This is our third sandals resort so far and we are completely blown away. We had such an exceptional time in Negril. From the beautiful beach to the variety of water sports, the wonderful service and delicious food, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Raymar from the first impression was incredible. He was kind and showed us around the resort, making us feel right at home. Britney from the coffee shop knew my order by the 3rd day, and always greeted me with a smile. She just lights up the room! Marlon from the piano bar was amazing and gave us a good laugh. Room service was exceptional and ensured we always had what we needed. The team members from watersports made sure we felt safe and understood how to use the equipment. Wilby was an amazing photographer and took the most beautiful pictures, all while making us laugh. Kamalee and the entire entertainment team were phenomenal and made the experience even better. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back!

We came to Sandals Negril for our 20th Anniversary. We stayed in one of the Sundowner Swim-out Butler Elite rooms. Our butler, Wadea, was TOP TIER and we are definitely planning to request her again on next year's Sandals trip. I enjoyed so many Jamaican foods and great drinks. Banana daiquiri was my favorite. There were so many different foods and restaurants to enjoy. I went shopping at the gift shop and got the opportunity to paddle board. It was my first time but I loved it. The facility was very clean and well maintained and the 7 mile beach was breathtaking. I wish I'd stayed longer and can't wait to return next December. We booked our next trip on location and got a discount (yay!). It was so relaxing, everyone was so warm, friendly, helpful, and positive. Jamaica is a beautiful country, the people are cheerful and kind, and Sandals resort is a must. They have our business for life.

The restaurants were awesome and all of the shows were amazing. The entertainment team is one of the best among the Sandals resorts. Shout out to Briana & Ashliann they were amazing but King James was the topping on the cake. When I first met him, I fell in love with his personality and charisma. He is one of the most awesome employees I have ever met at Sandals! Way to go!

After only 4 nites, it feels like we left home to go back to where we live. The experience we had at Sandals Negril is beyond words that could convey the experience. I've heard the stories for 20 years, but being there is beyond any descriptions you will read. Hospilatility, environment, people-ing (which I typically avoid) are all on a level I haven't had this much pleasure with in all of near 50 years. Special shout out to: Jason at Watersports - Thank you for your calm and expert guidance. Already looking for sailing experiences to chase the rabbit hole you showed us. One Love. Orlando and Dr G were the best butlers. They took excellent care of all our us and made sure we had everything we needed and we did not go hungry or thirsty. Orlando made my birthday one of the most memorable and special days. The room was amazing. We definitely recommend the butler suite with the private pool. I even tried the water aerobics with Kevon one morning and he did an awesome job making everyone feel welcome and made it super fun.
