We loved everything at the hotel. The location is great, beautiful beach and awsome restaurants. We tried the Teppanyaki which was great fun, thr Orient Restaurant which was good and our waitress Angelie was very nice. The Aja was excellent and even the buffet restaurant was very good. For our kids the pool, the waterpark and the kids club were great fun. We are already planning on coming back soon. Abu Dhabi is just great fun!

Food is very fresh, diverse and delicious! The staff is extremely polite, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. Thanks for the efficiency and professionalism - everything is organized perfectly, from service in the restaurant to the smallest details. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, which makes staying even more pleasant. I am really impressed with both food quality and excellent service. I strongly recommend this place to everyone!

The Orient restaurant offers stunning views paired with exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, including when I decided to change my main course mid-meal and when we asked for the brownie dessert instead of our original choices. Our food arrived promptly, and every team member was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. Special recognition goes to Sophia, our server, who was outstanding, positive, welcoming, and thoroughly professional throughout our visit. The entire experience was flawless, with staff who truly made us feel valued as guests. Highly recommended!

We have been visiting Rixos Saadiyat Island with our family for three years in a row – and this year, twice, this time just the two of us. Our last stay was in May, and I must honestly say that since then, the level of service has noticeably declined. We arrived last night – the room was ready, but surprisingly, it had an extra bed. I assumed it was a mistake and asked for it to be removed – which was done promptly. What surprised us more was the lack of any welcome gesture, which we had always received in the past – some fruit, pralines, a welcome note, or at least information about how the all-inclusive program works. This time, all we found was a remote control left on the table. In the morning, under daylight, we noticed that the room wasn’t properly cleaned – dust on the furniture, coffee stains near the coffee machine, dirty mirrors. While such things can happen, this had never been the case during our previous visits. After breakfast, we politely asked at reception for a proper cleaning. When we returned around 4:30 p.m. from the beach (where, by the way, they no longer offer fruit, allegedly because of the heat – although during our previous stays it was available even when it was 40 °C), the room still hadn’t been cleaned. I called again, and they said someone would come right away, but it took another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, we went to the bar, where we were used to a wide selection of desserts – this time there were literally only 4–5 pieces of cake. When we returned, the room had finally been cleaned, but the coffee stains were still there, the mirrors were polished, yet the dust was only superficially wiped. And when I finally went to take a bath in the evening, only lukewarm water was running. It’s truly disappointing, because Rixos has always been our favorite hotel. We’ve recommended it to family and friends – many of whom started coming here based on our recommendation. However, this time I must say that the quality of service no longer matches the hotel’s price or reputation. We had planned to return again in the spring – this time with our family, to try one of the villas that we’ve always admired. After this experience, though, we’re honestly reconsidering whether it’s worth it. If this is due to rising costs, I understand, but I truly believe that guests who return year after year would gladly pay a bit more to maintain the same high standard of service. At this point, I sadly can’t recommend Rixos with full confidence anymore – and that’s something I used to do without hesitation.

I usually wait until after a holiday to leave a review, but I couldn’t wait to share my experience at this beautiful hotel where my wife and I are spending our first week of two. From the moment we arrived on August 30th, the exceptional service set the tone for our stay in this beautiful hotel. Staff: I would like to mention Jerby. He is an amazing member of stay that is making my stay at the hotel so enjoyable. From the moment he introduced himself to me, he was so friendly, attentive and helpful . I have stayed in many hotels around the world and I can assure you that I have never came across such a remarkable individual. Nothing is ever a problem, he will go over and beyond for all guests in the hotel. I’m sure all Rixos Hotels are amazing but there is only one Jerby! and he is the reason we will be returning to this hotel next year (hopefully stay in the villas next time if they are available) I also want to commend Leo, Ferdinand, and Ismat for their attentiveness and friendliness, which is making our experience even more memorable. They know our drinks order before we do haha. Finally, all of the staff at this hotel are wonderful, bar staff, pool/beach waiters, chefs, lifeguards, gardeners, restroom attendants, receptionist and so on and of course the weather is amazing!
