Sandals Negril is an amazing all inclusive resort for adults only. The beach is amazing, and they have rooms right in front of it. The sunset view is a strong reason for getting a room there. Food is good, slightly above all inclusive level. Entertainment is corny, but we didn't go there looking for it anyway. Rooms are nice, although a bit dated. They are renewing some of them, so it may be something they are addressing. There are great people working there. Andrea B., in the beachside restaurant, is one of them. The photographers are also all good and fun to work with. Special kudos to the diving shop team, I had a great time diving with them and getting my Advanced Open Water certification there (Emron is a very good instructor!). I hope to get back there, it's certainly worth coming back!

We just got back from Sandals Negril, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The resort is absolutely beautiful — right on Seven Mile Beach with the most gorgeous turquoise water and sunsets that look like a painting. Everything about the place just feels peaceful, romantic, and perfectly relaxing. What truly made our trip unforgettable, though, was our incredible butler Orlando. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He reserved the best beach chairs for us every morning, surprised us with little treats and drinks throughout the day, and even set up the most romantic dinners. He somehow always knew what we needed before we even asked! Both butlers (Orlando and Gawayne) were warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. We felt completely spoiled the entire time — and honestly, we missed them as soon as we left! The food was delicious at every restaurant, the drinks were always flowing, and every single staff member we met was kind and welcoming. You can really tell that everyone there loves what they do.

We just returned Saturday Oct 11th 2025 and Sandals Negril is an incredible experience! The resort property is beautiful, natural and very well maintained. This is our 4th Sandals visit (2xbahamas 1xbeaches negril) and the quality of service and food is outstanding and I think it’s why they have alot of returning guests. Special shoutout to Hudari(I think that was his name) that we met at arrival and helped us to our room, he was incredibly helpful and we got to see him Saturday when we left. All the resort staff is really nice and they do whatever they can to make sure you’re taken care of ! I would definitely recommend and would love to return to Sandals Negril, however am very eager to check out all the Sandals properties! Food is incredible especially at Brava, this is above average food for a resort as all the restaurants were, reservations were easy to get even the morning of the same day. Crema coffee was incredible and the girls worked hard to keep the wait time short. Pros: Property, staff, food, size of resort (smaller which is what we love) everything is outside (which is what we love) we only sat inside at Sundowner but had the option to sit outside. 7 mile beach incredible Caribbean night on the beach was incredible, excellent job with that Sandals! Cons: Make sure when booking you ask if your room has a balcony if it’s important to you, not all rooms have balconies which was very surprising to us. Drink service on the beach could have been more frequent, I think we only had drinks offered on the beach 2 days. Better jerk! We’ve been to Jamaica 8 times and would have loved to have a jerk hut or something a bit more legit then was offered at Perla. Not to say the one at Perla wasn’t good, it just didn’t seem as legit as we’ve had in Jamaica!

We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon at Sandals. We booked a few excursions through the resort and had a great time. The food was lack luster but our service was always good. I’d say the food across the resort was 6/10. We also asked to move rooms due to construction and they moved us immediately and allowed us to check the room first before moving our belongings. We had a great time taking photos on the beach and along the walkways. And we would highly recommend the extra cost of a dinner on the beach. However, after we returned home and had purchased many photos, we could not access them. After a week of emails and a phone call to Epix, they refunded us for losing our photos. Precious memories gone. Devastating and heartbreaking. We still would stay again, but probably wouldn’t bother with photography. We would’ve taken more photos of ourselves there had we known. We recommend bringing some cash to tip drivers, staff, etc.

The Piano Bar at Sandals Negril was an absolute vibe! The bartenders took such great care of us — their service was excellent, and they were all so friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to Charelton, who went above and beyond to make sure our drinks were perfect and our experience unforgettable. His energy and professionalism truly stood out! The entire staff at this resort is amazing — always warm, welcoming, and ready to make you feel right at home. The entertainment was phenomenal and kept the nights full of laughter and fun. I wish there was a washer and dryer available for guests to do their own laundry prior to departing. Although, there is laundry services available for a cost. Thank you, Sandals Negril, for such an incredible trip. Jamaica owes us nothing ❤️ We can’t wait to come back!
