Very nice staff who were quick to answer questions and give travel tips. The hotel has a very good location and is also very well equipped. Of course, it has a few Thai-style restoration flaws here and there, but is otherwise very well maintained and also very nice as a complex. The food as well as the breakfast is good and always sufficient, even shortly before the end of breakfast time and the staff always have an honest smile and help if something is missing. Stayed here for 7 nights with my family. Staff are great and know English enough to speak fluently. They are so welcoming and kind. Rooms provided all necessities and you can request for more. Breakfast is top notch. Location is perfect, you just need to walk 5-10 minutes are you will be where you want to be! Definitely somewhere I would stay if I was to go again.

Excellent and fantastic resort. We would highly recommend this Resort. The staffs were accommodating and friendly, they are polite, attentive and very helpful.
Room is very clean, beautiful and is serviced twice a day.
Breakfast and food and drinks at the bar was good.and lovely. Facilities offered here at the resort including kayaking which is free of charge. Complimentary tea brought to your room everyday.
We would definitely put this resort as top priority to stay here everytime we go to Samui.

Our staying at SALA CHAWENG were always fantastic. The room was luxury, modern and clean. All area in the hotel is nice to see and you can always find seats to relax. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were really tasty, fresh, flavorful, and I love it. All hotel staffs are always friendly, nice and polite as Thai people always are. Especially, Khun Cherry, the receptionist, we do like her a lot. She always did a really great job on her duty. She is smiley, happy, and she was always helpful during our stays. Hotel location is perfect, you will feel like you have your own beach, not so many people walk pass the beach, as it located almost the left end of the Chaweng beach. And you can walk to the city along the beach or the road side to enjoy the night life as well. All Cocktails at the hotel bar were great, too. Highly recommend!

Pool villa is located across the road from Beach front building. Great design in every corner of the property.
The room is spotless clean with twice a day room making, aromatic stove lights up, and a little plate of dessert serves by the evening.
It's not my first time staying with SALA, and the service I mentioned above makes SALA outstanding.
The wooden floor by the pool is a bit wearoff, maintenance will improve it.
There are 2 big swimming pools in the property and the beach.
Breakfast is good, great atmosphere but It can be crowded. Great table service.
