Coming back to the Rixos Gocek for a second time I would highly recommend. The staff are wonderful, extremely friendly, the rooms are excellent, food quality is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. In particular, Ebrar is brilliant! Ebrar has been looking after us through the day on the beech, and then over at the Nox bar around the main stage for the evening entertainment. Ebrar goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is well looked after, is very attentive, extremely friendly and works unbelievably hard. Ebrar is always on the go and provides and excellent service. There is never a moment we have been without anything from drinks to snacks, and welcomes us when we arrive to the beach and to the Nox bar in the evening. The holiday wouldn’t have been the same with out Ebrar. I have mentioned this to a number of the managers as Ebrar is an asset to the whole complex. Thank you so much for making our holiday!

My stay during the winters at Rixos Göcek Premium was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views of the turquoise waters. The resort itself is a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and the on-site amenities, including the private beach, pools, and spa, were top-notch. Every meal was a delight, and we had a special request for vegetarian food which was very well taken care of. It was the ultimate relaxing escape, and I can't wait to return in Spring season this time.

The resort is a pleasant place to stay, however, I believe improvements could be made to the staff's attitude. It could feel more welcoming, and improved English proficiency among the staff would be beneficial. The activities and choices available felt somewhat limited. I found Rixos Sharm El Sheikh to be more welcoming to guests.

This was one of the best hotels and experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel itself is fantastic, with an incredibly clean and well-designed property. The staff is friendly and professional, creating a refined and enjoyable atmosphere throughout. The food and drinks were exceptional, and the beach was absolutely stunning. The sea was crystal clear, and we loved spending time by the water. The guests were respectful, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. From the boat tour to the beachfront, everything was simply perfect. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
