I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum! The hotel is located in a beautiful setting with stunning views. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food at the buffet and restaurants is excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the beach and pool areas m, which were clean and well-maintained. I recently stayed at Rixos Hotel Bodrum and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers an exceptional level of relaxation, perfect for those looking to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle.
The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. The beach and pool areas were stunning, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere.
However, it's important to note that Rixos Hotel Bodrum is a relaxation hotel, not a place for a vibrant party life. There is no music by the pool or beach during the day, which maintains a peaceful environment. Entertainment is provided at night with live bands, adding a touch of liveliness in the evenings.
While the hotel offers various activities, they are mainly geared towards adults and may not be very engaging for children. Adding some light music by the beach and pool during the day could enhance the experience for guests, making it even more enjoyable.
Additionally, wine options included in the package are limited to only one red, one white, and one rosé. Any other wines come at an extra cost, which might be something to consider if you're a wine enthusiast.

Made to feel welcome and valued from the first day to the last day. The smiles and friendly interactions with every member of the hotel staff gave the absolute feeling of a happy ship. The management obviously understands and values all those working at the hotel and it shows in the cohesiveness and the general happy atmosphere. Cleanliness and the attention to maintain it at a high level shows a level of pride along with the food offering and the hotel grounds were a joy to explore and relax in. The beach facilities are good and the spa is relaxing and exudes elegance in its design and ambiance. The accommodation was excellent and the availed upgrade to a two bedroom suite made the stay even more magical. Finally, the location and views added the icing on the cake. We will definitely be returning.

The best service you can get. Super friendly staff and amazingly maintained resort. Absolutely fantastic. Cuisine - is fabulous. This place really raises the high expectations from the future holidays.

I encountered several issues that marred the experience. The first room I was given was dated, and the air conditioning was not functioning. After requesting a change, the second room had a noticeable sewer smell, which was very unpleasant.
Communication was also very tough, as many staff members did not speak English, making it difficult to resolve issues and get assistance.
On the positive side, the bar in the lobby was quite good, and the seafood restaurant was exceptional, offering a delightful dining experience.
However, the local market was a disappointment as I ended up paying more than I should have, only realizing later that haggling is expected.
Another frustrating aspect was the constant requests for feedback. I was even approached while having a meal and asked to leave a positive review on my phone, which felt intrusive.
Moreover, many of the staff seemed disengaged and were unnecessarily rude. While this didn't bother me much, the poor quality of the room, especially considering the high cost, was unacceptable.
Additionally, they allow a cat in the restaurants, which is unhygienic and can be dangerous for those allergic to cats. People even feed the cats, which is not appropriate in a dining environment.
