This is our first Sandals experience and I don’t think I would book Sandals again. The service has been really bad (restaurant service staff not offering to refill drinks when empty, restaurant staff forgetting ordered items, and staff being unpleasant). All staff do a great job at greeting you anytime you see them but any other service provided by staff I’m pretty disappointed in. Also a disappointment is the food, it’s a huge let down. It’s not very good and the lineups for served breakfast are huge, and the buffet breakfast is just gross. The Brava restaurant and the pizza place so far have been the best for quality food.
The gym has been remodelled and has pretty nice equipment but there are no mats leaving you to stretch and do exercises on the floor, there are no resistance bands, and the water offered is warm.
The pool areas are nice but the smaller more quiet pool is almost always reserved by other guests first thing in the morning and the main pool is pretty loud during the day. The beach is nice and they offer some water activities at no additional charge, which is a nice perk.
Our room faces the road and the one window in the room we keep the blinds closed because it is on the walking path to the rest of the rooms on this row so we don’t get a lot of natural light in our room. But the bathrooms are really nice and the bed and linens are comfortable.
I do love that this place is adults only but doesn’t hit the mark when it comes to luxury.

Just completed a 3 day stay January 4-7
Rooms were shabby at best, moldy grout & stained tiles in shower, outlet covers were cracked & our keys frequently did not work! The ceiling fans in common areas did not work. The food, drinks & service were great! I was hugely disappointed in the cleanliness of the grounds & pool! We've stayed at other high end resorts Secrets & Palace chains, and we truly expected more from Sandals due to their reputation & cost to stay there! I was expecting raked sand with their logo stamped in it & some special towel animals from housekeeping. It was also disappointing that restaurants require reservations. We were their for our sons wedding, and approximately 32 people attended! My mother had credit card fraud after purchasing photos from the resort photo shop. My nephew & his girlfriend complained for 4 days that their safe was broken, no one came to fix it, and ultimately they had money stolen from their room as a result (I was unaware of this until our return home or I'd have made sure their safe was fixed! They felt blown off because they're "kids" 23 years old) I personally feel it was not worth the cost, a lot of hype & not a lot of happening! Sandals you can & should do better😐 I'm not posting any photos due to the fact we were there for the wedding & time was limited to photo document complaints! Needless to say, the wedding was beautiful & we had a great time regardless of our disappointment!

For an all expenses paid trip, I was underwhelmed. Our rooms were delayed two hours, were rather plain. Not much in the ways of handicap accessibility.
For food, much of it is good, but not great. Long waiting times, and several of the scheduling staff were frankly rude.
We were there for a wedding, and I expected it to go much more smoothly than it did, for a resort that does several weddings a day. Small issues that should not have been a problem just were.
Failed to even control the regular beach going locals from antagonizing the bridal party during the ceremony and photos.
All in all, it was a beautiful place, and the excursions are very neat, but I would not return, and I will look at other Sandal's locations with hesitancy.

Our experience was overall great. The food and drinks were good and the resort was really clean. Just we’re not a huge fan of how pushy the staff are to get you to pay for extra services.

We stayed for one week in January - our first trip to Jamaica and our first trip to a Sandals. We would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys staying in a place that meets your every need. Rooms were clean and tidy, and we found all the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Food - variety and freshness - was great. We couldn’t have had a better time and we will definitely be back! Seemed very safe in spite of the Jamaica travel advisories, but we didn’t leave the resort (honestly it had everything we wanted for a week long stay) and travel to and from airport was provided by Sandals too, and it was great too. Fantastic trip with a good guide telling us about all the things we saw.
