The Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island premium all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Buffet breakfast at Turquoise (7am to 11am)
  • Buffet lunch at Turquoise (12.30pm to 3:30pm)
  • Buffet dinner at Turquoise (7pm to 10pm) or a la carte dinner at Orient, Aja, L’Olivo and Mermaid (additional charges apply for the live teppanyaki show at Aja (Under 4s are free) and table reservation at a la carte restaurants, with the exception of People’s)
  • Dining at Club House which is open 24hrs (Villa and Club Prive guests only)
  • Saturday brunch at Turquoise (1pm to 4pm)
  • Beverages including a selection of beers, spirits, wine, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks, energy drinks and water
  • Refreshments served in the Farasha Lobby Bar

We loved everything at the hotel. The location is great, beautiful beach and awsome restaurants. We tried the Teppanyaki which was great fun, thr Orient Restaurant which was good and our waitress Angelie was very nice. The Aja was excellent and even the buffet restaurant was very good. For our kids the pool, the waterpark and the kids club were great fun. We are already planning on coming back soon. Abu Dhabi is just great fun!

Food is very fresh, diverse and delicious! The staff is extremely polite, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. Thanks for the efficiency and professionalism - everything is organized perfectly, from service in the restaurant to the smallest details. The Orient restaurant offers stunning views paired with exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, including when I decided to change my main course mid-meal and when we asked for the brownie dessert instead of our original choices. Our food arrived promptly, and every team member was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. Special recognition goes to Sophia, our server, who was outstanding, positive, welcoming, and thoroughly professional throughout our visit. The entire experience was flawless, with staff who truly made us feel valued as guests. Highly recommended!

I usually wait until after a holiday to leave a review, but I couldn’t wait to share my experience at this beautiful hotel where my wife and I are spending our first week of two. From the moment we arrived on August 30th, the exceptional service set the tone for our stay in this beautiful hotel. Staff: I would like to mention Jerby. He is an amazing member of stay that is making my stay at the hotel so enjoyable. From the moment he introduced himself to me, he was so friendly, attentive and helpful . I have stayed in many hotels around the world and I can assure you that I have never came across such a remarkable individual. Nothing is ever a problem, he will go over and beyond for all guests in the hotel. I’m sure all Rixos Hotels are amazing but there is only one Jerby! and he is the reason we will be returning to this hotel next year (hopefully stay in the villas next time if they are available) I also want to commend Leo, Ferdinand, and Ismat for their attentiveness and friendliness, which is making our experience even more memorable. They know our drinks order before we do haha. Finally, all of the staff at this hotel are wonderful, bar staff, pool/beach waiters, chefs, lifeguards, gardeners, restroom attendants, receptionist and so on and of course the weather is amazing! In our experience, we stayed in room 2515, we had all three meals (even a midnight buffet was available but we never ate there 😭 but we went to look) , we loved how the hotel is designed with all the fancy chandeliers and nice colour and designs. The pools were really nice and the beach was nice at night but the sand was too hot for my feet during the day. The food was delicious, especially the pistachio baklava slice. Room service helpers were really friendly and kind, along with the other staff around the hotel and the rooms itself were nice, spacious, luxurious and I loved the balconies. Everything was a really nice experience but the water park could be a bit bigger so that teenagers and adults can also go in them and have fun. I am so grateful for meeting all the friendly staff and for getting to stay a week in this hotel and gain all these memories.
