This is a truly wonderful hotel. The food is excellent and staff are friendly. Hotel has a picturesque beach accessible via a frequent 5 minute boat trip. The town of Göcek is a few minutes walk from the hotel. It's also very clean, friendly and picturesque and has many high end shops and restaurants. There is a scenic walk along the waterfront overlooking hundreds of luxury yachts. The only things which I think can be improved are as below: Evening music is often too loud and sometimes goes on until midnight. This does mean that relaxation and getting to sleep can be problematic. Musical entertainment is also not as good this year as last. The other problem is that the water in the two swimming pools is very cold in late September and early October. This needs to be addressed. We didn't like seeing wasps and hornets landing on food in open air as part of Octoberfest which was meant for consumption. Having said all this I can very highly recommend this venue. We had two friends join us this year, and two other friends will go there next year.

Outstanding marina and beach location alongside the beautiful village of Gocek, full of atmosphere. Premium standard of service and catering for all. Mostly the entertainment is ok a few stand out performances but we especially loved the included boat tour around the local bays. The poolside waitresses are amazing and really attentive. Cocktails are perfect everyone. Would recommend a visit here. The idyllic surroundings and diverse areas to enjoy the scenery make this a popular choice, our 2nd visit and not disappointed. The landscape is stunning. The People's restaurant is open 24 hours.cand Ibrahim is exceptional. The buffet restaurant was great quality food offerings and the Tempanaki restaurant absolutely 💯 fabulous, the chef a real host and entertainer whilst offering you his best chef delights. Rooms are lovely we enjoyed the Deluxe Suite. Spotless and well kept. We enjoyed the varied pool aerobics, something differnt each day, exceptional hosts as well as the gym.

We have always been big fans of the Rixos Premium chain (Dubai, Belek, etc.), but unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment and, for us, the worst Rixos we have ever stayed at. The hotel is visibly older – which wouldn't be a problem if it were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, this was not the case: there was noticeable dirt in the rooms and joints, the upholstery was dirty, and there wasn't a single clean seat cushion outside. At least the bed was very comfortable. The service was disappointing throughout our stay. Long waiting times, hardly any friendliness, we were often completely ignored – so much so that we sometimes got our own drinks. The same was true in the restaurant: many tables were free but not cleared or set. The lunch menu was poor, and vegetarian or lactose-free requests were not taken seriously (despite clearly ordering, I was served normal coffee with milk). The beach is very crowded with chairs. Sun loungers were reserved early in the morning at the pool and the hotel did nothing about it – especially in a good, luxurious hotel, we expect this kind of thing to be consistently prevented. After rainy days, the sun loungers and the floor were also dirty and were not cleaned. The boat trips were also poorly organised, with long waiting times. The handling of our complaint was also very disappointing: initially, the manager announced he would meet with us, but then cancelled at short notice. We only had a conversation with guest services after we had to follow up several times. We were promised a number of things, but in retrospect, these were not kept. Overall, we had the feeling that the guest is not king here and that they tend to argue rather than offer solutions. The only positive thing we found was the commitment to the cats on site – it's really nice that they are fed and cared for. Conclusion: For a "premium" Rixos, unfortunately far below the usual standard. Cleanliness, service, catering and management are disappointing – we would not come back again.

We spent two weeks at Rixos Göcek from late June to mid-July. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is set among lush, well-kept gardens with low-rise houses dotted across the grounds, giving it a tranquil, relaxed feel rather than a typical hotel vibe. Highlights: • 🌊 Secret Beach: reached by a regular daily boat shuttle from People’s Restaurant. We enjoyed the ride each day, like a mini coastal tour. The schedule was also more regular during peak busy moments (e.g., morning, lunch, and at 4-5pm). • 🍽️ Food: Turquoise, the main buffet, was excellent with freshly grilled meats, fish, salads, dips and desserts. Ice cream was a standout! Tepenyaki was worth the extra cost, and the patisserie offered new treats daily. Thanks to chef Alican and team. The food at the secret beach was also excellent. • 🍹 Drinks & service: great variety, with staff rollerblading cocktails to sunbeds. Special thanks to Hamza for his effortless mixing at the hotel pool bar - including making drinks that weren’t on the menu. • 🏋🏻‍♀️ Wellness: a brilliant programme of yoga, CrossFit, Pilates, cycling and trekking. Evening beach yoga under the stars was magical. Thanks to the team Svetlana, Dino and Sidy for their energy. • 🧼 Cleanliness: toilets, grounds and public spaces were always spotless. • 🐱 Cats: around 20 hotel cats, well fed, healthy and friendly — lovely to see how much care was taken to look after them. • 🛌 Rooms: comfy beds with pillow options, plus optional linen change during longer stays. Room for improvement: • No body moisturiser in the rooms. • Some areas could use light refurbishment (e.g., bedroom door frames, some outdoor stonework). • Breakfast coffee was sadly very poor in Turquoise, though Starbucks on site opened at 9am so it wasn’t a big issue. • Strong AC/fans in Turquoise restaurant sometimes made seating tricky as you had to pick the right spot. Overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would definitely recommend Rixos Göcek. Special thanks to colleagues Esra at Nox bar and Omer on our last day for his excellent service and kindness. We left with many warm memories of our time by the Aegean and a super memory of Turkey!

From the very first moment, you feel the warm hospitality at Rixos Göcek Premium. The food quality is excellent, and all export drinks are included in the package. From check-in to check-out, every employee greeted us with a big smile and made us feel welcome. One thing I noticed is that the same staff were serving from early morning (9:00) until midnight (00:00). While their service was amazing, it did raise concerns about their working conditions. If you consider staying in this hotel and you are happy with the service provided, I recommend leaving a small tip (5–7 euros) to those amazing hardworking people. With the current difficult Turkish economy, this small gesture will mean a lot. I am almost sure many of these people probably don’t even have time to see their families during the busy summer season. Thanks to the whole team for such wonderful hospitality. See you next time!!!
