Our stay at the Hilton Resort in the Maldives was nothing short of extraordinary. The beach villa was absolutely breathtaking—spacious, tastefully designed, and offering stunning views of the crystal-clear turquoise waters. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and stepping directly into the ocean from our private deck was truly a dream come true. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always attentive, friendly, and professional. Their attention to detail and personalized touches made the experience even more special. The dining options were fantastic, with a wide variety of cuisines and beautifully presented dishes. Whether it was a romantic dinner by the beach or a relaxed breakfast with an ocean view, each meal was a delight. This was not my first stay at SAii Lagoon, and once again, it did not disappoint. What makes this destination truly unique is having two beautiful resorts on one island, giving guests so much to do, explore, and experience throughout their stay. From relaxing by the crystal-clear waters to enjoying the vibrant atmosphere, every moment here feels special. The island itself is a stunning sanctuary that perfectly blends luxury, nature, and fun activities for all types of travelers. Honestly, I feel like 2 nights is simply not enough to fully enjoy everything this beautiful paradise has to offer. I’m already looking forward to coming back for a longer stay!

We recently stayed at SAii Lagoon Maldives and had a truly wonderful experience overall. One of the biggest advantages of this property is how conveniently located it is from the airport. The transfer process was extremely smooth and very efficiently managed. We were never left waiting unnecessarily at any point. In fact, despite our return flight being at 6 PM, the team ensured that we were transferred comfortably and just in time for the airport instead of dropping us off too early — something we genuinely appreciated. We had arrived around noon and were pleasantly surprised with an early check-in, which made the start of our vacation even more relaxing. Another thing we absolutely loved was the variety of dining options available. Since the resort is connected to Hard Rock Hotel and also has access to The Marina, there are so many restaurants to explore, which keeps the stay exciting, especially for longer vacations. A special mention to the Kids Club team — Tami and Anya were absolutely amazing! Our daughter loved spending time there every single day, made new friends, and thoroughly enjoyed all the recreation activities. They created such a warm, engaging and caring environment for the children. The resort itself has a great vibe with both the infinity pool and other pool options offering different experiences. There were plenty of activities organized for adults as well. Fiam, who was leading many of the activities, brought incredible energy and enthusiasm — I especially loved the Aqua Zumba sessions! The hospitality across restaurants and bars was consistently warm and welcoming. The servers were quick, attentive, and always ready to help. We were on a full-board package and found the staff to be extremely accommodating throughout our stay. One thing that really stood out was the resort app. It made communication, restaurant reservations, activity bookings, event schedules and overall planning incredibly seamless. Whether booking activities for ourselves or for our daughter, everything was easy and well-organized. We genuinely appreciated how well the resort leverages technology to enhance the guest experience. A couple of areas where there is room for improvement: * The shisha service at the infinity pool bar was extremely slow. From taking the order to changing the coal, everything took a very long time, and we ended up spending almost 2–3 hours over a single shisha session. * We stayed both in the Family Pool Villa and the Water Villa. While the Water Villa had sufficient storage space, the Family Villa felt quite limited in terms of storage, especially for families traveling with children or for longer stays. Also, the internet connectivity could be slightly better in some areas. That said, these were relatively small points in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Overall, SAii Lagoon Maldives offers a beautiful balance of convenience, hospitality, activities, dining and family-friendly experiences. Definitely worth the money, and we would happily return again!

This is my 4th time in the Maldives and 1st time in SAii, I was shocked with the poor service and how the staff treated us, they were not welcoming, no one gives full and clear information about anything in the resort, I have never experienced unbothered staff like this ever in my life, the breakfast was horrible, the coffee was horrible, the selection of restaurants were ok. The service is extremely slow in general. One day, sun glasses were stolen from our beach table, the second day a full bag was stolen from the beach, and literally no one bothered to investigate and look for it, it was like, well we cannot do anything, and no one even bothered to apologize or offer us anything to makes us feel better. I will never come back to this resort and I do not recommend staying here, stay away.

Terrible experience from the start… the hotel never reached out to me to make arrangements to/from the airport, I had to search the internet to find a contact email to get in touch with them to arrange a boat transfer. They confirmed my flights and told me someone would be waiting for me upon arrival. Nobody was at the airport waiting for me, and the hotel counter at the airport was unstaffed… I waited for an hour and eventually was able to get in touch with the hotel. The staff were behaving as though it was an inconvenience to them to have to bring me to the hotel or help me. The room was disgusting. There was an immediate mold smell that gave me a massive headache right away. The AC was also not functioning upon arrival. They force you to download an app to get any information about the hotel, but the app is broken… so there’s just… no way to get any information. The WiFi is also painfully slow… I spend a lot of time in remote places in weird countries around the world and I’ve rarely struggled with WiFi as badly as I have at this hotel. Even reading an email is tough. The whole experience feels very cheap and careless, and I strongly regret booking this property. Please avoid!
