I was very impressed with the warm welcome. The front desk staff were friendly, informative and helpful. My husband and I chose to celebrate our anniversary in Phuket and it was the right decision to stay here. The housekeeper made the bed with flowers for us, so lovely. Sipping cold beer, watching the sunset, so happy. Worth it!
We will definitely come back next year.

I was truly impressed by your new club rooms—they’re outstanding! Spacious, beautifully designed, and the attention to detail with the in-room amenities is top-notch. Definitely a 10 out of 10. The public areas are also impeccably maintained, and I think the new “colonial” style adds a distinctive charm. A special mention to your front desk team, especially Helena, who took exceptional care of me. The ladies at the Club Lounge were a delight, and everything ran smoothly at breakfast as well.
To sum it up, you’ve gained a new fan! I’ll gladly recommend your hotel in the upcoming season.

The service is excellent. The reception staff is very friendly. The room is new and beautiful. The lagoon view is very good. First of all, I wanted to stay in a room with a sea view, but unfortunately, that side was not open. But the view we got was very surprising. It was peaceful and made me love it. I took a picture of the view for my family to see and yes, everyone was very jealous of me. Hopefully next time I will bring my family to stay at SAii. Although the sea view room is not open, you can go to the sea. The hotel is right on the sea. And the sunset view is very beautiful. The hotel has an app that is ready to help talk to the staff at all times if you need help. I feel warm like home.

Despite the fact that some of the hotel premises are undergoing renovations, the overall experience is satisfactory.

Although the location is a bit far from the city center, I find it quite charming. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to nearby shopping areas for the convenience of its guests. The Laguna area boasts a delightful selection of coffee shops and supermarkets.

I recently stayed at Saii Laguna Resort, and it was an amazing experience. The resort is perfectly situated right on the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The restaurant and bar by the beach are fantastic for catching the sunset while enjoying a drink—truly a perfect sundowner spot.
The resort features multiple swimming pools, providing plenty of options for relaxation and fun. Plus, it has easy access to other resorts in the Laguna Phuket area, which is a great perk for exploring more dining and activity options.
Overall, It offers a wonderful blend of luxury and convenience. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beach getaway!
