Amazing place, staff is very kind and helpful. Cleaned up often which is rare and looked after us. Attentive, Friendly and supportive. Chona, Ahmed and the Manager Marion were absolute legends and deserve raises!! Thank you so much for hearing us out and looking after us even though we did have an issue. Thank you again :) Only reason I did not rate the room was because we only came for the restaurant and did not stay so I can not review something I did not use or experience but I am sure all the other reviews will say something amazing ☺️ But again thank you.

Not a bad hotel, but a lot of cons and problems. The rooms are normal and spacious. The food is mediocre, but edible. In general, I don't recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. Both pools are very nice, but sometimes there is small trash there. What I really liked were the terraces, they are just incredible. Stunning scenery. But what I didn't like was the service - it was simply terrible. The staff stubbornly refused to serve me. That is, they listened to me at the reception, but did nothing. Or rather, the floor in my room was very dirty (because they don't wash it at all). Instead, the woman at the reception desk was very reluctant to listen to me (except that she not rolled her eyes when I asked her), I repeated my room number to her three times, because she simply didn't listen to me before. She said they would do everything and wash the floor, but they did nothing. Nothing at all! I had to go to the reception again to get them to do something. In total, I spent 3 days on this! (The only one who really cared about the customers and helped them was Zhara. She was very kind and nice. I would like her to be given an award as the best hotel employee). But even then, they did it as poorly and of poor quality as possible, just like the room cleaning in general. They are also not used to cleaning the bathrooms! I apologize for repeating myself, but the service is simply terrible! Everything else is generally acceptable. Four stars are well deserved, at least three and a half (to my undemanding taste).

The hotel itself is fine, however the people who are supposed to ‘help’ do little to do so. Especially a receptionist called Peyas, never helping others. Luckily, there are others like the Spanish receptionist who always want to help. Be careful, they will never take responsibility if something happens to you (theft...).

I stayed at Salini Resort with three friends (we were two girls, two guys) for 5 nights and we checked out today. The hotel itself was lovely — clean rooms, great facilities, and most of the staff were friendly and professional. However, one incident really soured our experience. One night, when we came back from an evening out, a receptionist named Peyas/Peyash stopped us at the entrance and asked if we were staying at the hotel. We told him we were, and his colleagues at reception had already confirmed this — yet he was adamant that we weren’t guests and proceeded to go through the booking documents and check our faces against the reservation. His tone and behaviour were rude, confrontational, and borderline discriminatory. It felt like we were being unfairly targeted — there was no reason for the suspicion or the way he spoke to us. We were respectful throughout, but he showed no courtesy or professionalism in return. It’s really disappointing, because everything else about the stay was great. But an interaction like that makes you feel uncomfortable and out of place in a hotel you’ve paid to enjoy. Management seriously needs to address this kind of behaviour — one staff member’s attitude should not be allowed to ruin an otherwise positive experience.
