Our first Sandals experience and first time in Montego Bay. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously.From the moment we arrived everything went smoothly.We had the butler elite suite overlooking the ocean, the room was very clean and comfortable. Our butlers were so gracious and accommodating, they helped make our time spent efficiently. Our special occasion was acknowledged and celebrated. the beach and water was clean and not crowded. The grounds are sprawling and immaculately maintained. The cuisine, music and culture so fantastic, enjoyed every meal especially the Jamaican cuisine. Overall the warmth and hospitality of the staff, and the entertainment every evening was delightful.

This resort truly captures the essence of luxury and relaxation, and it’s the people who make it extraordinary—especially the outstanding management team and dedicated staff. The entire property is stunning with crystal-clear waters and lush, tropical landscaping. The rooms are modern, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with breathtaking ocean views and private tranquility. But what makes Sandals Montego Bay truly exceptional is the customer service. The staff are attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating your needs before you even realize them. Every team member, from the bartenders to the beach attendants, treats you like family. A special thank-you to the management team; Mr. Elliott, Latoya, Kelsey, and the individual (my apologies for missing her name) in the concierge lobby, (5/31 morning) who made the checkout process successful. They were not only visible and accessible throughout the resort, but also genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. When we had a small request it was handled immediately; proof of how seriously they take their commitment to excellence. The dining options were equally impressive. From the gourmet cuisine at Butch’s Steak & Seafood (Mitch gave us the best dining experience on our last night) to the casual beachside vibe at Mariner Seaside Grill, every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Sandals Montego Bay exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s not just the location or the amenities that make it special—it’s the people who go above and beyond to make every guest feel valued and cared for. We already booked our next visit with the Sandals family and can’t recommend it enough for couples or friends looking for a truly unforgettable getaway.

This place is amazing! There is so much to do; you must hire a butler to help you with all your meals, travel arrangements, excursions, and so forth. They use WhatsApp and you can text them with anything you need including meal orders and restaurant reservations. Choose a private pool so you can have more privacy. Some excursions are kind of sketchy, so do your research. The only annoying thing about going there is the amount of tips you have to give. Everyone wants a tip and you may end up tipping away another vacation. There more excursions you book, the more you tip. The resort needs a little TLC but overall is pretty good. What makes it better is the butler service, food and atmosphere. Some of the restaurants, you must make reservations to be able to join. A great place to go on your honeymoon. Take advantage of the gentleman that takes pictures. He charges a fee but it was worth it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days there for a family wedding. Our first stay at an all-inclusive & it was excellent. A friendly employee was always there, food & drinks were wonderful at every location. Our room was clean & comfortable thanks to Pauline. She deserves a promotion.

Wonderful birthday vacation! Definitely spring for butler service, it is so so so worth it! The food and drinks were amazing, and the service was always warm and on point. Our butlers Raj and Rush made all the difference. They were practically mind-readers! The pools were gorgeous and the boat rides were fun. We definitely relaxed and it was well worth the price. We enjoyed everything, especially the Bob Marley drinks!
