This hotel is a jewel and whilst it is pricey I would comment you get what you pay for and here it is upmarket, relaxing,order and very clean. Having worked in hospitality with a major international hotel group I can honestly say the management should be very proud of their team members. Each and every member of staff was nothing but welcoming, courteous and helpful always going that extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Our suite was outstanding and had everything we needed. With spectacular views and comfortable balcony furniture it was wonderful to relax and watch the sunset in the evening. We couldn’t fault anything at all - housekeeping went over and above to look after us. Food and drinks selection very good. Today it’s not often you are asked how you are enjoying but the team here have got it just right! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay - we will be back !

My wife and I came here for a week of relaxation and some winter sun. It’s truly been one of the best experiences we’ve had. The hotel is fantastic. You’re made to feel special as soon as you arrive.
We on my birthday and were greeted with a bottle of something fizzy and a cake, which was a lovely touch.
We spent most of our days at the roof top terrace around the pool. It’s such an amazing place to relax and the service we received there was second to none. Especially by Ismael who has made our stay extra memorable. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was extremely polite , courteous and fun. So a big thank you to Ismael.

This hotel is one of the best we’ve ever been to. We came here for the first time in 2019 and came back again in 2024.
The staff are genuinely lovely people and they always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. From the moment you check in to the cleaning staff, receptionists, breakfast team, pool staff, everyone is so kind and helpful.
The rooms are fantastic! Big, modern and super comfortable, with everything you need for a stay. The views and amenities are also wonderful, great pool, wellness and fitness centre as well as yoga classes and other activities.
We’ve been to many hotels around the world but this is the one we always come back to.

This is such a perfect hotel, I am reluctant to write a review because I want to keep the secret to myself!
Spacious suites, great location with around 15 lovely restaurants, including some harbour front, and best pizzeria on the island within an easy stroll. We've stayed 7+ times and see the same familiar friendly faces of staff every time.
