We just spent three wonderful nights at SAii Laguna Phuket, and it was the perfect destination for our family. The resort has a fantastic, welcoming atmosphere right on the beautiful and serene Bang Tao Beach. Our kid absolutely loved the huge swimming pool, which provided hours of fun. Our room was very comfortable for all of us. The staff provided excellent service—everyone was so friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, with plenty of options for everyone. It was the perfect family trip to relax and recharge. Highly recommended for any family looking for a great holiday in Phuket!

My stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Special thanks to Helena, Um, Ju, Greeniiz and Rum. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained with every comfort provided. The facilities, from the pool to the restaurants, were top notch and exceeded my expectations. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality that made me feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. We were 5 nights at the hotel, leaving now. Eveything was really great. The wotel, all the facilities ans the rooms look like in the website. The breakfast was great, the additional food and drinks during the day in the club were good (if its included in the room type). The staff is very nice and pleasant.It was my daughter's birthday, so I asked if they can put some decoration on the bad. They put decoration and also a cake. It was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

Stayed here for my anniversary for 4D3N and i was so impressed and it is easily one of the most amazing stay i had. all the staff that i came across were so friendly and they greet you with genuine smiles that made me felt so warm and welcomed. I booked the ocean view and the view was AMAZING! The app was super helpful and honestly very smart - you can submit amenities top-up / housekeeping / lookup on kids activities / location of sports activities. The balcony from the room was such a nice touch, my husband and i brought night market food back and just chill there. I was quite impressed by how they provided outdoor slippers on top of the standard disposable inroom slipper + SAii very own beach bag! Resort is located at bangtao which is quieter than patong - lesser night markets and restaurants but also lesser crowd. Overall the area is quieter (no complaints that was the whole point i chose this area) Trust me when i say i will be back! Its an amazing resort not just for couples but families with kids too.

The location is perfect—right on the stunning Bangtao Beach with the softest sand and breathtaking sunsets. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a private balcony offering gorgeous Lagoon views. What truly stood out was the attention to detail: the daily breakfast buffet was incredible with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, the pool area was serene and well-maintained, and the kids loved the open green spaces and beach access. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, from arranging transportation to providing thoughtful recommendations for local activities.
