A mixed experience. The people are incredibly friendly, the rooms are nice, and we loved the many pools. The main problem is with the restaurants. Pool bar is good, but S club offered cold food, did not come to the pool when we rang the buzzer, and made a mistake with the order. Sens is....very busy for dinner. Loads of options but prepare to stand in line. The pool bar was very pleasant. Overall would recommend if you're there for golf or pool time and not a foodie. If you are, perhaps another place.

We had the best time at this hotel and will definitely be returning! Every detail is absolutely perfect. The rooms were lovely and clean, stunning views over the golf course and the infinity pool is amazing! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Came here as a romantic holiday and we both had the most relaxing time. The location is a little out the way but they run a shuttle bus into the local town which is amazing! Also really quiet and has adult only areas which is perfect. Only thing that could be improved is a little shop in the hotel as the closest one is 1.5km away.

Amazing breakfast & dinner buffet offering diverse cuisine each day. Fresh, good quality and international ingredients. Great oasis far away from low level & overcrowded beach sides. Hotel is yet large but offers enough space so you won’t feel it. Staff, service, cleaning…always on a profession level. Only 2 downgrades you may encounter are: 1. It’s an affordable 5* = some visitors are honestly not behaving appropriately = not kind & treat the facilities or buffet or staff without good manners, blocking pool chairs etc. 2. Neighborhood construction is extremely noisy We stayed for 3 nights as a couple, loved the easy transfer to the golf court, food & hide away from wind and crowds :). 💌🫶

This hotel resort is excellent and is located high in the mountain so you have great views of the lower lands and the golf course. The interior is modern and has tasteful design features. Food is freshly served and a good choice. A very good standard of service and friendly staff. The golf course is stunning and very scenic. I was here with a big group of friends for a week for a golf break. Highly recommended.

We arrive at the hotel and it looks nice, but nobody shows us around, which is odd as it is quite a big hotel, supposedly 5-starts, and we need to take two different lifts in different places to get to our room. As it was a special occasion, I sent an email beforehand requesting an extra nice room if that was available for us to have a lovely trip. I ask about it at the reception and the lady doesn’t even seem to have heard about us requesting a nice room nor any other information. Clearly the email wasn’t read. The room was modern and the bed was big, but the view was facing the staircase on the side of the hotel which is what I would call the opposite of “extra nice room” - that bothered me a lot, but I felt I should give them a chance in case they were filled up. I later found out they were definitely not booked up and it was a case of lack of willingness, which is really perplexing. We are both vegetarians and informed the hotel beforehand too. The food included was bland and the best dish we had was the pizza, which was what we mainly could eat as being cheese topping. There were often queues for breakfast omelet and crepe areas which was a bit strange for a five star resort. They had a huge selection on meat and fish which I can’t comment about. The worst of it all was the construction. There is this huge and visible loud construction near the hotel which we had no knowledge of. We could hear from all areas but the 11th floor, so we basically only used that pool during our whole stay which isn’t what we particularly wanted. We had a couple massages booked so we used the spa pool as well, which was also noisy because of the construction. I reached out to customer service to understand why we were not told about the construction. They bluntly ignored me and said the manager would call me back. He never did. This is a scam, definitely not a luxury resort. Added Edited: You can see how little they actually listen to customer feedback from their response below and how instead they come up with excuses. They aren’t even admitting to how true my statement is instead they just lie further. Wow is all I have to say.
