The place is beautiful! The food is amazing. The people that work here are very kind and professional. However, the resort seems like they do not have enough people working. Many of the workers are working several different stations and seem "overtired". Service is VERY LAID BACK. No sense of urgency. Not sure how long the resort has been around but it seems like it's at the beginning stages of figuring things out. The restaurants are small. But once again, the food is delicious. The nightly shows are entertaining. In a nutshell, I've stayed at many Caribbean Resorts. This resort has a lot of potential but not worth what we paid.

To begin, the entire experience from the moment upon arrival to leaving was entirely seamless. We were given a welcome drink and led to lunch as our room was prepared and by the time we were done everything was ready.
The room was clean and they made sure to keep it that way by cleaning daily.
My husband and I were visiting to celebrate our anniversary and we left feeling celebrated and taken care of. On the actual day of our anniversary, it’s as if it was communicated to the entire facility and they made sure to accommodate accordingly which made it feel even more special.
We had also booked a spa service and as someone well versed in the industry (an esthetician myself) it was the best experience I’ve had. Very punctual with their service and the service from the staff was phenomenal. Everyone is super friendly and goes above and beyond!!!! My husband and I agreed it was the best massages we’ve ever had.
The food was AMAZING. I was extremely confused to see mixed reviews about the food but I loved all the options especially Hunter Steakhouse. I saw that people experienced longer wait times but this was not my experience at all. There is a food truck and buffet if you’re looking to get faster food which was so nice! We were fortunate to be there while it was their Independence day as well and they made it such a fun celebration! As well as a buffet of their dishes that were delicious.

I love everything about this resort. Everyone treated me so well being that I was alone and celebrating my birthday. Kaiden is an amazing bar tender at the main bar she is. They even sang happy birthday and decorated the spa room before my massage. I felt so special. The only complaint I had was the food, every thing was cooked perfectly however it lacked flavor. Every thing was so bland and no spice at all but the drinks made up for it, I actually lost a couple pounds during my 10 days there. lol but other than that I had an awesome time!!

Kalique from the vibe team is amazing. The whole vibe team was amazing. Hospitality was amazing. We had a problem with our room key for the first few days and the manager gave us a complimentary cabana. Overall the island is beautiful. Also the food was actually good and not what I expected compared to other reviews

Great location with no hotel to the right and only Sandals to the left. Awesome pool party, a little quieter during the week but turns up Friday to Sunday. Entertainment is amazing. Find Timothy and you will have the best time. This guy has tons of rizz and will get you and the entire group up out of your seat. So fun! Our butler was Rowan. Such a fantastic person, he thinks ahead to planning dinner reservations and asks the questions you may not be thinking at the moment. He goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We stayed in a DC presidential suite, room was made each day and refilled with all the stuff you want. At the end of it all, Rowan and Timothy made this resort shine.
