My husband and I stayed at Sandals Negril in January of 2024. It was a fantastic vacation! We had a 2 story oceanfront villa that was absolutely beautiful. Our butlers Felix and Delroy were so helpful, friendly, and made our stay so special with certain surprises with food and champagne in our room. How the resort is nestled into a cove is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed all the restaurants and an included boat ride. All of the staff was so friendly and we felt very safe at the resort. We would love to go back!!

Amazing hotel.
We went just a week after the hurricane. There was no trace of there even being a hurricane.
The staff were simply amazing. Bar tender Mourice, and also Antonio and Ashli-Ann from the entertainment team were all absolutely brilliant.
Food was great quality. Had a wide variety of restaurants.
Beach was beautiful. There was some seaweed at the bottom of the sea, but didn’t really get washed up. You just had to take a 5/10 minute walk down the beach and was crystal clear.

The staff is absolutely wonderful! However, the rooms and the facility is in need of renovating/updating. We were there with several other couples, many had water issues in their rooms (leaks, puddles, ceiling collapse due to water).

Stayed after the hurricane last week and service was top notch. A few bumps the first two days but they were dealing with the storm issues. I’m sure the workers had a lot on their plate as far as their own families but they showed up with a smile and made everyone’s stay very enjoyable. The resort is awesome and the entertainment was amazing.

We just returned after 7 fantastic days at Sandals Negril! Staff are great, resort is beautiful & well maintained, food and liquor are top notch (much better than other all-inclusive resorts we have been to), main pool is lots of fun, animation team is excellent, and the AC in our room worked great! But best of all was a boat ride we took with Leroy and Dillon! They took us along the coast and told us all the history of the area, plus they were a lot of fun! We already booked another Sandals vacation for next year! Great Resort!
