I liked the hotel — I stayed here for 5 days in the summer, and I can say that it met my expectations. Compared to the hotel I stayed at in Bangkok, this one was much better. Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff politely answered the questions my family and I had. The breakfast was decent, and I felt full after eating. The beach, sea, and pool were all clean, and we were able to take beautiful photos. I especially want to highlight the massage — I think everyone should try it at least once. I had a 1.5-hour Thai massage, and for me, it was much better than the massages I’ve had in Europe. In my opinion, it was worth the money, and I was very satisfied

I had an unforgettable stay at SAii Phi Phi Island Village Resort. The location is absolutely stunning—nestled between lush green mountains and surrounded by crystal-clear waters. The views are breathtaking from every angle, whether you're relaxing in your room, by the pool, or walking along the beach. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer all the comforts you could ask for. Waking up to the sound of the waves and a view of the sea was truly magical. The resort features not one but two large swimming pools, perfect for lounging and enjoying the tropical atmosphere. There’s also a private beach that's clean, quiet, and perfect for a peaceful escape or a romantic sunset stroll. Food-wise, the Thai cuisine here is a real highlight—authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each meal was a treat, with fresh ingredients and great variety. If you’re looking for a mix of luxury, natural beauty, and top-notch hospitality, SAii Phi Phi Island Village is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Our trip was off with a rocky start but Ms. Nora and her team made sure that our stay here was as comfortable as possible. The rooms newly renovated were very homely and comfortable. The views from this property and their private beach give you an experience that you won't be able to get anywhere else. My favourite thing has to be the cycles that you get to rent here. Its simply therapeutic to cycle through the pathways here in the midst of nature. The best thing about this place is truly the people. So hospitable and positive makes you feel right at home. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing family vacation.

The reviews that describe this hotel as a 3 star pretending to be a 5 star are spot on. We spent 5 nights here as part of our honeymoon. We had actually booked to stay elsewhere but sadly the booking agent had to move us to Saii at the last minute because of a maintenance issue with the hotel we had chosen. Saii is a nice hotel with lovely staff but it doesn't feel like a 5 star experience and is not good value for money. The location is beautiful, but the view of the coastline and the beach atmosphere is spoiled by the constant coming and going of engine powered boats. I understand the island is only accessible by boat and Phi Phi is very popular with tourists but for me it was excessive and could be improved by having a designated boat drop off area further from where people are trying to relax. The constant smell of weed and noise of engines is too much. On arrival we were instructed to download an app, so that we could book activities etc. We assumed activities would be discounted for hotel guests but prices were higher than elsewhere on the island and they even charged for borrowing snorkeling masks... In comparison, the next hotel we stayed at offered a wide range of complimentary daily activities, including kayaking. The room was nice and spacious, although for us it lacked character and didn't live up to 5 star expectations. The water (which was almost never hot) had a weird yellow colouring, which was so bad at times we couldn't bathe in it (I'll try to upload a photo). Some of the white bath towels had the same yellow staining. When it rained, water poured through a light fixture. This was promptly repaired, but when we reported it the staff didn't seem that surprised. The breakfast buffet was really nice and there was a good selection. Other food from the menus was OK, but nothing special. Again, over priced for what you're getting. The gym was very basic so I didn't bother with it. The hotel just has the feel of a place that has done the bare minimum to qualify as a 5 star without having the substance or finesse you'd expect from a 5* hotel. Even the guy at the pool bar had to phone a friend to ask how to make a white Russian cocktail.. The hotel employs a lot of staff. Lovely people, and very friendly. Impressed with the maintenance team and the room cleaners who clearly work very hard and always gave us a cheerful hello whenever they saw us. There were a few nice touches - drink and live music on arrival, a little 'happy honeymoon' note in the room etc but I would much prefer for the hotel to dispense with the frills and just deliver on the basics. We had a nice time but we wouldn't stay here again. Ultimately it felt like a bit of a tourist trap and wasn't good value for money. It would be nice for feedback to be acknowledged and responded to by an actual person. All of the feedback responses from the hotel appear AI generated and not very sincere.

Of course! Here's the full, polished version from earlier—ideal for posting on a resort website, TripAdvisor, or a travel blog: Resort Review: SAii Phi Phi Island Village – 4.5 Stars We spent three nights at SAii Phi Phi Island Village and truly enjoyed our stay. The resort offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere and is very family-friendly, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The breakfast buffet was excellent—fresh, varied, and something we looked forward to each morning. Just keep in mind that breakfast isn’t included by default, so you’ll need to pay extra for it. Getting to the resort is an adventure in itself. You can arrive by ferry or speed boat. Ferries dock at the main pier, but if you're coming by speed boat, you'll likely transfer to a smaller boat near the resort. Depending on the tide, you may need to walk a short distance in knee-deep water to reach shore. It’s all part of the island experience! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The resort restaurants served very good food, though prices are on the higher end. The fitness center was a pleasant surprise—well-maintained and a great option for those who want to stay active while traveling. Overall, SAii Phi Phi Island Village delivers a relaxing, tropical escape with excellent service, great amenities, and a family-friendly vibe. Highly recommend!
