One of the best hotel here in Palm Jumeirah!! All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Shout out to the guy receptionist I forgot to ask his name. He is very professional and accommodating. I booked a premium room to celebrate my special day but they automatically upgraded to sweet room for a gift. Surprised me with a cake on our table and it made my day even more special and beautiful. Kudos to all the staff and very recommended to celebrate special occasions here in Royal Central Hotel and resort the palm. ❤️

The Hotel is so good and quit for relaxation, unfortunately the staff is not friendly or helpful especially the front desk staff and their manager We were 8 person so we booked 4 rooms with twin bed, when we came for check out they need from us to pay for 2 person as they told us the booking for 6 adults only. We explained to them They only need money for the food 🤷‍♀️ they didn’t care about the stay we stayed 8 person but if it belongs to the food you will pay The behavior of the front desk girl and her manager is really rude and not accepted Overall the experience is disappointed and not recommended

We had a great time really, the beach is relaxing, the pool was clean, the valets and guards were friendly, the facilities are great. The only downside that we had experience was the front desk service, no one offered us a drink and everyone was offered one, and when we noticed and told the front desk, that’s when they ask if we want to have a refreshment, it was too late. Anyway, in the afternoon we went to the beach around 6:00pm (we have a baby so we don’t want to go around 3-5pm since it’s too hot) the staff told us that he couldn’t give us a towel since we don’t have a towel card (we were not informed to have it on hand) anyways my husband went back to the reception and asked for the cards then came back only to have the guy tell him that he can’t give out towels anymore cause it’s out of stock. It was infuriating cause he also informed us that the beach and pool is limited only until 6:45, but what I saw at their schedules it was until 7:00pm. Anyways it was a good stay I just hope that they train their staff to be accommodating and friendly, and be updated with their timings and schedule.

I stayed at the hotel recently and had a mixed experience. I arrived tired and figure out I had booked the wrong room by mistake. The gentleman I spoke to at the front desk while processing for my check-in had a cold attitude and didn’t try to understand my situation. Thankfully, Ms. Sangita was very professional and kind. She quickly arranged a better room and made sure everything was taken care of. Big thanks to her for the great service! Dinner at the restaurant wasn’t the best the portion was small and the spaghetti was overcooked. The beach area had no proper service, the towels were old and torn, and there was a bad smell in the elevator. Also, there was no soundproofing in the room I could clearly hear the neighbor’s doorbell ringing at late nights as if it was in my own room Check-out was smooth and Ms. Nesrin was friendly and helpful.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. Despite booking well in advance and receiving confirmation, I was told upon arrival that no rooms were available due to late checkouts. After a long day of travel, being left to wait in the lobby for nearly 2 hours while the staff scrambled to "find a solution" was frustrating. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive to complaints. No apology was offered, and no compensation or refund was even mentioned. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere—this place is not reliable. The kids club was unclean with watermelon slices lying around.
