⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing stay at SALA Samui Chaweng! The staff were amazing – so friendly and helpful. The accommodation was absolutely stunning, and the breakfast had a huge selection included in the package – something for everyone. The pool was beautiful, and the beachfront lounges were the perfect spot to relax. The staff by the beach were fantastic too. Highly recommend the SALA – one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at.

This hotel really exceeds all expectations and is one of the best 5 star resorts I have stayed, when it comes to service. I requested a private pool room that got sun in the afternoon and they went out of their way to show me three rooms that I could choose from, letting me see each of them in person. Erwin the manager everyday comes and speaks to the guests and made my little girl feel so special by taking time out to talk to her. It was our wedding anniversary whilst we were there and they left us a bottle of bubbles and a dessert in the room. Honestly this place is fantastic. After staying at this hotel all other 5 star hotels on our trip could not live up to these standards.

This is our second time returning to the Sala. The rooms are impeccable. The staff super friendly and experienced. DREAM from the restaurant, every morning served us with a smile and a lovely chat. The resort is impressive just as the pictures showed year after year. The location is perfect far enough away from the girlie bustle of Main Street yet close enough to walk if you wanted to visit bars, restaurants etc. We would return time after time

Very mixed reviews on this hotel. It is essentially two very different hotels combined together as one. A 3* motel style place across the road and the one you see in all their marketing material, the 5* on the beachfront. The disparity between these hotels is not clear at all upon booking. If you book the cheaper side, you eat breakfast on the street and aren’t permitted in the beachfront restaurant. You also get much worse service all round. We organised a private event while staying there which we spent well over £1000 on. As a token of gratitude for this they stuck us in the absolute worst room available with an awful view. When we complained they didn’t handle it well at all. We didn’t feel we were treated nicely. Eventually we stumped up the money to upgrade to the nicer side and it was far far better but we wish the true difference between the two different resorts was made crystal clear and not misleading online as though it’s all the same. Nowhere upon booking stayed we needed to have breakfast on the street and weren’t permitted at the beachfront restaurant. Many far far cheaper hotels along that strip still allow their guests to dine on the beach so it’s really disappointing.

We stayed at this resort in November 2023, and had a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond for us particularly Oh, who was incredible with anything we needed. The food was amazing, the room was lovely, the pool was located right on the beach, we had the most amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Oh and team!
