This was our second stay at this hotel, and it continues to be excellent. The food selection is very varied, with grilled options available every evening and plenty of choices for vegetarians. There are several pools on the premises, including two heated pools, which is a great bonus. The animation team is friendly, energetic, and genuinely entertaining. There are activities running throughout the day, so there’s always something to do and you never feel bored. The hotel grounds are cleaned frequently and are very well maintained. Drinks at the bar are of good quality with a wide variety available. Sunbeds are plentiful, so there’s no need to worry about availability. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with all the essentials, including a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to couples, friends, and families.

I’ve been to many hotels around the world- New York, Saudi, Qatar, Florida and more- many of those hotels are top notch with the best of reputation and reviews. However, I’ve never seen a hotel like this. There are so many Pros about this hotel I don’t think I can fit them all in this review. Let’s start with one of the most important things- I have very severe allergies from various ingredients. Chef Ahmad Al Elnadar took my allergies very seriously. He showed me what was good for me and what to stay away from: every single meal (which was three times a day). Thanks to this kind act, I was able to eat freely and confidently like the rest of the guests every meal. I truly think this hotel experience would have went much different with chef Ahmed’s expertise and help. Chef Hasan and Chef Alaa were also very helpful. Speaking of food, every meal is included. You would expect free meals to be lower quality than restaurants. However, the meals at Pickalbatros were much better than any hotel I’ve been to- let alone any restaurant I’ve been to. There are so many food varieties- fresh pizza, pasta, salads, Mediterranean dishes, a bunch of grilled meats, and more- and the quality is amazing: everything is freshly made! There was also a gluten and nut free section available with a variety of pastries (and they taste phenomenal) The staff at the dining area always greet us with a smile and are extremely helpful. They are multilingual so it’s really easy to communicate with them especially if you are a foreigner. As you are eating, the staff cleans up the table which ensures a clutter free dining experience. Another point I love about this hotel is the fact that there is drinks available all over the resort/premises. You could just walk up to any station, grab a cup and help yourself to any beverage. It truly is an experience like no other. What I love about this experience was the amount of included activities there were: a whole water park, Minigolf, bikes with multiple seats, a boardwalk, ping pong, a beach, multiple pools, jacuzzis, a coffee shop, ice cream and much much more. The atmosphere of the whole hotel was amazing. The decor is amazing and everything is organized and clean. It truly is an amazing experience. I will never go to another hotel in my life. I plan in coming here again and again god willing and don’t plan on stopping. So, if you can leave with one thing, it would be to choose Pickalbatros in sharm el sheikh over any other hotel. You’ll thank me later.

The hotel is great, very large in area with many pools, aquapark and various entertainment. It is very suitable for families with children. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the food is varied and delicious. The staff is very friendly and has a sense of humor. The show program is good and different every day. The beach is incredible, with a very long pontoon, you can go down to 3 places. It is not deep and there is a wide variety of fish. At the end of the pontoon there is a coral reef, which is very beautiful. They have life jackets.

The resort is large and very clean. My room, especially the Amethyst, was always clean. The staff was friendly and the food was good, although for the Italian food, I'd opt for dishes without spices. The dinner end time could be extended (I'd have the Soprano open all day until midnight), and I would have liked evening entertainment until at least 11 pm. However, it's a resort I recommend, and finally, my favorite place, the Columbus Café, is wonderful. Thanks to all the staff, I'll definitely be back. Greetings from Italy.

Overall, our family had a great holiday in this resort. Several positive points; staff is super nice, always helpful and efficient (everything is very clean, great service at the restaurant, plenty of lifeguards around the pools). The beach was great; you can either chill in the shallow part or go to the end of the jetty for snorkeling to see the coral reef. Food was outstanding with 4 restaurants to choose from and most of it delicious. Unbelievable how they manage this for such a big resort... We were unlucky for our first room but changing was not a hassle and our second room was great although you can hear the loud evening show music until 10pm. Main negative draw back was our experience with management/reception. Long story short, our reservation was done via a russian agency (family of my wife) but I have a belgian passport and our family lives in Belgium. Upon arrival, I was explained that I had to pay "the Belgian price", simply because of my passport. This was a 300 dollar extra to what was already paid and I wouldn't get my key unless it was settle. All this at 4am with tired kids after a day of travelling. Very unprofessional and purely discriminatory.
