I can only speak about Salalah Rotana Resort in superlatives. The kindness of the staff, the location, the food, everything was absolutely wonderful. A very special thank you to Osama from the reception and Omri Hassan, the Food & Beverage Manager. They helped us so much in organizing a special birthday celebration, and their support, warmth, and professionalism meant the world to us. Osama assisted us with everything we needed, always with incredible kindness. We are truly, deeply grateful for both of them.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, caring, and welcoming. Their hospitality truly sets them apart. The rooms were impeccably clean, and we didn't encounter any issues during our stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch. But what truly made our stay exceptional were the staff members who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Rabi, who served us at breakfast, was fantastic! His warm smile and attentive service made our mornings truly special. And then there's Mohammad, the lifeguard at the pool, who was equally impressive. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to ensuring everyone's safety made him a standout. I couldn't fault anything about our stay at Rotana Salalah Resort. The best hotel we've ever stayed in, and it's about the people who work there who create such a wonderful atmosphere. We'd like to thank our favorite waiter, Rabby from the Saffron restaurant, for his dedication to taking care of us every day. We'd also like to thank Zaid, who helped us when we initially had a problem with the club cars or the WiFi and did everything he could to ensure we could get around the property without any problems, as our villa was quite far away. We'd also like to thank the rest of the drivers for their sense of humor and daily conversations during our rides. Places like this are the ones you really want to return to. A high-class hotel, located in a beautiful complex on an even more beautiful beach, where the sunsets are incredible. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Thanks to Yasim, who looked after our room and, seeing that we were with two small children, checked daily to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything else. The food was excellent, including at the beachside kiosks. My suggestions, but not criticisms, are: - Drinks like tea, water, juices, and similar beverages should be available with meals in the restaurant for self-service, as this would reduce the wait staff's workload and minimize wait times. - Some pool attractions in the paddling pool would be helpful, such as a small slide or water jets. - Clothes dryers or clothes lines on the terraces and balconies would be helpful, as nothing dries in the bathrooms. To sum up. One of the most enjoyable holidays and I hope we'll come back here again someday.
