We loved the entire experience. However, the transfer from the airport to the resort wasn’t made available to us. We were told to be at the booth in the airport at 12:30pm and when we got there at 12:25pm, the gentleman at the booth told us that the boat had already left and that we would have to wait for the next one. We ended up having to book a private speed boat to get to the resort, with the cost that entails. And the gentleman never even apologised to us for the inconvenience. He offered to take our luggage and store it till the next boat arrived, and that was it. This is the only reason why I rate the service with 3 stars because I like to be realistic given the cost this implied, even though it doesn’t feel fair towards the rest of the team at the resort, where everyone was lovely and always treated us with a warm and kind attitude. The breakfast’s assortment offers something for everyone, regardless of dietary preferences or intolerances. And the spa… that was an experience on its own. 90 minutes felt like 5 minutes. Our rooms over the water were huge, with all the amenities one can expect, really comfortable beds and pillows, good air conditioning, a nice fan, lovely exterior area with a net to sunbathe over the turquoise water, the exterior bathtub, su beds, etc. We were really sad to close the doors to our beautiful water rooms behind us for the last time. The Maldives are magic and we will return. That’s for sure! Kindest regards

This was our third visit to Saii Lagoon. And each time it gets worse and worse. It's such a shame, it was our favorite hotel. But the service is deteriorating before our eyes! And what happened to the beautiful, trendy striped sun beds and striped parasols? It was so stylish and beautiful, completely unlike any other hotel in the Maldives! At first, it was a very stylish hotel, but now I don't think so! Why did they close the cafe near reception with its wonderful coffee and ice cream? Why are there no longer coffee machines in the rooms? The sun loungers on the beach have been replaced with cheap and uncomfortable ones! There are a lot of strangers at the main pool:((( They don't live at the hotel! It's unpleasant and unsafe!

A beautiful resort that truly exceeded our expectations, especially as we were traveling with children. Its location is excellent and very close to the airport only 20 mn by speedboat making the arrival smooth and convenient for families. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and respectful, and they were very friendly and helpful with our kids, which made our stay even more comfortable. The island is spacious and connected to another island, with a lovely marina that adds a vibrant touch to the atmosphere. There is a wide variety of restaurants, offering plenty of options suitable for families. The resort has its own app, which makes it easy to book buggy rides, restaurants, and activities seamlessly. The place is calm and relaxing, yet at the same time full of activities for both adults and children, making it an excellent choice for families. Overall, an outstanding experience and highly recommended, especially for families traveling with kids.

Everything was just perfect. Beautiful beaches, warm water, excellent food (btw. with full board you can eat in almost all restaurants free of charge), great evening music in HardRock caffe and a lot of other services at guest disposal. Also, the staff is super friendly and our room was kept perfectly clean thanks to Abir.

I loved every moment of my trip the staff were amazing especially Nabin, Layanta, Ranga, Rahul, Naeem, Dilshan, Vishah, Emily and Haikal, they were all amazing. They work with perfection and respect. I will definitely come back again. Big shout out to Vishah again he guided me throughout my trip i felt very welcomed and safe as a solo traveler he is absolutely amazin. These wonderful people are the reason i will come again. Also shout out to Shaan, Mausoom, Ibti.
