I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rotana Salalah Resort, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, caring, and welcoming. Their hospitality truly sets them apart. The rooms were impeccably clean, and we didn't encounter any issues during our stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch. But what truly made our stay exceptional were the staff members who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Rabi, who served us at breakfast, was fantastic! His warm smile and attentive service made our mornings truly special. And then there's Mohammad, the lifeguard at the pool, who was equally impressive. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to ensuring everyone's safety made him a standout. I couldn't fault anything about our stay at Rotana Salalah Resort. The staff's commitment to providing an exceptional experience shines through in everything they do. If you're looking for a resort that truly cares about its guests, look no further. We'll definitely be back!

A high-class hotel, located in a beautiful complex on an even more beautiful beach, where the sunsets are incredible. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Thanks to Yasim, who looked after our room and, seeing that we were with two small children, checked daily to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything else. The food was excellent, including at the beachside kiosks. My suggestions, but not criticisms, are: - Drinks like tea, water, juices, and similar beverages should be available with meals in the restaurant for self-service, as this would reduce the wait staff's workload and minimize wait times. - Some pool attractions in the paddling pool would be helpful, such as a small slide or water jets. - Clothes dryers or clothes lines on the terraces and balconies would be helpful, as nothing dries in the bathrooms. To sum up. One of the most enjoyable holidays and I hope we'll come back here again someday.

Our recent stay at Rotana Salalah from November 6th to 9th was truly exceptional. As Dubai residents visiting Oman for the first time, this trip left us with lasting memories of Omani hospitality, breathtaking landscapes, and genuine warmth.We stayed in an Ocean View room that offered stunning views of the beach and lush surroundings. The property itself is beautifully designed, combining elegance with a serene coastal charm. The private beach was spotless and peaceful — perfect for long walks and family photos that we’ll cherish forever.Saffron Restaurant deserves special mention. Both breakfast and lunch were delightful, featuring a wide variety of flavours and excellent service. A big thank you to Abdelly from the F&B team for his outstanding service — attentive, courteous, and always smiling. Chef Tayuum at the breakfast live counter impressed us every morning with his freshly prepared dishes and warm hospitality. We also enjoyed dinner and drinks at the Beachfront Restaurant, where the food, ambiance, and ocean breeze created an unforgettable evening.Our heartfelt appreciation to Sharif from Concierge and Golf Car service. He went above and beyond, assisting us with transport, arranging a wonderful Salalah city tour, and even helping negotiate a fair price with the taxi. His professionalism and friendly approach made our stay even smoother.Housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring our room was always spotless and comfortable. In-room dining was prompt and delicious, adding an extra touch of convenience. The front office team deserves full credit for accommodating our late check-out request, understanding our needs as we were traveling with our 6-month-old infant — especially impressive given the hotel was running full.Overall, our stay at Rotana Salalah exceeded all expectations. The people made the difference — warm, genuine, and truly passionate about hospitality. This visit has given us a very positive impression of Oman and its beautiful culture. We can’t wait to return again soon.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable experience at Rotana Salalah, Oman We had an exceptional vacation at Rotana Salalah! Everything was superlative – from the spectacular scenery and relaxing atmosphere, to the kindness of the staff. The food, although not as varied as in some all-inclusive resorts in Turkey, was always tasty, fresh and of good quality. What I really liked was the fact that you could also explore the other resorts in the complex, walking freely and choosing where to spend your time – a very pleasant and relaxing experience. What made the difference, however, were the wonderful people we met there. I would like to especially thank Emon, the boy who took us to Fanar almost every evening. He is a respectful, educated, trustworthy person with a rare sense of common sense. Thanks to him and the entire team, our stay was full of gratitude and beautiful moments. I wholeheartedly recommend Rotana Salalah to anyone looking for a peaceful, elegant holiday filled with authentic hospitality. 🌴✨

I stayed at Salalah Rotana Resort recently. The resort is big with lovely and spacious rooms, but the rooms were always wet. The staff said it was because of humidity, but even the bed was damp, which was really uncomfortable and honestly disgusting. The rooms also need better maintenance. Breakfast was extremely crowded every day, which made it frustrating. On the positive side, they gave us a three-day package at half price, which was nice. Dining was good – Zafran Restaurant was very nice. And a special mention to Anna, the hotel manager – she was amazing, professional, and very lovely to deal with. But the golf cart service was terrible. The resort is huge, and every time we requested a cart it was very slow. The worst was during checkout: I called for a cart to pick me up with my bags, and no one came. In the end, I had to walk with my luggage all the way to the reception – not extremely far, but definitely not near either – which left a bad impression. Overall, the resort has potential with its size and location, but the humidity in the rooms, crowded breakfast, and especially the poor golf cart service really need improvement
