Serene environment with beautiful ambiance. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They offered me a surprise birthday cake cus it was my birthday.. Room was neat with bed neatly laid.there were lots of options for breakfast as well. Lastly the sea view was breathtaking . The only downside is, it’s quite far from town but there’s a free bus shuttle system available though

Great stay here. Only downsides - not enough beach/pool chairs (and the premium ones are way overpriced, literally never used by anyone - so clearly everyone thought so). They probably need to clear out loungers not used for a couple of hours and "saved all day by towels". Room view was lovely though, would stay again. Surprised the rooftop restro/bar wasn't more busy - probably needs advertising more, it's great up there.

I won't go into details, the room was nice and clean, we ordered dinner on the beach, everything was fine. I'll tell you briefly... 1. Upon arrival we were given a glass of juice, a welcome drink, the glass was broken in half and sharp, my fiancée scratched his lip on it. How could you not notice what you were giving? 2. The beach was relatively dirty, again there were shards and garbage from yesterday. 3 the most important thing that made me angry, I ordered coffee from downstairs, from the cafe near the reception, the Filipino girl put her feet up on the table and started to lace up her sneakers, she just put her foot up on the table and started to touch her shoes, after she noticed us, she took the order and with these DIRTY hands wanted to make coffee 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃 I asked of course to wash my hands, but seeing this situation 🫢 is very unpleasant ...

The staff were amazing, and the breakfast was great. The check-in process was smooth with excellent assistance, kudos to Mustafa! Housekeeping was efficient, and all our requests were handled promptly. Breakfast buffet were stuffed, Rosaly was very attentive to our requests. We’ll certainly be coming back! 🎉👍🏼

I had a pleasant stay at Royal Central Hotel and Resort The Palm. The hotel was clean, safe, and had a great location with easy access to the beach. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience enjoyable. However, when it comes to food, I only had breakfast, and I wouldn’t recommend getting more than that. The breakfast selection remained the same for an entire week, with little to no variety. It also seemed like they reused leftovers from dinner, which was disappointing. This is an area that could definitely be improved. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a comfortable stay, but the food options could use some work.
