I recently stayed at Royalton Saint Lucia, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The resort is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, modern rooms, and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome; every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, from gourmet à la carte restaurants to casual buffets. I especially appreciated the range of international options alongside authentic Caribbean flavors. Drinks were top-notch as well, with creative cocktails and premium options included. What really stood out was the atmosphere — relaxing and luxurious, yet also family-friendly with plenty of activities. The entertainment team kept the energy high with fun shows and events, while quieter areas of the resort offered peaceful escapes for rest and relaxation. The beach and pools were beautiful, with plenty of loungers and cabanas available. I also loved the spa, which provided a truly rejuvenating experience. Overall, Royalton Saint Lucia exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Caribbean getaway.

My son and I stayed in the Swim up room, which we love. Sitting out by the pool after a long day at the beach or before we started our day is always nice. The room could use some minor repairs, as there were some damage to the screen door, bathroom door, and the dresser was outdated. The room otherwise was comfortable and spacious. I also loved the showers. The pool and the beach was nice. The sand was soft and the water was warm. We did some snorkeling and kayaking which we enjoyed, and the view is stunning. This is a nice resort however, the food selection were bare. They never had anything. It didn't matter what time you came. And if you were late, you barely ate. One day for lunch I was stuck eating 2 drum chicken wings (thumb size) and salad. When you went to the bars for drinks, they were alway out of something. You had to either walk around to different bars to finish making up your drink or come with at least 2 other suggestions. The food truck had specials of the day listed, but they were never able all but 1 out of the 7 days I was there. The staff was friendly, but frustrated with the situation at hand. Lastly, for the 7 days we were there, the kids play ground and pool was closed the whole time. Thank goodness my son is older and can swim well. I've been to several Royalton Resorts and was really happy with my experience. This time I was really disappointed in this location. I while I would return to St. Lucia, I wouldn't stay at this location again. Oh and it was 3 hours trying to get to the hotel from the airport due to some political thing causing a ton of traffic. You can opted to take a helicopter and save some time.

First all is almost 2 hour from the airport! I thought it was a 5 star resort and it’s more like 4 star resort. There was mold in the shower, also on the tiles in the pool and some of the tiles from the pool fell off even though they had about 10+ pools that was nice, if you wanted a top shelf drink you had to purchase the bottle almost $200 American dollars. In every restaurant I went to they didn’t have what I ask for. The steak house had on the menu a New York steak that was what I ordered it was hard as a shoe sole. They had other options but you had to pay for them and the steak started from $95 on. Some of the bars by the beach had sticky counters which attracted flies. Some of the bartenders had mean faces and seemed bothered. However, at the Dips bar there is a bartender by the name of Brandan which had a smile on his face at all times and made excellent drinks. I must say he was outstanding and very attentive towards everyone that sat on his bar! The experience was okay but definitely not a 5 star experience.

We had a memorable stay at Royalton St. Lucia! The large pool next to the beach was absolutely incredible – probably the largest pool I’ve ever been in – and it made the whole resort feel so relaxing and fun. The staff had a great vibe, always friendly and welcoming. As for dining, our favorites were: The Food Truck – the buffalo wings were amazing! The Buffet – really awesome variety and quality. Sports Bar – decent wings, but the service was slow; we ordered 20 wings and only got 10 after 30 minutes, so you need to reorder if you want the full order. Some restaurants were disappointing: Armadillo Mexican Restaurant – extremely poor, nothing worth trying, we ended up going back to the buffet. Japanese Zen – fun experience with chef’s show, though the jokes could be better; overall it was enjoyable. The Steakhouse – the large ribeye had nice flavor (not the best I’ve ever had), but being seated on the terrace made it uncomfortably hot. I think dining inside would improve the experience. St. Lucia itself is a stunning island – it’s definitely worth going on excursions outside the hotel to truly experience its beauty. Overall, great resort with a few ups and downs in dining, but the pool, beach, and friendly staff made our stay memorable.

Outstanding Stay with Diamond Club Experience – 5/5 I had an exceptional stay at Royalton St.Lucia and the Diamond Club upgrade truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—personalized, attentive, and always delivered with a warm smile from the Diamond club team at the Diamond club reception. The Diamond Club perks were well worth it. The private check-in/check-out made everything seamless and stress-free. The exclusive lounge access was a highlight—offering premium drinks, gourmet snacks, and a peaceful, upscale atmosphere to unwind. Our butlers were amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure our requests were met. My room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and spotless, with a stunning view and luxurious touches that made it feel extra special. Housekeeping kept everything in top shape, and turn-down service was a nice touch. The food and beverage options across the property were excellent, and being part of the Diamond Club gave me access to upgraded menus and priority reservations, which added real value. Overall, the Diamond Club took an already fantastic hotel experience to the next level. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more exclusive and elevated stay. I’ll definitely be returning.
