Our experience at the Royalton Chic Antigua could not have been any better! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such care and attention. Our butlers, Errolson and Kemoy, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed at any given time. They listened to all our preferences and made sure we never had to ask for the same thing twice—true professionals with a personal touch. Raeleen, the housekeeper who kept our bungalow spotless, always greeted us with a warm smile. It was such a lovely way to start each day! Dining at the Hunter Steakhouse was a highlight thanks to Theresa, Sanesha, and Chef Jason, who made sure every meal was perfect and up to the highest standards. Even in the evenings, the service remained exceptional. Sabrina at Epic Bar and the ever-smiling Hannah at Taboo created such a fun and relaxing atmosphere, handling even the busiest crowds with ease and grace. And I can’t end this review without a special shoutout to the amazing food truck chef—she made the best jerk chicken I’ve ever tasted! Despite the heat, she served every guest with kindness and a smile. While the accommodations were top-notch, it was truly the people who made this trip unforgettable. We’re already thinking about coming back to celebrate my husband’s next birthday at this incredible resort!

Royalton Chic has an amazing beach to be enjoyed by everyone. Pools and Diamond club with butlers absolutely elevates the experience. You will always find something to eat that you like. Overall the a la cartes are good as well as the buffet. Throughout our 10 day stay all seemed to get better. However food needs to be elevated at the buffet. Service overall was great but there are staff with attitude that underwhelm the experience for this property. Our butlers Maxwell and Terrel were outstanding and went over the top to make our stay the best. Their commitment to service and excellence was outstanding. They set the bar here for service and are under utilized as butlers and their talent far exceeds their current position.

Just getting back from my wonderful vacation at Royalton Chic Antigua and it was more than I could have imagined. From the time we checked in until the time we checked out. The food was delicious and the drinks were strong and endless!! I highly recommend getting the Diamond Package as other travelers who did not have it did not have the same experience. Be sure to upgrade and get your money’s worth! We loved our butlers Carl(Big Coop) and Neil. The beautiful Subi took care of us at the cabana by the pool that we were able to have all day thanks to Lakeisha the manager. Everyone at this resort provided the best services and hospitality. If you are hesitant about booking DONT BE!! Book your Trip!! I will definitely be back! Love everyone there!

The instructors, Daniel and Eliena were knowledgeable, engaging, and great at catering to all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, they ensure everyone has a fantastic time. Their upbeat attitude and motivating spirit made every class something to look forward to! If you're visiting Royalton Chic Antigua I highly recommend joining the Aqua Fit sessions—it's the perfect way to start your day feeling refreshed and energized. Kudos to the team for their hard work and dedication! Special shout out to Daniel for going above and beyond his fitness role assisting my friend and I to contact locals to secure our ferry trip to Barbuda which we were attempting to complete for 5 days, without luck. He was very personable and we appreciate the extra effort he took to engage us.

Let me start this off by saying, please do not listen to all the negative reviews. The food was amazing when I ordered room service. They would call to let you know when it was being delivered and sometimes earlier than the time we asked, which was great and it was always hot and delicious The buffet in the morning for breakfast. They do try to change it up, so there are different things you can have one day make an egg sandwich the next day get an omelette the next day have some French toast so you don’t get tired. I do wish they had another restaurant for breakfast but so be it …as for the alcohol. I was a non-DC and I found sky vodka or Amsterdam vodka was fine, one time I did see a bottle of Grey goose or Tito‘s but that was reserved for DC one of my complaints is when you get there they make you sit in the lobby all day instead of telling you change and go and enjoy the beach. I asked twice for the changing room and finally was obliged if you have any difficult issues with making reservations go to the front desk the girls are very nice and will help you. The Italian restaurant was delicious. The steakhouse was delicious. The Mediterranean restaurant was excellent. Nothing to complain about even Haven grill. The Caribbean restaurant open air was Very good service with a smile from everybody around. The water in the ocean is very cloudy due to the rain and it rained either every day or every night it would pour for a few minutes. I don’t know if this is something that happens all the time or just the rainy season but I recommend going on a non-rainy season so you can have Clear beach water to swim Im a Beach girl. We had massages off the resort, make a left right past the little souvenir and bar is a white tent. She does phenomenal massage massages go see her Japanese lady. PS we were in building one and also enjoyed the quiet pool, One day we ordered room service and ate it at the quiet pool. It was great. I took off a Star because they really need to step up Certain areas they need to provide more towels at the pool so that when people are arriving, they don’t have to walk around wet if they go swimming and there’s no towels to be had. Every day by the early afternoon, the towels are all gone. There is not one clean pool towel to be had, invest some money and buy more towels so you can put out some more pool towels at noon time for people that are arriving!! ((Better yet keep a stack of towels for guests ..offer them a clean towel for the pool to guests that may want to change and go for a dip)) Perhaps housekeeping, should be informed of rooms that are checking out and cleaned first so new people checking in don’t have to wait till 4 or 5 pm..
