our stay in rixos was amazing. every step gave an enjoyment. the rooms are modern and comfortable with all necessary equipment. beach and pools are very clean, the water in the sea is nice. entrance to water park and spending there everyday was wonderful. the meal was very tasty and delicious. special thanks to Jakhangir (hope i wrote name correctly), chef who is in charge of fruits: he always gave me the best and fresh fruits, beautifully arranging them on a plate, and berries, which i loved so much. he is so kind. moreover, thanks to chef Ercayetim and waiters of the restaurant. they always gave me a kind smile and positive mood. another thanks to administrator Patrizia, who was always with us online and offline during our stay. she helped and supported us so much, answering and solving problems immediately. on the day of our leaving, rixos gave us 5 bags of breakfast and made us surprised. we are very thankful and happy for making our holidays unforgettable!

I spent eight nights at the hotel and loved it. The resort offers a comprehensive all-inclusive service, a unique family atmosphere, and a wide variety of cuisines. Every meal was exceptional, with an impressive selection of international dishes and consistently high quality. The attentive staff took care of every detail, making my stay even more enjoyable. The facilities are excellent—from the relaxing pools and beaches to the lively water park, which creates a fun and energetic atmosphere. The children also had a fantastic experience, thanks to the numerous entertainment options and activities that kept them entertained throughout their stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained—the perfect place to relax after a busy day. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a complete resort vacation.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience. The entire property was spotless – from the lobby to the rooms, everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained. It really made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The food was another highlight. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh options, and the on-site restaurants served delicious meals with excellent presentation. You can tell a lot of care goes into the kitchen here. The staff were exceptional – always friendly, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. From check-in to check-out, everyone made sure I felt welcome and taken care of. The only minor downside was the beach hours. It closed quite early at 5:30 PM, which felt a bit limiting, especially during such beautiful evenings. It would be great if access could be extended just a little longer. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return. The experience was well worth it!

I took my wife hete for her Birthday and I must say we both very much enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and cannot do enough for you. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious with the latest modern mood lighting and entertainment i.e big TV with blutooth speakers in the W/C bathroom. We had a beech view and as much as the hotel is near to end of fully being constructed we have not been effected by the works. Once this hotel is completely finished its going to be an amazing place. The only downside is the staff around the pool is limited where in previous Rixos we stayed at there was a button you pressed for drinks and food. I can only imagine its due to being a new hotel so the staff are still finding there feet. Hotel is very impressive with a lovley upto date modern Gym, spa in the next block next to us which is a link to the whole complex. If your thinking of staying honestly do because you will have a fantastic experience. Oh I forgot the most important thing especially if you have children it has it's very own water park which is smazing. I think I'm right saying this it has the worlds tallest water slide too or the tallest slide in Qatar one of the two lol... but amazing you wont be disappointed. So far we have done Rixos in saddiyat island, this one and we are going to the Rixos in turkey next year. Been to the pool arwa today and I can honestly say since my post I dod yesterday irs changed already. Arafat and another lady have been amazing with serive aroubd the pool areas. Thank you all and thank you to the hotel Rixos for acknowledging the review it made things a lot more first class. So from me no problem top notch well done to all the staff for making our day which is my wifes birthday too which she appreciates too. So from us we thank all the staff and we will return when the hotel is completely finished which I believe is tge end of this year or early next year. Thank you Rixos
