I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rosewood Hotels, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was beautifully appointed with elegant decor and every amenity I could possibly need. The on-site dining options were outstanding, offering a variety of delicious meals that were both flavorful and beautifully presented. The hotel's attention to detail, combined with its luxurious ambiance, made my stay truly memorable. Rosewood Hotels has set a new standard for luxury and hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unparalleled hotel experience. I can't wait to return!

I’m writing this review a bit late due to my busy schedule, but I want to share my experience at the hotel with my partner. During our stay, an unfortunate incident occurred when a curtain fell and accidentally hit my shoulder. Thankfully, it wasn't serious, but I was truly impressed by how the hotel staff, especially the manager Wut, handled the situation. They were incredibly caring and kept in touch to check on my well-being, even offering to assist us with anything we needed, including a visit to the hospital. Wut’s genuine concern really stood out, and it made a lasting impression on us. It was clear that he wanted us to have a wonderful experience at Rosewood Phuket. I’ll always be grateful for their attentiveness and care during our stay. The food and service were exceptional, and I can’t praise their efforts enough. Thank you for taking such good care of us! We will definitely be back in the future, and a special shout-out to Wut for making our visit memorable!

My recent stay at the Rosewood was beyond expectations! The service and attention to detail were impeccable. A special thank you to Jenn, the Manager on duty, for her amazing assistance. Jenn graciously accommodated all our request. Her understanding and prompt response made our stay exceptionally comfortable. This level of service is why we always choose Rosewood for our family trips. We've had fantastic experiences at Rosewood Phuket, and we look forward to making Rosewood our yearly family destination in Thailand. Highly recommended!

Nice room. Like the interior design. The breakfast was good. The hotel provided healthy food selections. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately, expectations were much higher. For a honeymoon stay, this hotel was truly disappointing. Having stayed in a different resort during my time in Phuket, I can clearly see the difference in several aspects. Room was very noisy. I can clearly hear noises like external work happening close to my room. Also, the room was very high on the hill you need to go 2 floors down to get to the beach and there is no elevator. This is not clear when you make the reservation. I made this concern clear to the reception, but there was no meaningful response. Please note that there are high number of rooms in the resort will not have direct access to the beach and you will need to go down the stairs and walk to get to the beach. Moreover, I was told on the first day that they will give me late check out because I have a late flight. However, one day before check out I was told I can only stay until 1 pm. In general, the working staff (housekeeping, buggy drivers, restaurant and pool staff) was nice and helpful. However, reception and concierge were not up to the expectations. Speaking of the concierge, I tried to get several information regarding several activities I can do during my stay, but all information I received was useless. The concierge seems to be struggling to provide answers and help you to plan your stay. Nonetheless, they can be helpful in making reservations for dinner.
