If I could give 10 stars I would 😊 Experienced travellers. Everything was perfect and so much more. From arrival to sad departure the staff are amazing. The food was so varied, BBQ, a full beef rib, fried local fish, and the fresh fruit and salad was even different every day. Entertainment…these guys have their own theatre with cabaret every night! Yoga, aqua aerobics…. these guys never stop. We’ve never gone to the same place twice but 100% we will go back.

My Wife and I have just returned from a 10 night trip to Agadir for our first time. We have nothing but good to say. The room was spacious, modern with fridge safe smart tv, shower room with powerful hot shower and all facilities you would hope for. The room was cleaned daily and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Towels were changed daily and bedding when required. You could pretty much get food all day from 7am breakfast. A good range of fruits,cereals,breads and the chef would prepare omelette or eggs of your choice. Fruit juices and lovely Moroccan mint tea plus choice of other teas and coffee. Lunch was a huge variety of foods all beautifully cooked and nice and hot in the serving turines. Once again chef would be cooking fresh sardines on the bbq or a variety of meals. Totally spoiled for choice with desserts from homemade cakes, biscuits, ice cream or fruits. Evening meal was usually themed ie Moroccan night with a variety of tajines and flavoured rice. Fish day consisted of beautiful king prawns cooked on the bbq and a choice of other local fish. The soup was served at evening meal and always piping hot. One of the things that made the holiday for us was the animation team. They work so hard and always keep a smile on their faces. During the day they have poolside activities getting the willing to join in with Zumba water aerobics and dance classes. Great fun and then in the evenings a show in the theatre. So professional with staff members joining in with staff from South America for the Salsa night. I would like to say we had a favourite show nigjt but they were all brilliant. Once the show was finished a nightcap at the poolside bar which closed at midnight and if you want another drink you can go to the bar near reception until 1am. Moroccan day consisted of dressing up and Moroccan dance lessons. We also went to Moroccan cooking glass where we were taught how to make a chicked tagine. Very interesting and mad fun by Omar. When it was cooked we all got to sample the delicious tagine. Reception staff were polite and helpful and money exchange was available but a better rate achievable 5 minutes walk to the money exchange. Located directly on the beach promenade outdoor earing was available which was lovely in the mornings watching agadir wake up. The beach was kept spotlessly clean by the beach attendanbyplenty of beds

Great hotel for the price. Good location for social aspect and access to the cable car and beach. Separate toilet to bathroom. Very generous room sizes. Easy access everywhere. Food was high quality and a general mix of choices. Great bar - with both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

We are a family of 6 ranging from age 10 to 39 and this hotel offers everything. The family rooms are perfect with a separate room with a double bed for mum and dad and then 2 twin/sofa beds in the lounge area. More of an apartment than a hotel room. Also offering a balcony with a great view of both the coastline and the amazing mountain view. The staff here are super helpful and nothing is too much for them, our waiter that we chose to use during breakfast and lunch, Mohamed, was great and remembered all of the kids drinks at every meal and had them ready by the time we had sat down. The food is great and they offer a good variety with set theme nights but always with a bland option to, chips, bread etc for those fussy eaters and salad. The pool appears green and many travellers put this down to algae it is in fact the pool tiles. The pool is cleaned thoroughly every morning and is inspected regularly throughout the day. There is never a "fight" for sunbeds either as there are enough for everyone. Onsite there is a gym and a spa and along the side of the hotel a small souk offering a range of Wares. We made friends with one of the less pushy shop owners, Imad, who was great and nothing was too much. He also welcomed and enjoyed a good haggle to which I managed to secure some great deals for the family. The private beach is clean and tidy with ample sunbeds. There is a kids club which seems relaxed and friendly although our children didn't use it they took part in the evening party with them Lastly the animation team here are exceptional and each member takes their time to speak to all of the families and engage with everyone. We being a large family took up much of their time and got to know them very well, this team went towards making this one of the best abroad trips I have ever taken. They made us feel very welcome and that we would have friends at this destination for life. Thank you team.

They let another hotel guest smash our room door to bits , then didn’t remove this party as they couldn’t afford the bill to fix the door. Not only was our security and safety damaged so should this hotel’s reputation. They will happy keep angry aggressive guests attacking doors with a fire extinguisher, because they can’t pay the fee (as they told me at reception) over prioritising guests wellbeing
