ALL ( including the cleaners and ground/ maintenance team ) of the staff at this hotel are amazing . So friendly and helpful with big welcoming smiles . They couldn’t do enough to make our stay pleasurable . The hotel was just the right size for us . It’s not big and never felt overcrowded when relaxing by the pool . We had a deluxe pool villa which was really worth it , as it was very hot and to just walk out of the villa and straight into the pool to cool down was heaven ! The villa pool is a great size to swim in . We ate at the hotel in the evenings and really enjoyed both the Thai choices and the western dishes as well . The breakfast was very good and the chef would cook eggs to your choice to accompany your breakfast. There was a lot of choice with western and Thai selection on offer . The beach was lovely to look at and we did manage to get into the water but it is rocky so gel shoes need to be worn . Although the beach directly in front of the hotel was cleaned , the area just beyond the hotel and to the right , could do with cleaning and tidying as it would create a better overall impression when going for a walk along the beachfront . There are two other beaches less than a 5 minute taxi drive away . We did walk to both which took about 25 minutes . Choengmong beach is very nice with warm shallow water and plenty of beach bars . We took advantage of the complimentary message at the hotel which was fantastic . My friend had a birthday whilst at the hotel which they remembered and arranged a cake with the restaurant staff singing happy birthday. It was really a nice touch . I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Koh Samui . I really cannot praise the hotel staff highly enough . It made our holiday ! The reception staff and restaurant staff were just lovely towards us and genuinely helpful . We shall miss them !

My partner and I loved our private villa with a pool and would definitely come back 😊 Don’t hesitate in booking this place, the staff were so kind, the food was yummy and the massages were perfect! We had a few issues during our stay which were immediately sorted by the hotel employees (ie. noises coming from pool pump). Having a scooter here is a must, it’s super easy to get around that way. A 7/11 was a 5 min walk away which was really useful for a quick lunch or snack. The whole place was really clean and the hotel app was so easy to use. We didn’t go to beach by the hotel because there’s a few in the area that are bigger and have more restaurants etc. Thanks to the SAii team for taking care of us so well!

Everything about this resort was beautiful. Atmosphere, rooms, people. Very polite staff. The property is huge. We stayed here for 3 nights. The time we arrived it was very hot and the AC wasn't cooling enough. They changed the room immediately. Breakfast has limited vegetarian options. The bar by the pool is great. Breakfast place is so beautiful too.

We had a great 4 day stay here in a premium villa. The grounds are lush and tropical and well maintained. The beach is private and shared with the next door hotel, but didn’t use much due to the rocky shallows. Some chairs on the beach would’ve been nice! The staff are amazing and always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond, especially with our requests for Gluten Free food. We found the food at the restaurant to be excellent quality, and better than surrounding restaurants. The breakfast buffet was yummy and great way to start our day. Given that the resort is next to the ocean, some parts of the resort are showing their age. Pool has some visible damage, and the villas have some normal wear and tear. Location is a bit isolated but only a few minutes walk to 7-11 and maybe 15 mins walk to Choengmon Beach. The scooter rental place right outside the hotel is great, and the man who runs it is very friendly. Scooter rentals for the day varies between 200-400baht per day. All in all, we loved our stay and found it to be good value for money.

Super tasty breakfast, luxurious deluxe room with pool, superb view from the restaurant. Beach is not the best, and we didn't swim due to rocks. If they fix that, it's gonna be a dream place! They give you an app for chat communication and various other things, really nice! Some really good price worthy restaurants are found around 7 eleven, which is a 10 min walk away from the hotel. One piece of advice: Do not leave food in a room or outside on your porch. You will get ants! Just call them if you do.
