(May 2025, 4 nights) As a couple, we had a great stay in Salini Resort ! Everything was clean, spacious, and the place is truly amazing (what an incredible view by the sea !!). We did two restaurants out of the three in place, and our favorite is Giuseppi's (and their incredible Angus!). The breakfast is also excellent, and with many options. The whole personnel is very friendly ! And a big thank you to the animators team, we had a lot of fun with their activities (karaoke night and a cheap tour to the Northern part of the island). Another thank you for the employees at the spa, we had a great couple's message ! Also, the Salina beach just in front of the hotel is a big plus, very beautiful and almost private since it is very close to the road. You can go by foot from the hotel. We went in the end of May 2025 with nice temperatures, 25 degrees Celsius, and the hotel was not very crowded. I truly recommend this time of the year to go to Malta. I would recommend this hotel, and hopefully we will go there a next time !

I recently stayed at Salini Resort with four of my friends, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and our two adjoining rooms were spacious, spotless, although we would have preferred the ocean view. The resort itself is beautifully maintained — the pool area is perfect for lounging during the day, and the in door pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room are perfect for an evening relaxation. Breakfast is super nice with a wide variety. A special shout-out to Alexander one of the animators, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. Whether you're going with friends, family, or as a couple, I can’t recommend Salini Resort enough. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The penthouse was amazing — spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The room itself offered a great level of comfort, and we really enjoyed our stay there. The Italian restaurant on-site was excellent, and the breakfasts were also very satisfying. We made good use of the hotel’s amenities, including the pool, which were all well-maintained and enjoyable. However, some aspects of the service left us disappointed. While the staff were generally okay, they didn’t go out of their way to be helpful. The person at the bar was a bit rude, which took away from the overall experience. Although we were out exploring most of the day, the cleaning staff insisted on coming in during the only time we were back to shower and prepare for dinner — despite us telling them multiple times that we’d be leaving shortly, they knocked and called repeatedly, even asking us to leave earlier. Additionally, the luggage storage area felt insecure, as it wasn’t monitored and could be accessed by anyone. There was also a sense that unless you were part of an organized group or conference, you didn’t quite fit in — even as guests staying in one of the hotel’s top rooms.

Absolutely disgusted with my experience at Salini Resort. I showed up expecting the usual service I’ve always trusted, only to be told they were “fully booked.” Funny enough, I opened Booking.com right there in front of them and booked a room instantly. Clearly, they either don’t know what they’re doing or simply don’t care. Nina at reception was beyond useless — no apology, no help, just a bad attitude. After years of staying here, this was the final straw. I’ll never set foot in this place again, and I’ll make sure others know how badly they treat loyal customers.

I have just stayed for 4 nights at Salini Resort and it was a wonderful stay. I was on the 5th Floor with incredible sea views. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was incredibly yummy and such a huge selection of hot and cold foods. The staff were extremely helpful - a member of reception lifted my heavy suitcase into my rental car and even the hotel manager came to the breakfast room to chat to you, which is a lovely touch. The location is great in terms of quiet but not great for smells and road sound. The downsides (beyond the hotels control) are that on the weekends mostly, the main road below the hotel is very noisy - especially with motorbikes riding the coastal road. The outside smell - there is a landfill close by. The smell is horrific. You cannot sit on the balcony or have the balcony door open to air the room as the smell fills the room fast. As a winter stay, it was fabulous but in the Summer the smells and sounds could be very problematic.
