Despite the fact that some of the hotel premises are undergoing renovations, the overall experience is satisfactory.
Note: We struggled with the food, as they don't serve halal food.

Although the location is a bit far from the city center, I find it quite charming. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to nearby shopping areas for the convenience of its guests. The Laguna area boasts a delightful selection of coffee shops and supermarkets.

Amazing stay! Staff is far beyond excellent. The rooms are beautiful & newly renovated, modern, lavish bathroom. Our room had a patio that went out to a large family seating area overlooking the lake! Breakfast is included & this is a spread like no other. They serve a full meal basically what ever you wish, besides the all you can eat buffet. Best resort we've ever stayed at. There is so much to do just minutes away. Hotel is gorgeous, staff are amazing, beaches are beautiful. This place is a dream. We cant wait to go back!

The hotel is super, one of the best in Phuket, solid 5 stars. Beautiful exotic and relaxing. Good staff in the hotel. Delicious food in the restaurant. Everything is well thought out, lots of nice little things like capsule coffee machine in the room, lighted mirror etc. In general remains a pleasant impression of the vacation

Katt the housekeeping staff is a very helpful, thoughtful and kind lady. She really took care of my parents room 269 during our stay now . Very detailed and remembers what are needed. Love her and I am happy SAii has such excellent worker. Personal touch is what bring our family back every year.

Great location and great hotel. We went in the low season but minimal rain. Lots to do in local town which is easily accessible via bus or 200 baht taxi. Hotel was under renovation so super quiet which was great for us.
