Fabulous from start to finish. Highlights were: all members of staff were polite, cheerful and very helpful, food was amazing, rooms/facilities were very good. Only slight downside is how long it takes to get to anywhere … but it does have a lovely setting and great views so pros and cons!

Turquoise restaurant was by far the best service, Yusuf was amazing as were the rest of the staff. They were all friendly, polite and tentative. Hotel is fabulous, great for children, but caters for all ages. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back 😀

The Rixos Hotel is simply exceptional. We have only been on holiday for two days and every member of staff has gone the extra mile to make this a special holiday experience. Our 3 girls are gluten and dairy intolerant and the team have been very good at meeting their dietary needs. Katherine and Aneesh in the Toro Loco restaurant have been fantastic, ensuring our girls don’t miss out and enjoy their dining experience. The hotel staff are clearly hand picked for their notable competence and capability and the hotel grounds are simply stunning for a family vacation. Our only constructive feedback is that on our first night the third bed for our daughters was left in the lounge area and after arriving at midnight it took almost an hour to move the bed into a shared bedroom. The boiler was also broken in our room, so on our first day it was a cold shower to start the day! However as soon as we communicated this issue it was addressed and quickly repaired. Overall, we are having a great holiday and the Rixos Team are second to none in their service and with their personal flair. Well done to you all for providing a welcoming and happy hotel to all your guests. Thank you Rixos Team, we will return.
