Royalton Grenada, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

Went to Royalton Grenada for a girls trip. We chose the Diamond Club that came with butler service and had a great experience. Our room had a swim out with an ocean view. We were surrounded by scenic views. There were enough food choices for even picky eaters. We all got relaxing massages at the spa. The entertainment at night was super fun! It was a memorable vacation. I would go back.

We stayed at this resort in April 2025. Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the airport, it's an excellent choice for families. The resort is spread across a large area and features multiple low-rise buildings (2–3 floors), offering a relaxed, village-like atmosphere. A long stretch of sandy beach lined with trees extends close to the ocean, creating a peaceful and scenic setting. Despite the number of tourists, the beach never felt crowded, and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. There are two pools on the property, each with nearby bars and restaurants for those who prefer freshwater swimming. At the heart of the resort, there’s a charming park with a lake that attracts many birds, adding to the tranquil ambiance. Dining options include a buffet and a few themed restaurants, providing good variety. The staff were consistently friendly and professional throughout our stay. Near the reception area, there's a small coffee shop that also serves ice cream, cakes and sandwiches—perfect for a quick snack or a relaxed break. The resort offers nightly entertainment, featuring local artists and performers, which we really enjoyed. One important note: if you’re planning to explore beyond the resort, a car is essential. Walking isn't practical due to the long distances and lack of nearby attractions within walking range.

2 days stay the resort is very well kept. The food was the very worst I have tasted. Remember this resort is in Grenada and if catering for the people the food must be seasoned and keeping up with the Grenadians culture. Ms Lucy who cleansed our room job well done, friendly and you deserved a raise. The staffs was so courteous with the exception of one trolly personnel, who was the worst. He was sent to our rooms for pick up on our last day to take us to the lobby. He came took the white folks and left us in the outside stating he will return. We waited for 45 minutes several phone calls was made to the front desk one had to go to the lobby in order for him to come. Cuz he was not given a tip for the second time he took us up to the room. I am applauded at this behavior if this is his job why tips are based on the individual performance not black cs white. It makes me wonder. Again Ms Lucy to the rescue she made the inquiry to get us to the lobby cuz she was witness to his behavior.This must stop. We all spend money to be accommodated.

We just returned from a week at the Royalton. This was a hit for all our must haves. It was a 2 minute cab ride from the airport, the beach was incredible with good shade and tons of loungers. The resort was at full capacity during our stay however we never knew because of how well everyone was disbursed and things were mostly relaxed with that island vibe we needed. Food was delish and we only camped out at the buffet. We found the variety enough and the food was plentiful. We were in building 17 which was close to both the beach and main entertainment/cafe/lobby area. We spent afternoons by the pool which had a great atmosphere thanks to Junior and the super awesome vibe team. There were activities/board games in the lobby bar area if you needed a break from the sun. All the staff at the resort were kind and attentive. Our kiddos (4&7) loved hanging out at the kids club with Jovanna and her team. We had reservations about booking here given some of the negative reviews however we are so happy we booked it and highly recommend to anyone debating it. We also met many other guests from Canada, the UK and US who felt the same. Special shout out to the following Royalton staff who made our trip memorable and went out of their way to provide the utmost level of service. We will be back! We just retuned from an 8 night stay at Royalton Greneda. We are member of Prime travelers/Travel smart club and have stayed at several Royalton's since 2017. First let me say the resort setting is beautiful! It is very close to the airport which is also convenient. We loved that we could travel around the island easily by cab and found the people in the area very friendly. The cabs are nice and if you ask they tell you the price upfront which is great. The food on the resort was pretty good. Shout out to the Ma Maison where it was delicious and the Indian was good as well. Grazie (Italian) was ok and the buffet had a lot of choices so we were happy. Nibbles (Pool bar) was also good for quick bites and lunch. We had 2 ocean view rooms in building 14. Our room was on the 3rd floor and our sons were on the 2nd floor. Our room was very nice (gorgeous view). Our kids room had a dirty floor and comforter as well as some insects in the room. They did deal with this when we asked so it ended up ok. Our housekeeper, Finda, was a gem! So friendly and helpful. She left us little notes and even decorated the room for us. The house keeper for my sons however, not so much. She failed to clean their room one day, did not leave towels another and was generally very unfriendly. We would really like to thank Kenisha, Finda, Yolanda, Joshim, Jenelle, Abigayle, and Akim for their help and service in making our holiday lovely. I would like to say that the service at the Diamond club was beyond disappointing. Having been to many Royalton's we always enjoy the lounge area, however here we tried to avoid it. From the moment we arrived it was clear there was an issue with our reservation. Lots of side glances between the staff and whispers. When I asked if there was a problem I was dismissed rudely. Chantal and Monique were particularly dismissive which we did not appreciate. As club members we are always given a Butler or concierge person, a tour of the resort, told the amenities we can expect etc. We were told members here do not get a Butler which is fine, however we were given no tour (or any orientation, no offer of dinner reservations and no one explained to us that there is a app to make reservations. We were told that our concierge would contact us that day. When we had no contact the first or second day I went back to ask and was told to go to the lobby to meet her. When I got there they informed me she was off. Turns out she had our first 2 days off....why not jut tell me that instead of making me wait and run around trying to find her?? Also, when I asked who was covering for club guests I was just told no one knew. I asked for conditioner for our rooms and was told "we have to check"....check what?? Took 2 days to get it until our concierge got it for us. After we made contact with her everything was smooth and we enjoyed ourselves, but before that it was NOT fun. Some of the staff here are wonderful other's need lesson's in customer service. You will get big sighs, eye rolling, no smiles from some, while other's that I mentioned are sweet and helpful. We are not high maintenance guest, but to expect courteous service. It was not until I emailed Prime head office that we started to get that. All in all we did enjoy our trip after a rough start and would recommenced Grenada. I am hopeful that Royalton there can work on improving some of their service.
