We recently stayed at this stunning hotel for our honeymoon and it was an unforgettable experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We had a villa by the river and the views were simply breathtaking and a unique experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and we couldn't have asked for more. Every meal was a delight! We will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Paradise found! I have stayed in some very nice hotels all over the world, but nothing comes even close to this hotel. The photos online look stunning, but they don’t do it justice. Every single detail in this place is immaculate. The best service I have ever received and every single person working here is just so lovely and professional. The only negative thing I can think of is knowing that we’ll have to leave by the end of this week. We don’t tend to go places twice, as there’s so much of the world we’d like to see, but I’m already looking at dates to return next year. Keep up the fantastic work!

The Royal River in Tenerife is truly a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — discreet, warm, and incredibly attentive. The entire hotel feels like a private sanctuary, with beautifully designed villas, serene surroundings, and a calming atmosphere throughout. The decor strikes the perfect balance between modern luxury and tropical elegance, making every corner feel special. One of the standout features is the network of private canals — perfect for a peaceful swim right from your villa. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning views, especially at sunset, and the food was consistently excellent. What impressed us most was the thoughtful attention to detail: my wife is allergic to gluten, and once they knew, they never forgot — every meal was handled with care. A perfect escape.

This hotel is phenomenal - no other word for it!! The entire complex is so beautifully curated with stylish and calming interiors and everywhere is superbly maintained. The private pools that then connect to a 90m lap pool is a fabulous feature and allows for a great workout swim! The staff are amazing - so lovely and so quietly attentive. Endlessly obliging and just can’t do enough for you to ensure a perfect vacation. The food offering is also first class and varied, and the live music is a lovely extra at breakfastand dinner. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!!!!

Maria Jose, our villa lady was very kind and caring! As well as all the staff very accommodating to our needs. Maria would always ask us everyday how we are and if we needed anything. Upon arrival the greeting fragrance in the reception area is an example of how luxurious and attentive this hotel is. We were given a tour of the hotel which is by far one of the most luxurious hotels I have stayed in. The attention to detail by the staff is excellent, the evening check ins for anything required was a nice touch to our stay. The restaurants are very nice and elegant with fine dining and chef specials , although it would have been nicer to go to Kokoro & Flamingo more than Top Brasserie just to get a bit more variety of menu’s The decor of the villa is very relaxing and modern, the calm and peaceful set up makes it a private and comfortable stay. Including the use of the spa with treatments, and jacuzzi only a short swim down the river to access. An overall wonderful stay!
