It was a wonderful hotel! very clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. The food in the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious! The rooms were spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms every day, and the entire hotel grounds were kept impeccably clean as well. It was an amazing holiday, and I will definitely come back! This hotel truly deserves far more than 5 stars. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stunning, incredible views, once in a lifetime, the photos do not do it justice. Service is impeccable and the spa is a must. This place is a paradise and anybody getting to stay here at this rate is iconic. Please don’t skip over this, if oia is sold out - step into this secluded oasis.

Had the most luxurious stay at this hotel. Our room was facing the sea which was so soothing and calming. Rooms are spacious and are cleaned nicely with an evening turn down service. Rooms also smell great and toiletries are vegan and smell amazing. Breakfast was included and had various options though limited for someone who was vegetarian as no other options other than eggs for a protein hit. Staff is nice and friendly with the only irritating habit of asking for tips at every possible opportunity.. considering this is a 4 star people will tip. You don’t need to ask each day at breakfast, at checkout, at dinner etc.

We got a beautiful room with a phenomenal view. Everything was like paradise, the hotel is perfect and the service is great! Everything is clean and the hotel is located in an amazing, peaceful location. The breakfast is excellent! Compliments to the staff and the atmosphere, we already miss everything Thanks for all!🥹🤍🤍🫠🥰

The first male receptionist was very kind, but the female receptionist on our last day was really rude. We planned to take a taxi to our next hotel, so when we checked out, we asked, "Can I call a taxi here? How much will it cost?" The receptionist replied, "6 euros." It wasn't that far, less than 10 minutes, so it was a reasonable price. We were asked if we wanted to pay at the hotel or in the taxi, so we chose to pay at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel by taxi, we were charged a whopping 35 euros! I couldn't believe it. When I showed the taxi driver the receipt we'd just paid, he said, "That's tax." I couldn't believe it. "Taxi" and "tax" sound similar, but no matter how you look at it, they were talking about taxis, so I asked, "How much?" Furthermore, when my mother asked, "Can we take a taxi for 6 euros?" she replied, "Yes." I can only assume that the receptionist and taxi driver conspired to deceive us. The service was good, but ultimately we were really disappointed. The receptionist's service was worse than that of a Japanese business hotel. Please rethink your definition of service. We should all go on training in Asia. It's really awful. Please refund my 35 euros. I'm really angry. It was such a terrible experience that I want my accommodation refunded.
