Absolutely delightful stay at Rixos Belek! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in paradise. This hotel is a true gem of the Turkish Riviera, offering unforgettable experiences at every turn. First and foremost, the level of service is absolutely unparalleled. Every member of the staff, from the reception to the service in the restaurants and bars, was incredibly polite, professional, and always ready to assist. Their smiles and attention to every detail made us feel exceptionally well taken care of. Additionally, the service via WhatsApp made fulfilling all our desires incredibly easy and quick, and their assistance was invaluable. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Cleanliness was maintained at the highest level. The culinary offerings were a true feast for the palate. The huge selection of restaurants serving dishes from various corners of the world will satisfy even the most discerning gourmets. The quality and freshness of the products were impressive, and the presentation of the dishes encouraged tasting. We especially appreciated the variety of buffets and the exceptional à la carte restaurants, offering exquisite dishes in an elegant atmosphere. The hotel's infrastructure is impressive. The huge swimming pools and numerous bars offer ideal conditions for relaxation and fun. For active guests, numerous sports and water attractions are available, including an excellent football pitch with real grass. We especially appreciated the well-equipped fitness center and the professional animators who took care of entertainment for both adults and children. For families with children, Rixos Belek is a true paradise. The huge and perfectly organized Rixy Club offers plenty of attractions and games under the supervision of qualified staff. Our children were delighted and looked forward to the next animations and activities every day. A huge plus is also the attention to detail and the atmosphere of luxury that permeates the entire hotel. The beautiful gardens, elegant interiors, and live evening performances created a magical atmosphere, perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. In conclusion, our stay at Rixos Belek was absolutely fantastic, and we will definitely return there. It's a place where luxury meets excellent service and unforgettable experiences. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional place to relax in Türkiye!

This hotel 🏨 s really great for a family holiday. I loved pretty much everything , location, see, pools, rooms, cleanliness, staff , service. But I still need to feel that I need mention the food in the main restaurant. Grill & Kepap chefs and Turkish pizza, called pide, staff doing an amazing job. Special thanks to İbrahim Calhan and Ramazan Bozdag , Ali Tunc making great Turkish kebabs. They are all fantastic team making the most delicious food. 100% will visit again. Thanks.

Directors and senior management team. please convey our appreciation and praise for the following, as it was our first experience in Antalya, Turkey, Rixos premium belek. We heard lots of scary, worrying reports, gossips about Antalya, Turkey, but we found out for ourselves, how amazing, incredible, customer service satisfaction your staff at Rixos premium belek are. Very ever lasting impression they created, very hard working, do their best to well come tourist. The hotel complex is great, although bit out of easy reach from town centre and expensive compared with other 4 or 5 star hotels nearby. Food, facilities, drinks all good staff exceptionally. Incredibly helpful, customer service focused team. In particular, Selman, the chief lounge bar staff, very outstanding man, very honest, sincere, happy to help, advice, approachable, like able, potential for top management material. Credit to Rixos for having such well educated, mannered staff. Also, Abbdulla Adiguzel, Irish bar staff, people bar, chef Burnham, the so called new chef, the cleaners, all very good hard working humble people. Bless them. We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek in Antalya with our children, and unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our expectations. While the property appears stunning in photos, the reality didn’t quite live up to the hype. On a positive note, the à la carte restaurants — including The People’s Café, the Italian, and the Pan-Asian venues — offered good food and attentive service. However, the main Turquoise buffet was a major disappointment, both in terms of food quality and staff responsiveness. Despite being marketed as a family-friendly resort, we found that aside from the pool (including a well-maintained heated pool), there was little to keep children engaged. The Rixy Kids Club, while featuring both indoor and outdoor areas, offered minimal activities and lacked energy or creativity in programming. One of the most frustrating aspects of our stay was the restaurant reservation system. It rarely worked properly, and we often found ourselves unable to book the à la carte restaurants, leaving us with no choice but to return to the underwhelming buffet. The resort also promotes complimentary access to the Land of Legends, which we had looked forward to. Sadly, this turned out to be another letdown — most of the rides were closed, only a couple were worth trying, and we were able to explore the entire park in under an hour. The food options there were also quite poor. While the property is spacious and expansive, it lacks proper signage and direction, making it confusing to navigate. Additionally, there was very little entertainment or activity after 6 PM, which left the evenings feeling dull. In contrast, our previous experience at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh was exceptional — with vibrant nightly events, thoughtful service, top-tier food, and a truly guest-centric approach. In summary, Rixos Premium Belek suffers from poor planning, unreliable systems, and a noticeable lack of thoughtful hospitality. While it has the potential to be a top-tier resort, it currently doesn’t come close to the standards set by other Rixos properties. Regrettably, we left disappointed after paying premium rates for the stay and would not recommend this resort — particularly for families traveling with children.

We recently had an amazing holiday at Rixos Hotel as a family of four, and it exceeded all our expectations! One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary access to the Land of Legends theme park, which was an incredible experience for both us and our children. The hotel staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The restaurants offered a fantastic variety of delicious food, the buffet was great especially the desserts and our room was perfectly comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had such a wonderful time and are already looking forward to returning for another memorable stay. Highly recommend!
