We were returning guests after our first stay at the hotel last year. Had just as an amazing experience this year. The rooms are fabulous, spacious, well equipped and immaculate (Deluxe Suite). The beds are ridiculously comfortable. The room cleaning daily is wonderful (in evening as well if you need it). The hotel breakfast and service is amazing, everything so fresh and cooked to your liking. Every single member of staff says good day and has a smile. You are made to feel special. The pool is clean (and lovely temperature in August). There is rarely not a group of sunbeds available most of the day, so no scramble to reserve them! And pool towels and iced water and even suntan lotion available all day. I do have to say though that certain areas around the poolside are slippery and I hope this gets resolved before we come back again. Not a reason to stop us coming back though! We had a wonderfully relaxed holiday, thank you again!

I travel out of the country a lot but this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. The service was emasculate, if you even think you want something it’s like they read your mind and it’s at your finger tips. The food was wonderful I did the half board with included breakfast and dinner each day. They switch their menu every day so you always get to try different options. From check in, to restaurant service, to Pool service and room service was 10/10 amazing!!! The spa is a much! The entire experience was breath taking. Very clean property and everyone was so nice and friendly! I cannot wait to come back!!

What an exceptional hotel! Every part of our experience here has been outstanding. The hotel itself is breathtaking, exactly what you would expect from a 5 star luxury resort. The staff go above and beyond, anticipating our needs and doing so with warmth and kindness. Special shout out to Justyna who has made our stay all the more special. We will absolutely be back!

We stayed in a two-bedroom villa with private pool. It was worth every penny. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, walk-in dressing area, big lounge and great terrace with table and chairs for 6, a sofa and two chairs, a huge day bed and two sun loungers.
Staff were attentive without being OTT and noting was too much trouble.
Lots of lovely, local restaurants but we also cooked and ate in the room as it was so lovely. We cannot wait to return.

This place is well worth the money! DEFINITELY get the breakfast included in your rate. Worth every penny. The pool is relaxing and the views are incredible! We had a washer and dryer in the room that was a game changer for our two week trip (we spent 6 nights here). Our room was very nice and quiet! Definitely Luxurious! La Caleta is a wonderful little town with a lot of great restaurants that is not crowded like the rest of the touristy areas in Tenerife.
