I normally never post a review but we had an overall great time at the hotel. We were able to check in early which was great. Rooms: A big shout out to the housekeepers who were very helpful, professional and friendly. Food : we had a mixed feeling about the breakfast who was particularly disappointing. The food was mostly cold and not much of variety and the cup were dirty or broken. The hotel really need to focus and invest more in that. Also there were two members (a male and female ) of staff who were friendly at first by preparing our breakfast table every time, (don’t know why) which was much appreciated but starting to become awkward as they kept coming very minute to ask if everything was ok, so we gave them both a tip. But they wanted more . So during the five days there, we couldn’t enjoy our breakfast in peace. One time the female was cleaning up a table so we took the opportunity to “run”, but she literally run to us asking if everything was ok and if we’re coming to lunch. It was too much. Aqua park pool: it was very good overall but little bit dirty. There were empty cups, and cigarettes everywhere. Sauna: Soumia was very professional.

The hotel itself is really beautiful. Me and my party didn’t really enjoy the food. We were from the uk and feel our needs weren’t met. We were refused a downgrade from all inclusive to half board by the hotel. We weren’t eating at the hotel at all instead we went out to eat to places we knew we would like eg) McDonald’s. The staff were not really helpful, cleaners on the other hand were exceptional. The lifeguard was great seen as I drowned coming down the slides as I panicked. He was really empathetic. Rooms were spacious. Water area was amazing the highlight of our trip. Personally don’t see this as a 4 star hotel but a perfect hotel to just stay at on room only basis.

*🚨 Completely Misleading – Do NOT Book This Hotel* We’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years, but after our most recent visit, we will never return. It has declined so badly, it feels like a completely different place — and not in a good way. ❗ Misleading Photos & Suspicious Reviews The hotel heavily misrepresents itself online. Many of the five-star reviews appear fake (some even use the same names repeatedly), and the photos are clearly outdated or staged. In reality, the hotel, rooms, and food look nothing like what’s advertised. 🛏️ Rooms in Terrible Condition The rooms are falling apart. Peeling paint, bathroom odors, broken toilets, and flooding showers. Even the bathroom doors don’t close properly — we had no privacy whatsoever. 🧹 Poor Hygiene & No Respect for Privacy Cleanliness is a serious issue. Sheets weren’t changed unless we specifically asked, towels were small and stained, and cleaning staff left dirty rags around. Worse still, staff repeatedly entered our room without knocking. One even walked in while our children were showering — incredibly distressing and completely unacceptable. 🌡️ No Air Conditioning in 44°C Heat Air conditioning was broken throughout the hotel — in the rooms, lobby, and common areas. With temperatures reaching 44°C, this wasn’t just uncomfortable, it was a health risk, especially for families with children. 😠 Unprofessional and Disrespectful Staff The service was shockingly bad. One receptionist (Islam- advisor) mocked us in her Arabic language during check-in, assuming we wouldn’t understand — but we did. She later denied our confirmed late check-out just to be difficult. Overall, the staff were rude, dismissive, and lacked any sense of professionalism or accountability. 🍽️ Poor Food Quality & Hygiene Concerns Food was limited, bland, and often cold. Drinks were served in dirty, cloudy plastic cups, and we witnessed staff reusing straws taken from the bin. Desserts were gone almost instantly, and dining felt more like a survival game than a vacation. 🏊 Dirty Pool & Unsafe Facilities The pool was dirty, with rubbish floating in it. Lifeguards were inattentive, and one even struck a child with a rope. Elevators were frequently out of service, and advertised entertainment was completely absent. --- 💸 We paid a premium expecting a relaxing, family-friendly holiday. What we got was stress, discomfort, and deeply unpleasant memories. *If you care about cleanliness, safety, and basic respect — stay far away. The positive reviews and polished photos are incredibly misleading.*
