I would like to express our sincere appreciation to the hotel staff and Customer Relations Manager Ms Sezin Demirel for the excellent service provided throughout our stay. From arrival to departure, every member of the team was friendly, professional, and attentive. The staff , especially Eylul and Perihan from service staff, consistently showed great enthusiasm to ensure that our experience was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting guests with a smile and a willingness to help. A special thank you to the Customer Relations Manager, Sezin Hanim, whose dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our stay. Her attention to detail, which was my husband’s birthday, prompt assistance, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression. The high standard of hospitality and hard working demonstrated by the entire team reflects very positively on the hotel. Thank you all for your hard work and commitment to providing such a welcoming and memorable experience. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others, especially to our Scottish countrymen and look forward to returning in the future.

We stayed 24-29 April 2026 The hotel is in a beautiful location and has a short transfer from Dalaman airport. Right on the marina there’s plenty to see and the walk along the front into town is enjoyable. The layout of the hotel with small blocks of rooms makes it feel spacious and the grounds/gardens are well kept and pretty. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable and a good size. The pools were clean and there was always plenty of towels. We enjoyed the Turquoise, People’s and Azur Restaurants. Food choices were good and well presented. Taking the boat bus to the Secret beach and Azur restaurant was lovely and those areas do not disappoint either. We also thoroughly enjoyed the free boat trip offered by the hotel. We felt the hotel could have offered us a drink on our arrival - there is a bar in reception so they could have a tray of juice, at least, waiting for those arriving. We were disappointed not to be able to get late checkout on our room, especially when we had arrived so late (almost midnight). The day we checked out was the first and only day the room was cleaned before midday which was also a little disappointing. Every other hotel I’ve stayed in they change the order of room cleaning so that you get your room cleaned at different times, so you can at least have it done before lunch on some days of your stay. The area provided in the Spa for getting showered and changed ready for the flight was too hot and it had only one very small bench so was not big enough for the number of us in there trying to change. We were surprised that there was no air conditioning in our rooms and at times even this early in the season it got a little uncomfortable.

Fabulous hotel with super-friendly staff. Great views overlooking the marina with a secluded beach area just a few minutes away. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday. Chilled vibe with low-key activities for those who want to get involved. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and drinks quality is top notch. Everything is spotless.

Absolutely fantastic! Our third stay in a Rixos Hotel and it is without a doubt the best. From our warm welcome to us leaving today everything was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for staff who were incredibly friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean modern and very comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing. The head chef in Turquoise Restaurant was great. Our daughter is a coeliac and we asked what food was safe for my daughter to eat, he walked the buffet with my daughter which was really kind. The next night there were food signs next to each dish to explain what was safe for her to eat. A really nice touch. The hotel is smaller than the other Rixos Hotels that we have stayed in, which adds to its charm. The grounds are impeccably maintained. When we arrived it was raining incredibly heavily, we had a slight problem with our room. From reporting it the House Keeper was with us within ten minutes and a Team from Maintenance within a further five minutes. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Highly prized member of the Rixos Chain. Great!

Rixos Premium Gocek is not only one of the best hotels on the Turkish Riviera but one of the best in general. The location is spectacular, featuring a stunning marina view that makes for perfect sunsets, and the landscaping is incredibly beautiful—it feels like staying in a lush, green sanctuary. The service was world-class. A huge shout-out to Operational Manager Ibrahim, who made our stay exceptional. His hospitality and professionalism truly made a difference. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxury escape!
