Sandals, Negril is our new favorite destination! We brought our group of 28 and we were treated with unmatched service. Shanise is a true delight! She brought joy to our group and went above and beyond for us! Romaine made sure our all of our events were absolute perfection! Terry lane was so special and sincere! We loved Willby. Leon rocked entertainment and made sure every day was FUN! Shane is our bar man!! He showed up JUST for our group. We couldn’t even begin to thank everyone. But it was an incredible stay! We would change NOTHiNG.

Trip for The Andersons I didn't know that Gina would *go away* once I got home 😅 so here are the people who made our trip so special! Shentol (Lipstick) was so happy and joyful, Tovia at Barefoot was spectacular. Cheroo's fruit cake is amazing! Leonie is so sweet and kind and helped us find Crema when we were lost (and helped us at Bayside). Jeffrie was hilarious and took great photos. Willis at the bar had great spirit! Jason and all the water sports guys were on it and very helpful for us to learn and enjoy. Chantay and Dillion deserve extra respect at Perla. They were so personal and friendly, amazing people to meet, great at their job (as well as Lipstick). Toni was a great server at the Sundowner. To finish it up our bus driver David was informative and friendly. This was our first big trip and you all in Jamaica Negril WON US heart and soul ♥️ All of the compliments I'm giving could only read as an understatement. The people of Jamaica are a beautiful and kind people that made us feel very loved. Mewani more Jamaica and the wata fell from our eyes as we had to leave....cuz ya gotta leave of mewani come back!

Sandals Negril made our first trip to the area unforgettable. My wife and I were married and Sandals Ochi, so that location will always have special place in my heart. However, Sandals Negril location is next level! We stayed in a walk‑out oceanfront suite just steps from the beach, and the amenities (Ice Cream Parlor with excellent cookies) and restaurants (Perla's jerk chicken and Shrimp tacos; Sundown's surf and turf) were excellent. Sandals also went all out for their spectacular New Years Eve celebration. Absolutely amazing! What truly set this resort apart was the incredible staff. Brendon made the best drinks on the property, and Ms. Karlene, Judith, and Rochelle greeted us with warmth and great conversation every day. Careca Brown and Jevoy went above and beyond with amazing service, and helpful island recommendations. By midweek, they felt like family. Sandals Negril exceeded every expectation. Our stay at Sandals Negril was truly unforgettable from start to finish. We chose one of the swim-up rooms, and it was absolutely worth it. Having direct access to the pool just a step from our patio created the perfect balance of relaxation and luxury. The property itself is beautiful, but what really elevated our experience was the exceptional service throughout the resort, especially at the nearby restaurants where every meal felt special. However, the true standout of our trip was Asha Lee. What started as her being our waitress quickly turned into something much more. She went so far above and beyond that she honestly became part of our vacation family. She anticipated our needs, checked in on us even when she wasn’t assigned to us, and made sure every detail of our stay felt personalized and cared for. She might as well have been our butler. Her level of attention, warmth, and professionalism was that exceptional. One of the most memorable highlights of our trip was a birthday dinner on the beach. The setting was stunning; the sunset, the ambiance, the attention to detail; everything came together to create a magical evening that we will always remember. Put together by Asha Lee, of course. She made the most beautiful set up and covered it with an umbrella- so we could enjoy even in the light rain of the evening. We would absolutely return to Sandals Negril without hesitation, and next time we would even consider booking one of the butler suites; especially if we could request Asha Lee as our butler. She is a true asset to the resort and someone who made our experience genuinely extraordinary. Thank you, Sandals Negril, for an incredible stay and for team members like Asha Lee who make guests feel so welcomed and valued.

This was our first winter vacation in the Caribbean. We chose Sandals due to their stellar reputation and Negril based on the photos and reviews. We were extremely happy with our choice! The welcoming Sandals staff from the front desk, the restaurant and cleaning teams, the everyday smiles, the cleanliness, the quality of the food, the entertainment, ect were all great right to the departure song.
