Such a lovely hotel, the staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful, and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The room was great, very comfortable, lots of space, the private pool was a nice touch, and very well maintained (clean). The hotel facilities are good, lovely breakfast, good cocktails, good dinner, and all served by lovely staff (Boss and Da are great, but so are the rest of the staff). I really felt welcome here, and I think the staff really made this stay special. The hotel is very relaxing, beautiful setting with great views. I would 100% go back if I was ever in Samui again :)

My new wife and I stayed here for the first 5 nights of our honeymoon. This place was amazing, beautiful as it was the staff made it even better, they couldn't have been more amazing and every interaction with them was thoughtful and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was top quality and well priced, and although you can eat cheaper outside of the resort, the glorious views and service easily make up for it. The rooms themselves were clean and tidy and well maintained, and the public areas again were well maintained and clean. We had a great time here and can't thank the team enough for looking after us during our stay. Thank you for making our honeymoon start off so special, Dan and Ruth ❤️

From the moment you arrive, the warm welcome from the staff sets the tone. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely make you feel at home without ever being intrusive. The villas are spacious, private, and beautifully designed. Each one feels like its own little sanctuary, surrounded by lush greenery and featuring a private pool or terrace. The interiors combine modern comfort with Thai-inspired details — big, comfortable beds, an open bathroom with a deep bathtub, and plenty of natural light streaming in through large windows. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing and luxurious experience. The main pool area is beautiful, with views over the turquoise water and plenty of loungers for those lazy afternoons. The beach is quiet and clean, with soft sand and calm waves perfect for swimming or paddleboarding. You’ll often feel like you have the entire place to yourself. Breakfast is exceptional — freshly made dishes with both Thai and international options. The quality of ingredients is outstanding: tropical fruits, fresh juices, perfectly cooked eggs, and great coffee. The restaurant also offers excellent lunch and dinner menus, with creative local flavors and a great selection of cocktails to enjoy at sunset. What makes SAii Koh Samui Villas special is the atmosphere. It’s peaceful but not boring, elegant but relaxed. The staff remember your name, small touches like evening turndown service or surprise treats make every day feel special, and the whole property is kept spotless. The hotel is really beautifuly located in a private Bay very calm. The accommodations are great and the rooms are wonderful. We had a private pool, which was a great addition to our stay. The Service is really good by the Hotel’s team members. They definitely need to update the gym to stand for the standards of a five star hotel, and also could improve on the food at the breakfast buffet, but in overall, we had a very good and Pleasant stay, we will come back for the serenity and great service.

This was a lovely resort with fantastic staff and service. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Reception were very good and helpful, making check-in easy and answering any questions we had. Dinner was great with a good selection, and the pool area was fantastic—especially with the excellent cocktails! The staff by the pool were always smiling and attentive, which really added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for great service, delicious food and drinks, and a warm, welcoming vibe.
