Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which offers a beautiful, large, and clean private beach—definitely a huge advantage, as most public beaches are often crowded and not well-maintained. I stayed for 9 nights, and my room was perfect. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic, and the signature cocktails were on par with those from a top-tier cocktail bar. The only slight issue I encountered was during breakfast. On a few occasions, there were mix-ups with my order, such as having to request my items twice or even receiving the wrong orders, like the table next to mine getting my food and drinks. Despite this, it didn’t detract from my overall experience. I still had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is nice and the staff is very attentive. We tried breakfast the first day (4 nights in total) and the rest of the days we went out. I would make some changes to the breakfast, offering things like avocado toast or a chia fruit bowl (I would modernize it a bit). The buffet is quite complete, but it's more quantity than quality, in my opinion. We also ate in the restaurant on our arrival day, and everything was correct. The rooms are nice and well-maintained, but you can tell they're not new. In our case, the air conditioning was leaking through the wall, and we had some problems with the door system. However, whenever we had a problem, they came very quickly and helped us very kindly. The beach is shallow and surrounded by rocks and coral, which isn't very comfortable, but the hotel offers water shoes for you to wear. There are two pools; the one at the beach has beautiful views and is wonderful for spending time and relaxing there. I would recommend the hotel. It has a very beautiful setting and is located in a quiet area. A bit out of the way, but if that's what you're looking for, it's fine! Price-quality is good!

On the first night of our stay, my daughter accidentally stepped on a hard object—suspected to be glass—while blow-drying her hair in front of the sink. She immediately felt a sharp pain in her foot. Upon inspection, there was no bleeding, but noticeable swelling and redness clearly indicated a potential safety hazard on the floor. We promptly reported the issue to the front desk. Shortly thereafter, a front desk staff member came to our room to investigate. After taking the object from our hands, the staff member immediately declared, “This is not glass,” and began to question whether the item might have come from our own belongings. What was even more unacceptable was that the staff member, without our consent, took my daughter’s personal item—a hair accessory—and attempted to compare it, seemingly to shift responsibility away from the hotel. This behavior was not only highly disrespectful but also a serious violation of our privacy and a clear lack of professional conduct. The following day, after housekeeping had cleaned the room, we found a letter placed on our bed. While this indicated that the hotel had acknowledged the incident, the conduct of that particular front desk staff member was extremely disappointing. It is important to note, however, that aside from this individual, all other hotel staff we encountered were friendly and courteous. We sincerely hope the hotel will address this issue seriously and strengthen staff training to ensure all employees uphold consistent and professional standards, especially when handling unexpected situations

Stayed at this hotel for four days with a friend, expecting little since we usually stay in five-star hotels. However, we were truly impressed by the outstanding service. The check-in team was attentive, with a manager who genuinely listens and finds solutions. The restaurant staff was warm and welcoming. A special thanks to Hotel Manager Jun, whose exceptional care made us feel like VIP guests. She not only solved any issues efficiently but also ensured everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. Jun’s dedication redefined our expectations of hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for an outstanding experience!

Beautiful hotel with stunning rooms set in gorgeous gardens. The breakfast is lovely. There is a small beach with free paddle boards & kayaks. It’s a little out of town but taxis & bikes are very cheap. The staff can’t do enough to help you. The drinks are quite expensive but no more than most hotels.
