We recently visited Sandals Grand Antigua. We were very impressed with the grounds and the facility. The groundskeeper truly makes this Sandals gorgeous. We truly enjoyed walking through this tropical garden. The main pool is pretty and a lot of fun with the swim up bar. We felt the food was just mediocre. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms could use some good scrubbing and updating. I wondered if you could just re grout the tile in the bathrooms and the bedroom area. The baseboards could use staining, or painting. But we still felt like it was a very pretty facility. Our bed was very comfortable and clean. The beach is breathtaking, and the views are stunning. So we gave it a four star. I do wish the food had been better.
Our chef at the Japanese steak house was a delight. I believe his name was Jason he is from the Philippines. A true professional and an asset to Sandals. It was the best meal we had during our stay.

Absolutely amazing trip to Sandals Grande Antigua. We had the butler service. The butlers (Dionne, Shawn, and Daren) were great and took outstanding care of us and everything in-between while there. The ride from the airport was about 15-20 minutes. We were greeted with a cold towel, drinks, and introduced to our butlers. If we wanted to spend the day at the beach, chairs and a cooler with cold beverages were set up for us. We attended some of the Sandals Welcome Home Week Events. The Marley Legendary Dinner Party was fabulous. Everything from the serving of the drinks, appetizers, and dinner was very organized and each transition of the meals was smooth. We went on the Natural Mystic Boat Cruise. We got to mingle on the boat ride and at the beach with management. When we arrived at the beach there was "finger food" and drinks waiting for us and within minutes lunch was being served. They had a variety of food which met the needs of the guests (vegetarian, etc). There were many activities for us to participate in; a great variety of different types of music being played; and wonderful prizes/gifts from Sandals. The grounds were immaculate and all staff members (from ground keepers to upper management) we encountered were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We're planning a return trip in the fall of 2024. Sandals has excellent service and we'll continue to book future trips with them.

First time to a Sandals and it was very enjoyable, the service and staff were good , the food met our expectations but could have been a bit better. There is very limited night time entertainment and the resort was a ghost town but 930pm. The beach is lovely and the water calm and clean. The resort itself could use some updates , better lighting in the bathroom and more bottled water in the rooms. I would probably try another Sandals before I go back here. All in all decent vacation.

Awesome service, beautiful location, all in all a great experience. However, the crowd attending this hotel is very rowdy and not classy. There’s a lot of people looking to overeat and get very drunk (I guess it makes sense if you are booking and all inclusive). If that’s you, then you’ll love this place. The staff, food and everything else are amazing.

This place is magical. Our second stay at a Sandals and like the other (Barbados) it did not disappoint. The food is incredible! Service is second to none, atmosphere is magical and the grounds are beautiful. Views off a postcard. There's plenty of places to find somewhere to sit. I just can't say enough about this resort as a company. They really know how to make you feel welcome. There is nothing left to desire. We brought our entire family with us this time (8 of us) and we all had the time of our lives. There are employees everywhere buzzing around like bees, tending to the gardens, checking on guests and smiling. We booked two more stays at Sandals for next two seasons and cant wait!
