Great hotel. The lobby bar in particular is a perfect haven for chilling after a busy day (on sun loungers) with fabulous live music (saxophonist) and impeccable and attentive service. PS. Room cleaning is excellent too with above and beyond thoughtful touches like petals in the bath! Thanks Jaoud Nakib for.making our stay extra special! Also the buffet restaurant service was superb with a special shout out to Jahangeer khan for his superb service. And Sunny on the beach is the perfect host. The best!

Another excellent stay at Rixos the Palm! This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint! The location is peaceful, right at the end of The Palm, with great views all around. The shuttle buses that Rixos put on to Atlantis Waterpark and the Mall of the Emirates are a nice touch too. Food was excellent, a great selection at the buffet A La Turca, really good quality steaks at Toro Loco Stakehouse, nice small plates for lunch at Bodrum restaurant, and amazing light bites at Patisserie Istanbul. A highlight was the Grill night that the buffet host on Wednesdays! We also loved to have a mid day ice cream from the cart, and an afternoon G&T (or two!) from Bodrum swim up bar which was swiftly prepared by Fredrick. We really enjoyed the activites put on by the Exclusive Sports Club, in particular paddleboarding with Cheikh and aqua fitness & aqua jumping with Mirac! In the evening we enjoyed the live entertainment at Bodrum where the waiters did a great job of providing plenty of cocktails. Manoj kept our room looking spotless throughout our stay. Thanks to all at the Rixos for making our stay amazing!

All inclusive = Ok quality… better options at this price point in Dubai. Especially the restaurants - no stand out good option at this hotel. Everything in this hotel is fine - the buffets are quite good and the drink selection what you’d expect. The main pool and bar are crowded but the second pool and other end of the beach really nice. Staff are good - especially the room service people. If your kids are in the phase of eating every hour and wanting everything - it’ll work. If not - book somewhere nicer and enjoy better quality everything.

Absolutely outstanding stay. Everything was 5 star, room was spacious, beautifully clean every day. Food was of a high standard. Pool and beach area was very well kept. Very rare all inclusive stay in Dubai. Widitatama was fantastic at looking after us and always making sure our drinks were topped up. We will be back!
