Overall, The Royal Central Hotel combines luxury, hospitality, and convenience for an unforgettable stay in Dubai.

The hotel is overall fine, but don't expect anything special. It's more a 4 star than a 5 star hotel, at least for western standards. The staff is nice though and it's location on the Palm is very quiet and calm. Wouldn't go back anyway, for the high price it's not worth it.

I recently stayed at a supposed five-star luxury hotel and was greatly disappointed. The exterior windows were filthy, a clear sign of neglect. We were moved to a room with a balcony, but the windows there were also unclean. The plumbing was problematic: one room had delayed hot water, while the other had excessively hot water with complicated shower controls. The food quality was subpar with limited options, and the coffee was too sour. Additionally, the service was lackluster. The staff appeared uninterested and unwelcoming from check-in to check-out. Our room was not cleaned even when we requested it, and the overall service was slow and inattentive. For the price, this hotel does not meet the expected standards of luxury and customer care.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. This place is great. Its small compared to the other big impersonal ones out here, but thats what makes it less cold a place. The sevice and food is impeccable, and the facilities superb. We went all inclusive, and never lacked food or drunk at any time. Big shout out to all the staff, who do so much to make your stay brilliant! There are loads of big name hotels on the Palm, but for me, I would gladly come back here....... all day long!!!!

Nicely located, fast check in, the Nepalese receptionist,(forgot the name) was brilliant. Breakfast has a lot of options and is good, the roof top japanese restaurant has a stellar view. Good pool and beach, overall a nice hotel.
