The service was really good, and the staff were super welcoming and friendly the whole time. The beach is beautiful and very calm — perfect if you just want to relax and enjoy some peaceful time. Having a private beach makes it even better. The resort area is well maintained and has a very relaxing vibe. There’s also a gym and a nice restaurant with a big variety of food, so you always have good options. The rooms are spacious and cleaned very well every day. Overall, a lovely place for a relaxing holiday. Would definitely come back! 🌴😊

Really impressed with this hotel for our family stay over Christmas. The staff went above and beyond to make the place feel festive, and the breakfast/lunch restaurant was brilliant with great service throughout our stay. Rooms were very spacious and clean, with nice touches like beach bag and towels, umbrellas etc. The pool area is also huge and right on the beach with more than enough sun loungers. The hotel has a massage spot on the beach too, which is worth a visit and reasonably priced. Gym a little dilapidated and in need of some TLC, but has enough machines in there.

You can enjoy the stunning view of the sea from the swimming pool. You should definitely try samui buri colada from their pool side bar. The massage slots are limited and you have to book early.

Hello there. I have mixed feelings about this place. My wife and I just spent 4 nights here. It was low season so it was quiet. As a 4 start hotel we expected the rooms to be checked before guest arrival. The bathroom shower wasn't working properly. We mentioned it, they fixed it. We had ants all over the desk in our room. We said something and they fixed it. But this is not how it's supposed to be. Also, the little freezer space in the mini fridge was half way full of ice. It looks like this place needs more love in general. Green areas looked a bit wild, needed more trimming. Also around our private pool. It needed more attention. Staff was awesome. No complaints about that. Breakfast was very limited. Fruits surrounded by flies, juices not fresh and the offering wasn't just not there. The only highlight was the omelette made by a female chef, she gets all my respect. Pastries and bread was not fresh either. They were doing renovation jobs while guest were around. That's not what we want when on holidays. I have to say that they gave us a late check out 2pm no extra charge and facilitated a space for my wife to work for 1h even though we already checked out. This was very nice. Basically fantastic service very poor offering for a 4 start resort. Food was extremely overpriced. Ordering a grab or visiting the restaurant in the surroundings was a better option. You guys need to improve in some many areas. I hope you do. Staff was awesome. This area doesn't need improvement. However, the breakfast selection is limited, so don’t expect to leave the table feeling completely satisfied. The beach itself is a major highlight: it’s secluded, incredibly beautiful, and perfect for those seeking tranquility. The umbrellas are comfortable, though finding a spot during peak season might be challenging. Service is good but doesn’t quite match the exceptional hospitality often found at other Thai hotels. Staff are friendly and accommodating, but more complex requests may get lost in translation. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with a unique charm, but I would rate it 4 stars at most on Google—fair for the experience provided. Expensive laundry service, okay bike rental prices.
