We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Ink, the Front Office Manager, was very helpful and consistently greeted us with a warm smile, as did the rest of the staff. Early check-in and check-out were accommodated smoothly. The Pool Villa was exactly as described - comfortable and well-maintained. The staff’s attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly made our stay special. Overall, the experience met all our expectations, and we would gladly choose this hotel again on our return visit!

Our stay was genuinely one of the best we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out warm, attentive, and effortless. Jane was particularly fantastic; nothing was too much trouble and her care and attention to detail really made a difference. The rest of the team were just as impressive friendly, professional, and always a step ahead. Communication was smooth throughout, the service felt truly personal, and the food and drinks were excellent. We also loved how private and peaceful everything felt it gave us space to really unwind. Honestly, we couldn’t recommend it more. I also have to mention that people from Thailand are sooooo welcoming and polite love everything about their position energy!

It turned into one of the most unforgettable days of my life. Sadly, today is my last day at SAii Resort. But the four nights I spent here were among the most beautiful in my life. I created lasting memories—and SAii played a huge role in making those moments so special. Huge thanks also to the lovely receptionist—so polite, graceful, and always smiling. I’m also grateful to the breakfast buffet team, especially Boss, Little, and the cutest Pan ever🥰. The rooms were always spotless, with prompt and precise housekeeping. Fresh towels were constantly available. The in-room service through the app chat was fast, easy, and extremely convenient. I loved having access to both private and public pools, along with a gorgeous beach for swimming. Many of people I would like to thank them , I unfortunately didn’t catch their names. Big thanks for the farmers and housekeepers they are doing a great Job Special thanks for Mr. Beat and Ms Ant , you are doing a wonderful job 👌🏻💯👏🏻 Thanks for the lifeguard who is always available with open eyes 👏🏻 I am truly happy, satisfied, and deeply thankful for this experience. Just back from an 8day stay and had the most amazing time. The hotel is lovely and set in beautiful surroundings. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s a relatively small hotel so never felt busy and had a really relaxed atmosphere. It’s in a quiet part of the island, but only 10 min in a taxi to busier areas if you are looking for a night out. Wish I had booked a longer stay.

SAii Koh Samui Villas gave me one of the most peaceful and private stays I’ve had in a while. A big thank you to Khun Ink, who touched my heart with her care and attention throughout the stay—she made the experience feel extra personal and warm. I stayed in a Deluxe Pool Villa, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like my own little sanctuary. The garden surroundings gave off such a refreshing, tropical vibe, and I really appreciated the calm, adults-only atmosphere. A short walk through the lush greenery led me to the beach club at Choengmon Beach, where the peaceful ocean view helped me fully relax. This place is perfect if you're looking for privacy, comfort, and truly heartfelt service.
