Great stay at this hotel. The facilities are excellent. The private beach has all the facilities on offer and the shuttles are available regularly. There are several places to eat on site and the food variety is good. The staff are friendly and well trained . There are plenty of facilities to suit all tastes with little extras thrown in. This was our second stay and plan to return next year.

My overall experience was perfect. I don’t have a single fault about the hotel. The hotel was beautiful and well kept, the room was spacious, clean and modern. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The staff were very hard working, and I was never without a drink for longer than 5 minutes! The food was delicious, and there was such an amazing variety of foods on offer. The quality of the food was also outstanding and full of flavor.

We could not fault anything about our recent holiday. The whole resort was spotless. Senior management were always visible and engaging to receive feedback and check if you were having a nice time. More than enough facilities to meet all guests needs. Food choices were excellent. The Secret Beach is a fabulous asset.

Spacious room in a beautiful hotel at in stunning location. However I wasn't keen on having to get a boat to the beach every day. For me, the biggest let down of this hotel was the main buffet restaurant Turquoise. Choice was limited and to be honest no that great. I would expect much better quality food from a 5* hotel. It really wasn't good. For this reason, I would not recommend or return.
