Thank you all for a truly wonderful break. So much has been said about the beauty, comfort and peace at Royal River and we agree wholeheartedly. We particularly want to thank the teams looking after everyone. They are without exception attentive and caring, we’d particularly like to thank Alejandro, Sid and Jenny, and there were many others (who’s names we can’t remember - sorry!) who were friendly and very efficient and took a personal interest in our comfort. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and has a very varied choice. So, a big thank you to everyone, we’d also like to give a particular mention to Lydia, she’s doing a very fine job of overseeing a beautiful hotel and creating a uniquely luxurious and special atmosphere, we can see how busy she is, but she’s very engaged with her guests and committed to excellence. She has the personal touch and that makes a difference to the quality of care across the board.

We have had an absolutely incredible stay. The hotel is beautiful and in a great central location. A lot of thoughtful care has gone into the landscaping and decoration. We stayed in one of the river rooms which had a private terrace upstairs, with views of the ocean. We chose a half-board stay, and the breakfasts and dinners were lovely. A highlight was the Asian tasting menu at Kokoro on Sunday. We spent time at the spa and can recommend the signature experience, it was one of the best massages we have ever had. The staff are all friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone, it's beautiful.

I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! The service was truly outstanding, Nancy, Sid, and every single server went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were not only attentive and professional but also incredibly funny and friendly, which made every interaction such a delight. Their warm energy created such a welcoming atmosphere, and it really felt like they enjoyed making guests happy. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who appreciates great service with a smile!

My boyfriend and I have just returned from the most wonderful holiday, thanks entirely to our stay at this incredible hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, was so friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and impeccably clean. Our room was a peaceful haven we looked forward to returning to every day. We were celebrating a special trip that combined his birthday and our romantic trip, and the hotel truly made it unforgettable. We were touched by the thoughtful surprises arranged for us; from a lovely birthday cake to a beautiful love setup in our room. These special touches made us feel so valued and added magic to our celebration. We enjoyed every single moment of our perfect vacation and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. This is my second time staying at Royal River Tenerife and it is still beyond my wildest dreams. The rooms are stunning, all modern amenities, food is fresh, and service is impeccable. The breakfast buffet is expansive with lots of options for all food types- they even have celery juice in the morning which is rare to come by. The staff are exceptional- we saw Nancy morning, noon, and night and herself and the whole team made the experience unforgettable. If you ever have a chance in your life to come here- do it!
