My wife & I were lucky enough to get married at this wonderful resort after wanting to travel to Negril for such a long time. The wedding team of Sandia and Rene - amazing and made our day perfect! Thank you. Also the make up/hair by Vanessa at Red Lane Spa was wonderful. Thank you. Jhoneil helped us get involved with all the activities, made a real fuss of us and would often sing songs for us and learnt new ones. We have travelled to many resorts and Sandals are lucky to have him. Delroy our butler was perfect and catered for all of our requests and was also happy to oblige by being our wedding witness. Our experience was enhanced thanks to this man! Some of the service elsewhere was a little slow, generally wait times in restaurants or bar service could be improved upon. The too shelf drink selection was lacking for a brand like Sandals and the own brand usage isn’t required. Overall the people we have mentioned have made our experience special and we’re thankful for that

First of all we love everything about this resort. The food, staff, music and just the overall vibe here at Sandals Negril is Phenomenal. The whole entertainment team is vibrant and energetic (especially King James) they always involve us in all the activities. The nightly shows are really good also (Monday was our favorite). We loovvveee Ruth, she's super nice and friendly and she always checks on us to see if she can help us in any way. We tried all the restaurants but Kimonos was our favorite. The bartenders are really great as well. Shout out to Fiona, Sasha and Tyrese they are the best. The reunion week celebration was fantastic. Everyday there was a different set up and they were all BEAUTIFUL. Love it here and we will definitely be back.

Resort has been awesome! Beach is so relaxing, not overcrowded and the weather is perfect. The shows are entertaining & the drinks have been so tasty. Shoutout to King James & Sasha. King James is very entertaining & Sasha takes the best pics! Highly recommend this place! They made our trip so memorable.

Sandals Negril is a great adults-only, all-inclusive resort. The beaches are gorgeous and the amenities are fantastic. There are several nice restaurants besides the buffet. In addition to food and drink, you'll be able to water ski, wake board, snuba, utilize kayaks and two-person catamarans, enjoy nightly entertainment among other things. The staff is very attentive to you and it's likely they will be calling you by name before a week is over. They are simply amazing and make you feel so welcome. Plus, it's not so busy that you won't meet others and encounter them periodically, making it feel more social. Jamaica is a very poor country and the Sandals resort is the second-largest employer under the government, including things like the Sandals foundation, which offers humanitarian aide to the region. While the sound and stage is not extravagant, there are some very gifted musicians/dancers and they do a wonderful job. I initially gave it four stars because our beach-front room, although beautiful with a regularly-stocked fridge/bar, didn't have hot water (which they fixed), had a blown TV speaker, had slow wifi, and the mattress wasn't as comfortable as some places I've been. But, we weren't in the room a lot anyway and we absolutely loved the beachfront access and view out our window! So, I left the room at 4-stars and changed the whole of it to five star.

Everything was so good but the entertainment team was the best part. Shay the entertainment manager was so friendly and kind. He has did great with the team he has. Odane and Johniel were really good. Sky and Ashley did great on all their performances that I seen. Good job entertainment team!!!
