Transfer to Saii via high speed boat: To start off, the transfer to Phi Phi island was good. Before your departure, they provide anti motion sickness pills. If you follow instructions, you won’t get sick. We departed on time. The ride wasn’t smooth, but it was bearable, but nobody has control over that. We arrived at low tide and had to walk like 500ft to dry land. Check in: The check in was very smooth and easy. We just basically gave them our passports and we sat down and they gave us a non alcoholic drink and a mint cool towel to freshen up. Then they verified everything and got us on a buggy cart and drove us to our room with our luggage. During our stay: The stay was very comfortable and workers were very nice and welcoming. We booked a few activities and all of them were very good. We felt very safe here. Buffet breakfast: Lots of food to pick from . The food was a 8/10 most of the food was fresh and hot. Make sure you go early. I wish they had stronger coffee because the coffee wasn’t doing much with my migraines. The staff were nice at the buffet restaurant. Checking out: Checking out was a breeze. They have you look through your itemized receipt of your added purchases and for you to sign it off. Then once you pay for it, they get you on the boat ride back. Departure: The boat ride back was so choppy. If I did it again, I would extend our trip, if a monsoon storm happens again. Overall: It was a great trip and will come back again. This was the best trip I’ve done. Very unforgettable!

This place is absolutely paradise, I would almost say no other comments are necessary as it speaks for itself. I booked the hillside pool villa and it was even better than I imagined from the pictures. Great amenities and tons of options for food, drink, activities, not to mention the Chaba shop that has important travel items as well as great gifts. The phone application they instruct you to install is easy to use and serves as the primary information hub for the resort, it is used to make dinner reservations with the 3 restaurants as well as golf cart pickup requests and anything else you would need to know about their offerings. I did an excursion to bamboo island for snorkeling and would highly recommend that as well, it was my first time doing something like that and extremely easy to do as a beginner. Lastly, the service to and from the airport was seamless and went without incident, once you are picked up from the airport and arrive at marina they have a nice lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks and will give you the preliminary information associated with the app and subsequent boat to island. I would highly recommend visiting to others!

The first and most important thing for us was the location – the bay is breathtaking, with stunning mountain views and palm trees all around! The hotel is beautifully integrated into nature, with lush green surroundings. It really allows you to switch off your mind and truly relax! I was especially impressed by the whole hotel team! We wish to come back soon!

I liked the hotel — I stayed here for 5 days in the summer, and I can say that it met my expectations. Compared to the hotel I stayed at in Bangkok, this one was much better. Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff politely answered the questions my family and I had. The breakfast was decent, and I felt full after eating. The beach, sea, and pool were all clean, and we were able to take beautiful photos. I especially want to highlight the massage — I think everyone should try it at least once. I had a 1.5-hour Thai massage, and for me, it was much better than the massages I’ve had in Europe. In my opinion, it was worth the money, and I was very satisfied

Outstanding in every aspect. Facilities, rooms, and service were perfect. The island is beautiful. The resort itself is bursting with biodiversity. The staff are outstanding. We had an amazing holiday, a real 'trip of a lifetime'. If money was no object, I would be back in a heartbeat. We went in a party of six with our young adult children and their companions. The king rooms in the garden villas were spacious with a day bed and table as well. The twin room garden villa had loads of space between the twin beds with good floor space around, perfect for friends staying together. The dressing room area in all the garden villas was an unexpected bonus. We had asked for our chalets to be beside each other. This worked well, giving us privacy and space while being nearby and convivial. One of our party is a vegetarian who needs to follow a gluten-free diet and the staff were very helpful; she was given options at every meal and was able to relax knowing she could enjoy her food with confidence. The resort is in a beautiful natural bay which does not have an artificial jetty so we did have to transfer from the small ferry to an even smaller boat, then wade through shallow water to reach reception when we arrived. This would not be possible for someone with reduced mobility or, in my view, with small babies. I have some problems with my knees but have good mobility and I found the transfers a little challenging, although the staff were very helpful and helped me keep my balance as I boarded and disembarked. The trip from Phuket airport and back again we organised through the resort and it was very well organised and easy - absolutely worth doing. The people who work on the resort live in accommodation in the nearby village. They work incredibly hard and with a high degree of professionalism. We felt welcomed and looked after by every one of them, from the gardeners, to the heads of departments. It was a remarkable privilege to stay at Saii Phi Phi, and we are grateful to each and every person who made our holiday such a happy and memorable experience.
