The kindness and professionalism of the staff really stands out and is consistent across the team. Rooms are immaculately clean and spacious. Good options for adults only side or family side of resort. Food at restaurants is very good as well. Recommend you book at the upper-end restaurants well in advance of your arrival. We tried to go and they were booked up 4-5 days out. Be sure to read their dress code requirements as well. Katrin, guest experience manager, is an absolute professional.

Fantastic hotel in every way. Rooms was amazing size and layout wit our room cleaner Margarita doing a wonderful job everyday. The service throughout the hotel was first class and reception were excellent at sorting out anything we needed. Breakfast was outstanding in the restaurant were always very friendly! The most wonderful experience at this hotel. We came here for my birthday for a week and have not been disappointed. All staff have been friendly and helpful, Bridget around the 5th level pool is always a joy to see and talk to everyday. The rooms are huge with lots of room to settle in for the week. The hotel is quiet and not busy either. The views from our room and the pool were incredible. The extra level of attention to detail does not go unnoticed either. When they found out it was my birthday I received a birthday plate at breakfast and then later on champagne and cake in my room. Honestly one of the best hotels we have stayed in and would highly recommend.

We come here for the second time, and we still love it here. The staff from the breakfast is so kind and friendly, they do everything they can to make it an unforgettable holiday. The rooms are very large and perfectly in condition, also very clean. And thank you for not forgetting my birthday! It was lovely to spent it here... Next year we will be back.

We had a wonderful five night stay and will certainly return, (and recommend the hotel to others). We had a two bedroom villa (1101), and our only suggestions are that it would be nice to have some greenery on the villa terrace and a minibar in the room! We were unable to eat at the Italian restaurants in the hotel during our stay as they were fully booked throughout which was a shame, although there are of course many fine eateries in La Caleta. Thanks to all the staff and already looking forward to next time.
