Sandals Negril made our first trip to the area unforgettable. My wife and I were married and Sandals Ochi, so that location will always have special place in my heart. However, Sandals Negril location is next level! We stayed in a walk‑out oceanfront suite just steps from the beach, and the amenities (Ice Cream Parlor with excellent cookies) and restaurants (Perla's jerk chicken and Shrimp tacos; Sundown's surf and turf) were excellent. Sandals also went all out for their spectacular New Years Eve celebration. Absolutely amazing! What truly set this resort apart was the incredible staff. Brendon made the best drinks on the property, and Ms. Karlene, Judith, and Rochelle greeted us with warmth and great conversation every day. Careca Brown and Jevoy went above and beyond with amazing service, and helpful island recommendations. By midweek, they felt like family. Sandals Negril exceeded every expectation. 1/20 -1/27/26 We enjoyed a week at this wonderful property. Our room was on the second floor of the Bamboo Grove building. It was clean and the ac worked well and the ceiling fan was quite. The room was well stocked with waters, beer, spirits and wine. It also had a coffee pot, however we enjoyed room service coffee most mornings. The pool area was nice and we spent lots of our visit there. The beach is fabulous and going for walks is a MUST do. IMHO. I tried the water sking and it was a blast, nice equipment and workers. All the restaurants were great but I personally liked the Sundowner and the Barefoot the best. I would be remiss if I didn't mention two of the nicest people ever. Ann Marie a restaurant server, she was absolutely fantastic! A truly wonderful person and she just shines with kindness. Also Triishan, a restaurant supervisor, her smile lights up the room a mile away. It is amazing how she can remember our names so easily. This Resort is lucky to have employees this passionate about pleasing guests. We are looking forward to returning sometime in the future. Gordy & Joanne

This is our third sandals resort so far and we are completely blown away. We had such an exceptional time in Negril. From the beautiful beach to the variety of water sports, the wonderful service and delicious food, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Raymar from the first impression was incredible. He was kind and showed us around the resort, making us feel right at home. Britney from the coffee shop knew my order by the 3rd day, and always greeted me with a smile. She just lights up the room! Marlon from the piano bar was amazing and gave us a good laugh. Room service was exceptional and ensured we always had what we needed. The team members from watersports made sure we felt safe and understood how to use the equipment. Wilby was an amazing photographer and took the most beautiful pictures, all while making us laugh. Kamalee and the entire entertainment team were phenomenal and made the experience even better. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back!

The atmosphere was relaxing, the resort was beautiful, and everything flowed effortlessly, which is exactly what we were hoping for. A special thank you to **CeCe (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly)**, the Director of Guest Services. She was incredibly attentive, met us personally upon arrival, and stayed in contact throughout our entire stay to make sure everything was perfect. Her care and professionalism made us feel genuinely valued. She also arranged a **beautiful room setup for my husband**, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. It really elevated our experience and showed the level of personalized service Sandals Negril provides. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful and exceptional getaway. 🌴

We came to Sandals Negril for our 20th Anniversary. We stayed in one of the Sundowner Swim-out Butler Elite rooms. Our butler, Wadea, was TOP TIER and we are definitely planning to request her again on next year's Sandals trip. I enjoyed so many Jamaican foods and great drinks. Banana daiquiri was my favorite. There were so many different foods and restaurants to enjoy. I went shopping at the gift shop and got the opportunity to paddle board. It was my first time but I loved it. The facility was very clean and well maintained and the 7 mile beach was breathtaking. I wish I'd stayed longer and can't wait to return next December. We booked our next trip on location and got a discount (yay!). It was so relaxing, everyone was so warm, friendly, helpful, and positive. Jamaica is a beautiful country, the people are cheerful and kind, and Sandals resort is a must. They have our business for life.
