Dining out with children can sometimes be challenging, but from the very first moment, you made everything feel effortless and enjoyable. You welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness that both the adults and the children immediately felt comfortable. Your patience, attentiveness, and natural way of communicating with the kids were truly exceptional. You were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations for both adults and children, and making sure every single person at the table was happy. You paid close attention to our needs, adjusted the pace of service perfectly, and were always one step ahead without ever being intrusive. The children felt truly seen and cared for, and as parents, that meant everything to us. What really stood out was how sincere your hospitality felt. The sports facilities and activities at Rixos The Palm are highly recommended. The program is diverse, well organized, and truly enjoyable. I would especially like to highlight the aqua pool activities and the aqua fitness sessions with Katarina. Katarina leads her sessions in a very professional and motivating way, with great positive energy. You always feel well guided while still being pleasantly challenged – a perfect balance between fitness and fun. The stand-up paddling, paddling out on the sea and enjoying the calm atmosphere and beautiful surroundings, was a true highlight. The two instructors (whose names I unfortunately do not know) were very friendly, calm, and professional, making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. In addition, the hotel itself is simply beautiful. Everything is very clean, the rooms are excellent and well equipped, and nothing was missing. The bar is fantastic, and the all-inclusive concept is absolutely top-notch. A special mention goes to the WhatsApp service, which worked perfectly and made communication easy and convenient throughout the stay. Overall, it was a perfect experience and highly recommended.

Fabulous hotel and staff. Serah from guest relations very friendly and helpful. Sooraj from housekeeping did an amazing job Deepak and Widitatama at the Bodrum bar very attentive and friendly. This is just a few members of staff that we talked to. All the hotel staff were polite and friendly and we wanted for nothing. All restaurants were great and food choices were unbelievable. Had a great week and sad to be leaving. We will be back. Thankyou

We’ve had such a fantastic experience in Rixos. We had very high expectations for our family trip, but it surpassed those by far. Such an incredible experience and especially also thanks to the lovely staff. Who really stood out was Manoj from the room staff. He’s been doing a great job and was always so kind and sweet to our young child. He’s been an absolute champion and even created an amazing crocodile with towels to make our kid smile. This made our day so much! Also, we very much enjoyed the attentive staff at the beach always delivering delicious drinks and Rupa in the L’oliva restaurant giving us a great experience in one of the à la carte restaurants. The Italien was extremely delicious and such a highlight. Very few places like Rixos The Palm where we plan to return to very soon

We had a wonderful week of vacation at Rixos. The service we experienced was great, from our cleaner Abdullah, to the lobby area personnel, like Meelim, and especially the waiters at the different restaurants. Two of those restaurant staff, Suvan and Suraj from the A La Turca, made our stay perfect. They went over all our expectations to make sure our visits were enjoyable and memorable. Thank you both! The location has fantastic views over Dubai Marina and to Dubai downtown, and is quiet, as it is in the end on the East Cresent.
