It was our first time in Qatar. It was incredibly beautiful. The hotel was very well maintained, modern and the right place to relax. The only minus is that after you check out the all inclusive package ends even though you pay for the day.
The people of Qatar are very friendly, respectful and helpful.
We will definitely visit Qatar again. Thank you Doha, thank you Qatar & Rixos :)

First, I booked three rooms for my family and I requested rooms next each other to be closer to my children. Of course they didn’t give that to me.
Second, I arrived at 2pm, I haven’t checked in until 5:30pm !!!
Third, I booked all inclusive, the snack bar and the fridge were completely empty. When you call it takes forever to get to you, if they make it.
Fourth, the rooms smell bad, the bathroom are dark, most of the lights don’t work.
Fifth, the restaurant in the ground floor is hot, very busy, the service bad. The staff are very nice but they are not enough for the number of guests.
Sixth, I booked all inclusive, one day the restaurant is full and I had no table for my family, and we couldn’t take our dinner, we went to the restaurant in M2, it’s not kids friendly.
There are more but I’ll keep it to those points.
My experience was bad , and I don’t recommend the place. Overpriced compared to other hotels on the same line of service

We stayed for one night on a half-board basis with my family and enjoyed it a lot. The place is amazing! We had the chance to use the water park on both check-in and check-out days. There was a wide variety of food during dinner and breakfast. The room was comfy and had a great view.
A special thank you to Mr. Kristen at the reception area; he was so nice and helpful. All the animated staff are friendly, and they treated the kids well. When I lost one of my kids at the water park, they helped me find him easily.

We booked an all-inclusive family suite, and had a great time👌.
The place is nice and the staff are friendly. The room was big enough to fit 4. We got an extra bed with no additional charge 👍. The place is newly opened, so you may see some construction activities around. Otherwise, it deserves a 5 stars rating.

I was really excited about my stay here, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations for the following reasons. I hope the hotel management will take action instead of simply observing:
Check-in Process: The check-in process took significantly longer than expected. Despite the presence of many receptionists, it seems they require additional training to handle guests more efficiently.
Breakfast Experience: The breakfast restaurant was overcrowded, with no control over how many families were allowed in. Guests were simply pushed inside, resulting in chaotic service. In well-managed hotels, a greeter usually escorts guests to a table, and once the restaurant is full, guests are asked to wait until a table becomes available. Managing a restaurant effectively is fundamental hospitality.
Mattress and Pillows: I must say, you deserve an award for having the worst mattress and pillows I’ve ever encountered. Congratulations!
Fridge in the Room: The fridge in my room was locked, and to this day, I have no idea why. I called multiple times requesting to have it opened and emptied, as I needed it for personal items like milk and medicine. No one came, not even by the time I checked out after four nights.
Room Service & Front Desk: Reaching room service or the front desk was a challenge. They only answered the phone once in every five attempts. Why? Are they too busy? Busy with what?
Room Location and Hotel Layout: The hotel’s linear design with the entrance and reception at one end is very inconvenient. Guests staying on the opposite side have to walk 5-10 minutes to reach their room. For a family-oriented hotel, especially with young children, this layout is impractical. The reception should be centrally located to make it easier for guests to access their rooms.
Safety Concerns: I forgot my passports in the safe and realized it after an hour. I called the hotel several times, and after five attempts, someone finally answered. I asked them to check the room, but no one followed up. I personally returned to the hotel, accessed my room with the still-active key card, and retrieved my passports from the safe. None of the staff were even aware of the situation. This is unacceptable.
In conclusion, this was my first stay at a Rixos hotel, and it left me with a very poor impression. I sincerely thank you for saving me money on future trips, as I will not be staying at Rixos again. This experience is truly a blemish on Accor’s reputation for taking over Rixos Hotels.
