This time was our 3rd visit to this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. It is consistently lovely which is why we keep coming back. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The beds are amazing. Housekeeping are very thorough, they keep the room both immaculately clean and comfortable. Service, wherever you go in this hotel is superb. Very friendly, helpful and great little touches of remembering your name, your coffee preferences etc. It is always good to see the same staff time and again, it gives confidence that it is a good place to work (Andreas who looks after everyone around the pool has been around since 2019 and he always remembers us). We went to the Michelin Star (2 ⭐️) restaurant which was wonderful, very high quality dining experience with a nice atmosphere and none of the pretentiousness that comes with some Michelin places. Maria Jose was an exceptional host and the team were warm and very professional. It’s a superb hotel which is beautifully designed and maintained. Every detail is taken care of, it’s incredibly comfortable, the restaurants are lovely and the service is exceptional. We will be back again.

Had a wonderful time at this fantastic hotel. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Although there were a couple of things that could be improved on. The rooms were phenomenal but two nights in a row we did not receive the turn-down service. The pool area is so relaxing but the drinks menu is minimal if you do not drink alcohol. Some of the drinks you order taste different sometimes which was a bit disappointing as were not nice. There was also a time we had to wait nearly an hour for our drinks to arrive. However, overall it was a perfect holiday and a lovely hotel. The location is fantastic. The rooms were incredible with fabulous views and the bed is super comfy! The breakfast is amazing and the service at breakfast was always outstanding. The massage that I had at the spa was one of the best massages I have had which is saying a lot as I am pregnant and constantly uncomfortable. Would definitely stay again and can’t thank the staff enough for making it as relaxing as can be.

Absolutely! ***** I recently had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel, and I cannot sing its praises enough. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the exceptional staff. The rooms are not only spacious but also exquisitely modern, providing a luxurious retreat after a long day of exploring. The bed? Let's just say I haven't slept that well in ages - it's like sleeping on a cloud! One of the highlights of our stay was the private balcony, which offered stunning views and ample space to unwind. Whether we wanted to soak up the sun on the comfortable sunbeds or enjoy the sunset at the table with chairs, the balcony was the perfect spot. And speaking of meals, the service at the hotel's half-board restaurant was nothing short of phenomenal. The attentive staff made sure that every dining experience was a delight, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. But perhaps the crowning jewel of this remarkable hotel is the rooftop infinity pool. Words cannot do justice to the breathtaking views and serene ambiance of this oasis. It's truly one of a kind and the perfect place to relax and recharge. In summary, this hotel exceeded all of my expectations and then some. If you're looking for a luxurious retreat with exceptional service, modern amenities, and unforgettable views, look no further. This is the place to be. Five stars all the way!

The very best friendly service of any holiday hotel I have visited! Relaxing atmosphere where nothing was too much trouble for staff. Hotel very modern, well maintained and exceptionally clean. Room also spacious and fantastic breakfast selection. The staff here really go the extra mile to make you feel at home, from the reception to the restaurants to the cleaners. This is the place to come for a week or twos perfect relaxation. thank you for your welcome.. we will definitely be back soon

Our first time to this stunning hotel. Could not find fault. Architectural wonder and well positioned, only a 3 minute stroll to the sea front village where we found great restaurants. Immaculately clean everywhere, great housekeeping too. I did yoga or Pilates each morning and there is plenty of choice for those wanting a form of fitness. Breakfast was exceptional, fresh with plenty of choice. Enrique on reception was warm and professional both on check in and check out and the lovely girl at breakfast was a credit to the hotel too. We will be back!
