​A good, affordable choice. It’s not "luxury" or 5-star as advertised, but it is a very good "value" hotel. I was upgraded to a nice room by the sea, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. The lounge is also quite nice. Recommended if you want a comfortable, budget-friendly stay without the luxury price tag

The good and the bad. The good— Rooms were so amazing. Loved the say bed feature. The hotels included app is very useful in showing you what you can do, unfortunately you can't book anything through it, but there is a messaging service that books it for you. The staff were very polite. The resturants were great. Highly recommend you get the food credit for a discount. Now the bad— there are many free activities and features, unfortunately most of them are outdated. The felt on the pool table is damaged, the gym is small and old, the driving range is just bad, bad net, bad equipment. The pools are nice though. The staff are very unhelpful when it comes to kate checkout, free upgrades etc. All of the staff do speak english though. If they reinvest in the free activities, it would be a rival to club med

We stayed in an ocean view room, and the beautiful room combined with the stunning view made our holiday absolutely perfect. The hotel offers full facilities — we really enjoyed the tennis court and the swimming pool; both were fantastic. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Nathalie, who kindly recommended popular places we should visit. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay.

The hotel itself is very nice, but there are chickens running around everywhere which completely ruined the visit for me. I think this should be mentioned when booking. We tried to leave and were told it there was a 7 day cancellation policy, which I find completely wrong, as we didnt know they were there 7 days before. Really spoilt our christmas stay and made us unable to enjoy some Of the hotel facilities. Breakfast was great and all staff very friendly. Quality of food in the other restaurants was quite poor, apart from Christmas dinner buffet, that was very nice.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sai Laguna. The rooms are beautiful, especially the Oceanfront Terrace Room — spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The day bed inside the room was glorious and quickly became our favourite spot to relax. The restaurants were consistently good, and the Thai curry was exceptional — easily one of the best we had in Phuket. We also loved the shuttle boat, which was scenic, peaceful, and a charming way to move around the lagoon. A big thank you to the hotel team for their thoughtful hospitality. We had to cancel one night last-minute because our child fell sick, and they kindly offered it back as resort credit. Truly appreciated. Overall, Sai Laguna exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay!
