The Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island premium all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Buffet breakfast at Turquoise (7am to 11am)
  • Buffet lunch at Turquoise (12.30pm to 3:30pm)
  • Buffet dinner at Turquoise (7pm to 10pm) or a la carte dinner at Orient, Aja, L’Olivo and Mermaid (additional charges apply for the live teppanyaki show at Aja (Under 4s are free) and table reservation at a la carte restaurants, with the exception of People’s)

This was our 2nd visit to Rixos Saadiyat, first was November 2024. We really enjoyed our first stay so much that we came back. Was really nice that some of the staff recognised us and the service was excellent from all throughout our stay. Some nice upgrades to the loungers at the pool and the cooler boxes are a great idea. Nice addition to the DJ set up at the beach bar with the mirrored setting. The vibe created at the beach bar is amazing getting really chilled for sunset; however the music set could be changed daily as it gets repetitive, sounds more like a preset playlist rather than a proper DJ set. Evening entertainment is in a great setting in the outdoor area, well organised and the vibe is very chilled, however the bands playing this year were all virtually identical with all playing the same songs, it began to get repetitive. Buffet provided ample choice and had something for everyone. We dined at Aja, Orient, Mermaid and L'Olivio and all were excellent, food was delicious and really good choice on the menus. Staff service at all was first class. Highlights pool bar was excellent, thanks to all the guys who knew exactly what we were drinking and kept us topped up all day, special mention to KB for introducing us to a particular rum cocktail. Bar lounge was excellent with a great selection of drinks and great staff constantly on the go ensuring we were taken care of. Overall great stay, we highly recommend 👌

The food and drinks are of outstanding quality, with an impressive variety and freshness that reflect true 5-star standards. The atmosphere is calm, elegant, and relaxed – ideal for guests who value peace, luxury, and excellent service. At Rixos Saadiyat, I didn’t just feel like a guest – I felt like royalty.

We as a family had recently the pleasure of staying at Rixos Saadiyat, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and exceptional hospitality, except one person who was arrogant and not welcoming. The rooms are elegantly designed, offering nice views and excellent ambiance. The amenities are top-notch, with a stunning pool and direct beach access that made relaxation effortless. The dining options are diverse, featuring delicious cuisine from around the world, and the superb service. Overall, Rixos Saadiyat exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for. I wish to say extra thank you to the amazing people who helped us during this stay Latifa and Sofia at client service, Valeria at reception, Ali by the pool, Dishika and Jim Kelly at turquoise restaurant, Yin and Mina Shrestha. Im writing this review after just leaving the rixos after spending 5 days with family there. It is a lovely hotel with staff that work extremely hard to give you the best service. Throughout, the waiter staff in both the buffet and the bar staff around the pool area do their best to keep you topped up with drinks. The buffet is a good level for an all inclusive for both breakfast and dinner. Where I would like to mention this hotel excells is the a la carte restaurants. The Chinese and the Italian were really of a very high standard. And also the house wines on offer extremely nice as well as a great beer bottle Selection. Sadly the steak restaurant and greek was a bit of a let down and not of the same standard food wise as the other two.. The steak a really strange smell and taste.. The Greek was ok but is mainly fish so if your not keen on fish then try the Italian instead I also couldn't find where there was any ice cream stations other than the kids club which I find strange and not to the level of other all inclusives I have been where they are dotted every where. Overall it was a lovely stay and I would come Again for some winter sun. Thank you Rixos staff.

Great stay and the hotel is absolutely beautiful but there were a few things I think could be improved. The main buffet restaurant is closed between 4pm and 7pm which is peak time for feeding young children. The other available options in that time don't really work when you have fussy children. The kids food in the restaurant could also be improved. Chips and chicken nuggets everyday is fine if you have children that like chips and chicken nuggets but it would be good to have other child friendly options like fish fingers, plain pasta, peas. The turndown service is also very late for families. We had a knock on our door at 9.30pm but with young children that is far too late. Everything else at the hotel was brilliant and we had a really great week.
