The taste of the food was absolutely perfect, and the presentation was just as impressive. I truly loved the hotel’s atmosphere and the beautiful landscape, it created such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The tennis courts were perfect as well, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely love to visit again.

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek. While the resort is visually impressive and the grounds are well maintained, the overall experience fell significantly below our expectations for a hotel positioned as a luxury resort. The recurring issue throughout our stay was service inconsistency and poor communication. During the winter season, the air conditioning appeared to be centrally set to heating mode. Despite setting the temperature to 18°C, warm air continued to blow into the room, making it uncomfortably hot at night. We initially requested a pedestal fan and were told none were available within the hotel. Later, after speaking with a different assistant, a dust-covered fan was provided, suggesting one had always been available in storage. The conflicting information and the resulting lack of sleep on the first night were avoidable and frustrating. Heating an already warm room made little sense. There was also an intermittent smell of cigarette smoke entering the room. We were advised this may have been from neighbouring balconies. Even after keeping the balcony door closed, the smell occasionally persisted, suggesting it may have been circulating through the ventilation system. We were managing food allergies for a child, and the hotel had been clearly informed in advance. While some staff members were helpful, the overall system for handling allergy-related meals felt disorganised and unreliable. On multiple occasions, meal requests were not acknowledged and had to be chased. At other times, requests were confirmed in advance, but upon arrival at the restaurant staff had no record of them. This level of miscommunication is concerning when dealing with child allergies. Rather than being provided with a structured list of suitable options, we were left to suggest meals and wait for approval. Some were accepted, while others were declined without alternatives being offered, resulting in repeated back-and-forth messaging. For a hotel of this category, a clearer and more proactive process should be standard. Service across the resort was inconsistent. While there were genuinely excellent staff members who were warm and professional, there were also repeated interactions that felt cold, dismissive, and lacking basic hospitality. On several occasions, the tone used suggested requests were an inconvenience. The inconsistency was significant enough that we actively avoided certain areas of the resort to minimise further uncomfortable interactions. That is not something guests should feel compelled to do at a luxury resort. Another incident involved children’s scooters left unattended throughout the resort. As they were uniform in appearance, it reasonably gave the impression they were hotel-provided. When our child picked one up, staff later approached us in an abrupt, rude, and unnecessarily confrontational manner. Once we explained the misunderstanding, the tone changed. While we fully accept the scooters belonged to other guests, the initial handling of the situation was disappointing. Additional issues included: Poor lighting along certain paths at night, requiring the use of a mobile phone torch. Thin walls between rooms, with audible conversations and television noise from neighbouring rooms. A largely repetitive buffet with only minor daily variations. Fewer activities compared to other resorts in the same category. Access to The Land of Legends was a positive aspect of the stay. We made a conscious effort to remain positive and enjoy our time despite these issues. However, when considering the price point and the hotel’s reputation, the overall experience did not reflect the standards expected of a luxury resort. Compared to other luxury brands we have visited, such as Ikos Andalusia, Sandals Montego Bay, and Lara Barut Collection, the service and overall organisation were not comparable. Based on our experience, we would not return to Rixos. First impressions set the tone, and unfortunately we did not feel consistently welcomed or valued during our stay.

We stayed here as a couple and had a really pleasant time. The resort is spacious, elegant, and well maintained. Our room was modern, comfortable, and cleaned regularly; a small shower issue was fixed quickly. Communication via WhatsApp was very convenient — Diana and Aigerim were always helpful with things like the shower, ironing set, and beach cabana. The Turkish à la carte restaurant was our favorite. The resort can feel a bit busy for couples, but families with kids seemed to be having a wonderful time. The beach and pier are lovely, and the hammam was a great experience. Overall, a relaxing and luxurious stay.

The room was extremely warm, and we just wanted it to be cool enough to sleep comfortably. They told us there was no cooling option and only heating… which makes no sense. It’s November 22, but it’s 26°C during the day and 18°C at night. People still want a cool room to sleep in. I know it’s technically winter, but this room was hot. Service at the Italian à la carte restaurant was good, but the lasagna was bland and the texture was off. Honestly, the M&S “cook your own” lasagna tastes better. The risotto was dry too. Service was 10/10 though. The Pan-Asian Zasya restaurant was a 20/10. The food was amazing, and Marvin was absolutely top-notch—professional, attentive, and gave great recommendations. He even sent out a complimentary dish. Totally recommended. For the outdoor pools: except for the Anjana Spa pool, none were heated, which was uncomfortable given how cold it was by November 24. The Anjana Spa jacuzzi pool wasn’t fully functioning that day either, and there was no bar service—it felt like it was closed, apparently due to the rain and weather. The hotel is heavily perfumed, so if you’re sensitive to strong scents (like I am), it can make you feel dizzy at times. The music around the pool areas is loud—both at the spa and the main pool. It should be at a relaxing volume, but instead it’s loud covers of songs (not the originals), and the playlist repeats every day. They even play disco-style music in the morning while you’re trying to enjoy the beach view. Depending on your vibe, this could be fine, but if you’re looking for a relaxing atmosphere, it’s a big no. Mocktail options are very limited. Also, flies in the lobby and dining areas? I know it’s normal to some extent, but in a luxury hotel—especially in winter—you’d expect better prevention. It’s annoying to try to eat or drink while constantly swatting flies away. On the positive side, the room linen was clean and not itchy. The cleaning team was excellent—kept the room tidy, spotless, and always restocked the fridge and toiletries. Aksam was close, you can only book two of the ala cartes during late November.

Our stay at Rixos Premium Belek was made truly unforgettable thanks to the outstanding service from several members of the team. First and foremost, a huge thank you to Humza, our Guest Relations representative. His service was nothing short of exceptional. He was incredibly diligent, sharp, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. What truly set him apart was his dedication to ensuring our comfort; on the rare occasions where something wasn’t quite right, Humza immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. His professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction genuinely elevated our experience. He is a true asset to the hotel. We also want to express our gratitude to Yousaf, the manager, whose support and leadership made a significant difference during our visit. He handled everything with efficiency and genuine care, quickly resolving any concerns and ensuring we were always comfortable. His exceptional management and warm approach contributed greatly to making our stay memorable. Finally, we must mention the manager of the Italian restaurant, who delivered some of the best service we have ever experienced. He was incredibly hospitable and attentive, accommodating our dietary preferences and even creating off-menu dishes especially for us. When I mentioned craving a tiramisu milkshake, he made it on the spot — and it was so good that we ended up returning four times during our stay. His warmth, creativity, and passion for service made each dining experience exceptional. Overall, the staff at Rixos Premium Belek truly exceeded our expectations. Their dedication and personalised care turned our holiday into an unforgettable experience. We are deeply grateful and look forward to returning.
