I had a great experience at the Royal Orchid Beach Resort. All staff are polite and helpful who made our stay experience quite smooth right from the check-in experience to a hassle free checkout. Drinks served in the pool at Sunken bar was a mesmerizing experience and a memorable one. Breakfast was great with many options from different cuisines. In room dining service was quick and food was very tasty. Utorda beach is just 2mins walk away and the route from resort to the beach was very well maintained and secured. Overall a great experience at Royal Orchid Beach Resort. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a relaxed vacation in South Goa.

Resort was very good, rooms were well maintained. Good food. Friendly staff. Access to beach was just a quick two mins walk. A very good resort for relaxation for a couple of days. Spa is slightly expensive. Feeding fishes were enjoyable to kids. May be resort can add more activities and games. Play zone is quite small for kids.

We stayed here for 4 nights in the private pool suite. It was a beautiful room, very cozy and quiet. The plunge pool is the perfect size for chilling. The resort has a bigger pool and a sunken bar right infront of the room, if you want to swim. The property is beachfront and had easy access to the white sand Utorda beach and plenty of shacks. The in-room dining food was very enjoyable, service very quick. I had mentioned that I'm pregnant and cannot eat a lot of spicy food. They were very accommodating and modified the dishes to my liking with special care. The variety in breakfast buffet was appreciable too. There was a mix of Indian and foreign tourists and everyone seemed to be happy with the breakfast spread. Chef Sam and his team took good care of us. Loved the live counters for aloo paratha, dosa, poori, waffles, eggs everyday. I particularly enjoyed the live sitar and tabla music every morning, the musicians were very good. We took plenty of walks around the property and used to see kids and families enjoying the ducks, the pool, playground and other amenities made available. I also found all the services very affordable. I heard they're opening a beachside restaurant soon. Only drawback for me was the size of the gym.

Royal Orchid Resort & Spa offers a wonderful stay with a calm and relaxing ambience. The private beach is clean and perfect for peaceful walks, and the swimming pool area is beautifully maintained. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted fresh. The spa experience was soothing and professionally done, making the stay even more refreshing. A great place to unwind with comfort and luxury.

Stayed for 3 nights recently with wife and kid. Property is really nice & well maint. Decent staff and well spoken. Swimming pool with rain dance area and sunken bar is superb. Cosmos Restaurant is amazing, breakfast options are good with both veg and non veg varieties. Chef Sam & Rahul took care of our requirements and special care towards the toddler. Front desk was courteous in their behaviour, always smiling and also assisted us with early check-in request. Room - Cub Rooms are few in number and room is quite small, even the bathroom and dressing area is very small for 2 adults and 1 toddler. TV has Tata sky only and can't connect to OTT. Beach - Direct access to beach from resort was perfect. Very clean beach with lifeguard around and 3 mins walk from resort, private gate with courteous watchman & beach chairs are kept but area is a street dog menace and becomes difficult to sit with kids as they sit under the chairs and keep barking. Moreover, there is a nallah running just ahead which needs to be crossed before reaching beach, resort can increase the length of the bridge so that guests dont have to cross it by foot everytime. Overall had a good time in Goa & will look forward for another holiday in Utorda.
