The hotel is in an excellent location, close to all amenities and attractions, which is a great advantage. The service is good, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The fact that the hotel is well-maintained is appreciated. However, the food quality, particularly the breakfast and buffet, was very disappointing. The bread and pastries were served cold and dry, clearly not fresh. The breakfast lacked seasonal fruits, except for a few pieces of orange, and the juice was of poor quality and not fresh at all. Moreover, the tea served did not resemble traditional Moroccan tea, as it lacked both the teapot and fresh mint. The overall breakfast selection was extremely limited, lacked variety, and the dishes and cups were not properly cleaned, which was concerning. I strongly recommend that the hotel management focus more on improving the breakfast experience, as it is a very important meal, especially since most guests spend the day outside on activities and excursions. A good breakfast can truly enhance the overall stay. One of the staff members near swimming pool at the hotel bar was not friendly or welcoming, which left a negative impression. I believe good customer service is essential, and I hope this issue can be addressed.

Excellent location, comfortable facilities. Major disappointment regarding the service for Moroccan clients: we clearly felt a difference in the level of attention and respect depending on the nationality. Being Moroccan, I unfortunately received much less friendly or efficient service, as did my family. Some staff members are friendly and pleasant, but from others, we got the feeling that we were bothering them. The hotel is not clean at all — it looks abandoned. The pool is dirty, and empty drink cups were left by the poolside for hours until one of the guests picked them up, afraid that a child might get hurt. Lack of hygiene everywhere (lobby, rooms, kids' playground, pool…). The food service is poor. For table napkins, they give you one paper napkin per person per meal! The buffet is very limited, and if you don’t show up early at the restaurant, you might find nothing left. The staff really needs training. One thing is certain: I will not go back.

*🚨 Completely Misleading – Do NOT Book This Hotel* We’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years, but after our most recent visit, we will never return. It has declined so badly, it feels like a completely different place — and not in a good way. ❗ Misleading Photos & Suspicious Reviews The hotel heavily misrepresents itself online. Many of the five-star reviews appear fake (some even use the same names repeatedly), and the photos are clearly outdated or staged. In reality, the hotel, rooms, and food look nothing like what’s advertised. 🛏️ Rooms in Terrible Condition The rooms are falling apart. Peeling paint, bathroom odors, broken toilets, and flooding showers. Even the bathroom doors don’t close properly — we had no privacy whatsoever. 🧹 Poor Hygiene & No Respect for Privacy Cleanliness is a serious issue. Sheets weren’t changed unless we specifically asked, towels were small and stained, and cleaning staff left dirty rags around. Worse still, staff repeatedly entered our room without knocking. One even walked in while our children were showering — incredibly distressing and completely unacceptable. 🌡️ No Air Conditioning in 44°C Heat Air conditioning was broken throughout the hotel — in the rooms, lobby, and common areas. With temperatures reaching 44°C, this wasn’t just uncomfortable, it was a health risk, especially for families with children. 😠 Unprofessional and Disrespectful Staff The service was shockingly bad. One receptionist (Islam- advisor) mocked us in her Arabic language during check-in, assuming we wouldn’t understand — but we did. She later denied our confirmed late check-out just to be difficult. Overall, the staff were rude, dismissive, and lacked any sense of professionalism or accountability. 🍽️ Poor Food Quality & Hygiene Concerns Food was limited, bland, and often cold. Drinks were served in dirty, cloudy plastic cups, and we witnessed staff reusing straws taken from the bin. Desserts were gone almost instantly, and dining felt more like a survival game than a vacation. 🏊 Dirty Pool & Unsafe Facilities The pool was dirty, with rubbish floating in it. Lifeguards were inattentive, and one even struck a child with a rope. Elevators were frequently out of service, and advertised entertainment was completely absent. --- 💸 We paid a premium expecting a relaxing, family-friendly holiday. What we got was stress, discomfort, and deeply unpleasant memories. *If you care about cleanliness, safety, and basic respect — stay far away. The positive reviews and polished photos are incredibly misleading.*

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the facilities. The atmosphere is relaxing, the service is professional, and the staff is always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to the whole team for making my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a great vacation.

We came as a group of 9 (including 6 children) and left wondering how this place is still open. Rooms – Check-in was late, one room had the ceiling falling down, and air con was either broken or pumping sewage smells. Solution from reception? A can of deodorant. Housekeeping - staff enter your room without knocking, walk straight into the bathroom while someone is in there demanding old towels! And you’re lucky if they even make your bed. Staff – Rude, dismissive and openly laughing at guests. Customer service? Non-existent. Islam, the Relations Manager - she was the worst out of everyone. Safety & Cleanliness – Broken pool tiles, lifeguards on their phones, dirty sheets and stained towels. A child broke their wrist at the aqua park before anyone bothered to supervise. Our own party had an injury in the lobby due to a spillage – reception told us to “come back tomorrow.” Don’t get me started on the lifts - they move at a snails pace, it’s quicker to use the stairs and stay alive - we nearly got crushed by the non-existent sensors. Food & Drink – Mislabelled food, “vegetarian” dishes containing fish, and don’t expect a separate serving utensil for vegetarian food, they’ll just wipe the non-veg utensil and hand it to you! It gets worse - plastic disposable cups rinsed in buckets and reused. Even taken out of the bins! Trying to get ice was like asking for gold dust. The Piano Bar always short change you. False advertising – No kids club, no Moroccan restaurant, no nightclub. Just empty promises. Honestly, this hotel is a health hazard and a scam rolled into one. Save your money, your time, and your sanity – go anywhere else.
