The service from the friendly staff was exceptional, and the amenities truly lived up to the five-star rating. From luxurious accommodation to top-notch dining options, everything was impeccable.
We felt like royalty throughout our stay, and it made our vacation that much more special. I highly recommend Rixos to anyone looking for a lavish and relaxing getaway. It truly exceeded all of our expectations.

We have just returned from our vacation here and it was beautiful. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. The location was fantastic, lovely strip of private beach. Food was delicious and freshly cooked.
Bad bits (not the hotels fault as we booked through Love Holidays and this was a replacement to our original booking) ....it's not family friendly, local guests made us feel unwelcome, very expensive on site shop and excursions (45e for a sun cream, 50e for a football, 300e for 30mins on a jet ski, 950e for a 1 hour boat trip) the hotel was luxury, it was aimed at high end guests with deep pockets, which isn't suitable for families, there wasn't a children's menu, the kids club wasn't suitable as it wasn't suitably staffed and children could get out unnoticed - which did happen late one evening and with the beach only feat away, it could have ended far worse. The local children staying at the hotel made it clear to our children they had been told not to play nice with English, so we didn't let the kids play here after experiencing this first hand. Which is a shame.
Bottom line, if you are looking for an adults holiday, where you can eat and relax and have a small fortune to spare just to go there, then this is a beautiful place to go. If you have children and Love Holidays offer this as a suitable substitute to your waterpark family friendly hotel complex, decline and find somewhere you want them to send you instead.
