Absolutely amazing place. My wife and I got a free upgrade of our room thanks to the great staff. Delicious food, high quality products and so much variety. Pools are amazing, so sad I couldnt rent a villa because they're under construction still, but will be coming this Summer again to try them. Thanks to the super waiter from the 24/7 restaurant that kept serving me burgers at 4am. You are the real boss. Would recommend 1000%.

I stayed at Rixos Premium Tekirova some time ago, but it’s one of those places that left a genuinely good impression. The resort is beautifully located, surrounded by nature, with that calm-but-luxurious vibe that lets you fully switch your brain off (which is honestly priceless). What really stood out was the overall quality and atmosphere - everything felt well-organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully done. The grounds were spacious and green, the facilities were impressive, and it never felt chaotic or overcrowded despite being a large resort. It struck a great balance between relaxation and entertainment. Service was professional and attentive, food options were varied and well presented, and the general level of comfort was exactly what you’d expect from a premium resort. It’s the kind of place where you don’t need to worry about anything - you just show up, relax, eat well, and enjoy yourself. Even years later, I remember it as a place I’d happily return to and would confidently recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free holiday in Turkey.

Pros : Gorgeous location, charming layout, kind and friendly staff. The building gives a Grand Floridian feel (IYKYK), with beautiful grounds. The pools & beach are too pretty! The staff were also especially helpful. I'd like to thank Mr. Mevlut at reception who was very kind & helpful in resolving our booking snafu, and Ms. Kartini at the Anjana Spa for the most relaxing hamam & balinese massage! Cons : 1. Food. Food was good, but only having 2 a la carte restaurants open during peak christmas-new years week with a nearly full house, where 1 of the a la carte was also the 24 hour cafe is downright embarassing. Aside from People's cafe with (very) limited options, Turkoise the main buffet resto & Mermaid the a la carte all close at 9.30 PM. God forbid you arrive after 10 PM and feel hungry, your only dinner option is literally between a hamburger or spaghetti. Unacceptable for an all inclusive resort. 2. Renovations. I understand that during winter concept, most water park facilities would be closed. What they didn't tell us was that the entire Rixy Kids Club was being overhauled in renovation. They relocated the Kids Club into 2 small rooms near the shops with very limited facilities. (The staff are fantastic, though. Cheerful and kind with the littles.) Though my family was not affected because our kids are teens, this would have been heartbreaking for parents with small children who were looking forward to the Kids Club facilities. All in all, I would be back if they had more dining options. If not, I would probably prefer the Rixos Belek, even though property wise, I truly think the Rixos Tekirova is prettier.

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Tekirova for a holiday trip and overall had a very enjoyable experience, with some areas that could be improved. Positives The hotel grounds are beautiful and extremely well maintained. Everywhere was spotlessly clean throughout our stay, and the staff were consistently friendly, polite, and accommodating. From housekeeping to bar staff, everyone made an effort to help and create a welcoming atmosphere. The poolside bar was lovely and became one of our favourite spots to relax during the day. The beach area was also very nice, clean, and well looked after. Having a Starbucks on site was a great touch and convenient, although unfortunately the blender was broken for the entire holiday, which meant we could not get a proper frappuccino at any point. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas, which really added to the atmosphere. The festive decorations, including the sleigh with reindeer and lights by the pool, made the place feel magical and special during the season. We also celebrated a birthday while staying here, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it memorable. A cake, sweets, and balloons were provided, and it genuinely made us feel special and appreciated as guests. The sports bar deserves a special mention, as it is one of the nicest we have seen in local hotels. It felt very comfortable and well designed, with free pool tables, darts, and plenty of TVs showing sports, making it a great place to spend the evening. The spa and massages were very good and offered excellent value for money. The gym was also well equipped with good quality machines and well known brands, which was great for keeping up a fitness routine. The drinks selection across the hotel was strong, with good quality brands available. Negatives Unfortunately, the food was the biggest downside of our stay. It was very repetitive, and a lot of the food was often cold, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. While there was plenty of choice, the lack of variation and temperature issues took away from the dining experience. The layout of the resort is also quite inconvenient. Many areas are not well connected, which means there is a lot of walking and taking long routes just to get from one place to another. In some cases, you are forced to go outside to reach certain areas, which becomes a real problem when the weather is bad. When it rained, several of the walkways became slippery, making it uncomfortable and sometimes unsafe to move around the resort. This was particularly difficult for anyone with mobility issues, children, or when carrying items. The rooms also had a few issues. The walls are very thin, and you can hear a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms, including conversations and doors. The bathroom door design is particularly poor, and the sink sticks out awkwardly. I actually banged my leg on it, and it could easily cause injury. A redesign here would make a big difference. Soft close doors would also help throughout the rooms, as there was a lot of door slamming noise, especially early in the morning and late at night. Entertainment options for children were limited when the weather was bad. On rainy or colder days, there were not many indoor activities available, which could be frustrating for families staying during off season periods. Overall Despite the negatives, we still had a pleasant holiday. The cleanliness, staff, festive atmosphere, bars, spa, gym, and overall comfort of the hotel were strong positives. With improvements to food quality, better layout connectivity, safer walkways in bad weather, improved room soundproofing, better bathroom design, and more indoor kids entertainment, this hotel could be excellent rather than just very good.

Excellent service and wonderful staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review: My stay at Rixos Premium Tekirova was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and offers a high level of service. I would especially like to thank Mevlud at the reception, who was extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Also, Betul Yanik, the waitress, was amazing very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again!
