thank you to everyone in the Sandals family for making me feel at home away from home!

Kadia and Romone the bartender, Crisan Whyte the Wedding planner was spectacular. Joycelyn my make up artist and massage ther. is a gift from Heaven. Our last day at Sandals Ochi is April 30th and We are not ready to leave. The food and drinks for Vow renewal and through out resort will never forget. Everyone is so friendly on entire resort made us feel like family. We will be back with our group of friends

Enjoyed the resort overall we stayed on the hillside. Felt safe and secure. Food was good although thought there would be more choices and snacks. Service was slow. Nice coffee bar. Room was clean and had all necessary amenities. Pools were clean and not crowded. Enjoyed the gym did an ab workout with the trainer - she was great! Only did one excursion as they were all expensive- rode horses on the beach which was fun.
