I honestly do not understand the hype behind this place. For the amount you pay here — easily $100–150 per person depending on drinks and appetizers — the experience was shockingly bad from start to finish. I’ve genuinely received better customer service from Chick-fil-A and even McDonald’s. The service was one of the worst parts. Our salad came out completely dry with no dressing, and after trying multiple times to get someone’s attention, the staff either ignored us or acted annoyed that we were asking for basic things. It felt like once they dropped the food off, we no longer existed. Water glasses stayed empty, dirty plates sat on the table forever, and nobody checked on us. For a restaurant charging premium prices, you expect professionalism, attention to detail, and at least decent hospitality. Instead, the staff seemed disorganized, uninterested, and completely disconnected from the dining experience. The food itself was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the price point. They dont even fill your water unless you bug them I don’t mind paying for expensive meals when the quality and service match the cost, but this felt like paying luxury prices for fast-food level service — except somehow slower and less attentive. Extremely disappointing experience overall, and unfortunately not somewhere I would recommend or return to.

Amazing luxurius hotel, I spent three nights at villa n. 10 (JFK stayed for holyday). The theme is really coloniale periodo, It has been built in the earlu 50'. The villa has 4 rooms, Wide space, private pool and service staff all a round a day, breakfast included. Near tò the beach there Is Maine Building including, restaurante bar and facilites. The staff Is so professional and gentle.

Food was terrible. It costs about 100-150 a meal per person. McDonald or chick fila would have been better. A salad came out with no dressing. They actually forgot to put any dressing. Service from the dinner service terrible. Didn’t offer a menu or wine list.

Round Hill is the original Caribbean hideaway and it has never lost what made it legendary. The property sits on a 110-acre peninsula outside Montego Bay and the setting is perfection — a private cove, lush gardens, and 27 Ralph Lauren-designed villas scattered across the hillside with views that make you stop and stare every single time. What you feel here immediately is the authenticity. This is not a manufactured resort experience. Round Hill has been hosting writers, artists, musicians, and discerning travelers since the 1950s and that history is in the walls. The villas have their own pools and you can be completely private for your entire stay or you can be social at the beach club and main restaurant. The food is the best Jamaican cuisine I have had at a resort — real jerk, fresh fish, vegetables from the garden, all done with technique and care. The beach is calm and protected. The staff knows your name immediately and keeps it the whole trip. Jamaica is a complicated island but Round Hill is where you experience the best of it. Timeless.
