We had an amazing last 3 days of our honeymoon stay at this hotel. We were initially not happy with our honeymoon room when we first arrived as the balcony looked over the top of the kitchen roof. The staff and manager were extremely helpful and got us an upgrade to a suite for the remaining 2 nights of our stay. The staff (Arm) also provided us with a compensatory dinner on the 1st night which was really nice of him to do, we were very happy and extremely grateful, and had an amazing stay at this hotel. The all-inclusive breakfast was amazing! All the staff were extremely helpful, except for one who was not quite friendly. But overall, the stay at this hotel was really nice. We also enjoyed free kayaking and stand up paddle boarding provided by the hotel!

What an amazing resort. We stayed here for New Year’s Eve and it did not disappoint. It is an easy walk to the main town area, with plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and the service was impeccable. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. The beach itself is stunning and it’s hard to pick between the pool and the beach so why not both! We loved the pool inflatables and both SALA pools were so clean and enticing. Would 100% stay here again thank you to all staff.

SALA, Chaweng is absolutely wonderful, and this is my second stay here. The location is perfect—close to the airport, shops, bars, supermarkets, and restaurants, with plenty of laundry services nearby. Despite the central location, it’s still peaceful and quiet. Booking excursions to other islands is easy, and the oceanfront views, especially at sunrise, are stunning. The staff are friendly and attentive, from reception to housekeeping, restaurant, and pool area staff. The daily breakfast was a highlight of the trip—delicious and a great way to start the day. One suggestion would be to switch from bar soap to liquid soap for hygiene and convenience. Additionally, promoting more eco-conscious initiatives, like using glass, metal, or bamboo straws and creating areas for guests to recycle, would be a great step toward sustainability. The only small downside would be the cleanliness of the pool area and grounds, and it would be nice to have less loud music (or even quieter, more suitable music for the morning) so guests can enjoy some peaceful reading time without disruption. I also wish there were more suitable vegetarian options for the restaurant- this is why I dined elsewhere for lunch and dinner. I look forward to visiting again! :)

Fantastic hotel with so many added extras. We stayed in a pool room on the garden side of the hotel. We loved receiving the different teas everyday. We celebrated New Year’s Eve and my husbands birthday and the hotel made this a wonderful and memorable experience. We will definitely return in the future and will recommend! Crossing the road to get to the beach was made easier by having a crossing guard. The main hub of town is only a few minutes walk and there is so much to do and see. We loved so much about this hotel and were sad to leave. The hotel is beautiful and a must stay!

I loved everything about this accommodation and it is absolutely worth every penny we spent. We were here for 2 nights for our anniversary and enjoyed every moment. The rooms are spectacular, everything is incredibly clean, service is top notch, private beach, beautiful pool, great gym, delicious food in the hotels restaurants, tasty included breakfast and divine service. I absolutely loved it here and would recommend it any day to anyone, just perfect 😍
