Beautiful resort with everything you need for a holiday with young children. Activities are provided from morning to night with great enthusiasm by the entertainment team. They do everything to put a smile on your face. As for the meals, there's more than enough choice to enjoy a delicious meal every day. A downside might be the fact that all the restaurants are intertwined, which makes it quite busy. But after a quick look around, I found a quiet spot, and the staff that treats you like a royalty, making you quickly forget all about it. I highly recommend it.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The hotel was massive and had plenty of space to do things. The pool was amazing was always nice to go in especially with the hot weather we had. The sun bed area was always easy to get a bed in the mornings for the day which helped us settle in the daytime. The food choice was always great throughout the day with plenty to choose from to get you through the day and the evening. The room was a great size with the beds being comfortable with a brilliant view from the balcony of the pool outside. The entertainment team was great during my time here and were always willing to have a chat and a laugh with me. I'd give a big mention to Kara who was amazing with her always having a smile on her face and making the mood feel good even if I had a bad day. Our last night she invited me and my best friend to the Hard rock cafe and it was an amazing time. Definitely will look to come back to this hotel in future, thank you everyone for making my stay a memorable one.

I recently visited this hotel. Overall, I had a positive impression, although like every hotel it has its drawbacks. I would especially like to mention the animation team, I didn’t have to be bored. Pleasant atmosphere during the day by the pool, unobtrusive music and wonderful relaxation and entertainment. Also interesting and varied evening programs and shows, every day there was something new and interesting. I want to thank the DJ for the wonderful parties and well-chosen music, which is suitable for all nationalities, everyone has fun and a cool atmosphere. I recommend the hotel for a good rest, you definitely won’t be bored

Lovely hotel, nice & clean, perfect for families. Every single staff member is polite & fun! The entertainment staff are really good with the children. Always plenty of sunbeds around the pools. My children are 13,10 & 8 and plenty to keep them occupied especially the aqua park and water slides. Snorkeling is great too off the hotels jetty. Would definitely recommend & return 😊

We are now in room 3227 We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, things went wrong. We were given the wrong room, which was far from the main facilities—something that was especially difficult as we were traveling with a baby and a stroller. To make matters worse, there was no elevator access to the room, making it extremely inconvenient The cleanliness of the room was below standard—dusty surfaces, a musty smell, and poorly maintained amenities. The food at the hotel was also quite disappointing: bland, repetitive, and lacking in variety or freshness. Service and hospitality were another major letdown. Staff communication was poor, with multiple misunderstandings and little effort made to accommodate our needs or correct the mistakes. We did not feel welcomed or supported during our stay. Overall, this hotel did not meet basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness, or hospitality. I would not recommend it, especially for families with young children or anyone expecting decent service.
