The Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island premium all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Buffet breakfast at Turquoise (7am to 11am)
  • Buffet lunch at Turquoise (12.30pm to 3:30pm)
  • Buffet dinner at Turquoise (7pm to 10pm) or a la carte dinner at Orient, Aja, L’Olivo and Mermaid (additional charges apply for the live teppanyaki show at Aja (Under 4s are free) and table reservation at a la carte restaurants, with the exception of People’s)
  • Dining at Club House which is open 24hrs (Villa and Club Prive guests only)
  • Saturday brunch at Turquoise (1pm to 4pm)
  • Beverages including a selection of beers, spirits, wine, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, energy drinks and water
  • Refreshments served in the Farasha Lobby Bar

Staying in room 4308, I've only been here 1 day but I felt I needed to write my review today, I normally wait until I get back. I am here with my wife and 2 kids and already this place has blown me away, it is fantastic. I have been around the world including Dubai 3 times but this is the best. We were instantly upgraded to intercon family room which is perfect with kids. The staff are brilliant and so is everything, the swim up pool bar is awesome. The food here is also the best, all the cuisines are first class including the Indian food in the buffet which was awesome. After a while I need some good quality Indian food and this place is brilliant. We are planning on cancelling our future destinations and just coming here again as it ticks all the boxes and more.

⸻ An amazing hotel – a huge palace with all the expected services, going above and beyond all our expectations. Luxurious, with a wide variety of food, experiences, and activities for children. The kids’ club is spacious and available until 11:00 PM – nothing like it! Clean rooms – in our case, we rented a sea-view suite that had everything we needed. The beach is stunning. Excellent service from the staff with a warm welcome every single day. One more lovely experience – my daughter’s glasses went missing and we had no idea where they were. I sent a message to the staff via WhatsApp, and within less than 20 minutes, they were already back with us. Incredible service! We already miss it. I will definitely visit again with my family!

We went as a big family together, and we had an amazing time. We were served very well and there was a diverse range of foods and drinks all for free. Our stay was made even better thanks to the manager Sana Issam, who always helped us when in doubt and made sure to keep us as satisfied and happy as possible during the stay. Highly recommend the resort especially because of Sana’s kindness!

I’ve been a loyal guest of this hotel since 2018, and for years, it truly felt like a second home. The service was excellent, the staff was welcoming, and the overall experience was something I always looked forward to. However, my recent stay was a huge disappointment. The last positive review this hotel received was a year ago — and it’s no coincidence. That was exactly when everything started to change. Back then, the food menu was one of the best I’ve ever seen. It was diverse, rich, and offered a variety of options that made every meal a joy. But now, the quality has dropped and the overall service has declined noticeably. The staff are no longer friendly or professional. The new rules introduced are overly restrictive, unclear, and make guests feel unwelcome. For example, a 13-year-old child is considered a full adult and charged heavily. The private pool, which used to be accessible 24/7, is now closed by 6 PM. Even sitting in the lobby now requires a minimum spending of 500 AED — which is unacceptable in a place that once prided itself on hospitality and comfort. It’s heartbreaking to see a place I loved so much become unrecognizable. I truly hope management reconsiders these recent changes, because right now, the hotel is not what it used to be — and certainly not worth the premium it charges.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the unprofessional behavior I have experienced from your reception team. I have attempted to reach the hotel operator multiple times during working hours, and on each occasion, the call was answered only to be immediately dropped—without even giving me a chance to speak. This has occurred repeatedly, despite trying at different times of the day. Such conduct is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for an establishment that aims to uphold a reputable standard of service. It is concerning that this kind of behavior appears to be tolerated, as it directly impacts the hotel's reputation and guest experience. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and addressed appropriately. I hope to see improvements in the level of professionalism demonstrated by your staff moving forward. Thank you
