Having stayed at other Rixos resorts before, we can confidently say this one stands out as the best in both cuisine and service. A special thank you to Chef Ercan and Chef Cenk for their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for our family, especially our children. IT WAS INCREDIBLE. The hotel we chose for our vacation with my husband surprised us every time. The understanding, attention, and care of the staff were wonderful. The aqua park was huge. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Of all the beautiful things, the best and most special thing was definitely the restaurant. We felt completely at home in the Turkish cuisine-themed restaurant. The hospitality and smiles of the Turkish chefs and staff were never lacking at any meal. All of our chefs, especially Chef Mehmet, deserve 10 stars.

Professional, efficient, and genuinely attentive, he ensured everything ran smoothly without ever being intrusive. His friendly attitude, responsiveness, and dedication made us feel especially well looked after. He is a great asset to the restaurant and significantly enhanced our dining experience.
