We stayed at the at the Rixos Premium in Belek at the end of October 2025. Our stay was incredible. Food and service was 5* Activities for our family were very good. We were treated extremely well by our own whatsapp assistants (Eren, Dora and Berkan). They answered all questions promptly, delivered things to our room, and provided daily insights to activities around the hotel. Best hotel we have been to. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hotel is great overall. Food good. Entertainment is excellent. The Halloween party was amazing with all the effort that went in. Daily activities are good and well run especially by Elif who has been great with the activities that my oldest son has played most days. A real credit to the hotel. Girls on the roller skates around the pool are brilliant too especially Zerda and always serving with a smile. Took a trip to Land Of Legends on one of our days here and that was great to have free access to. We stayed in a legendary suite which was very comfortable and a good size for our needs. Something that lets the hotel down is the booking system for the à la carte restaurants. It’s near impossible to get a reservation at a decent time for 4 people. Another thing I would add about the service is the bar staff at the beach bar are usually very miserable and rarely acknowledge you when waiting to be served. Something I think could be easily solved. Just to say hi, will be with you in a moment. Otherwise you are left waiting without knowing if they’ve noticed you or not. When we arrived we were shown to our room by our WhatsApp assistant and you are led to believe that you will receive some sort of concierge like service from them. This is not the case and it has been anything but. Our two WhatsApp assistants Hamza and Nebila were totally inept in dealing with a request for vegan options at restaurants for my wife. In fact they both made us feel as though it was our fault that there was very little or nothing at all that my wife could eat. How dare my wife be vegan? It made absolutely no sense as they’d asked about dietary requirements on check in (and we watched Nebila write it down) and again it was raised within the WhatsApp chat yet there was utter shock when we said we were disappointed that she had nothing to eat at one of the à la cartes. This is something that has tainted our stay somewhat. The attitude was worse than the problem itself.

After staying in many 5* hotels around the world and often been left disappointed or wanting more, this hotel is simply excellent. The food, service, amenities and everything is absolutely brilliant. The cocktails and drink choices are the best I’ve ever experienced, the food is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The only complaint is the restaurant availability and booking system which is constantly booked up and can only visit once during your stay, which I don’t think is acceptable for the price of the hotel. The booking system has been a nightmare with bookings constantly being filled within minutes when it goes live at 10am, making it almost impossible to get a booking. When you walk past the restaurants at night they’re at most 50% capacity. However if you do get a booking they are excellent. The simplest of things make the biggest difference here: every sun bed has an umbrella. The drinks fridges allow anyone to get water and soft drinks whenever they need, which frees up the bar staff to make drinks and reduce wait times. Every sun bed has a bin, meaning there’s no litter or rubbish blowing around. The fitness facilities are excellent and the classes & instructors are excellent. We’ll definitely be returning next year if the price is right. As a side note, we visited late October/November, at which time the hotels activities and entertainment have stopped to an extent. There’s no shows at night however there’s always a live band at the beach bar, always kids activities throughout the day and restaurants all still open. Not an issue for us, but something to be aware of depending when you plan to visit.

I cannot fault this hotel at all! From the moment we stepped in it felt like pure luxury. The a la carte restaurants are definitely a must try and provide a lovely variety of different cuisines and are themed as such. The waiters are amazing and so hard making sure you always have a drink in hand. The added extra of having a coffee shop included and a Godiva cafe on site was amazing. There was plenty of availability of sunbeds even when we woke up late. The included waterpark/ theme park is an additional plus and actually wasn’t too busy to get your fair share of rides. There is lots of entertainment both during the day and in the evenings - my only suggestion would be a little more variety in the entertainment in the evenings. But all in all, this is a superb all inclusive - highly recommend for a relaxing holiday focused on rest and relaxation :)

It was our second stay in this hotel (first in July and now in early November) - we enjoyed mild weather of Antalya in November and recommend this period. Food, service and employees were awesome. I would’ve like it even more if they heated the pools 1-2C more. A la Carte restaurants were our favorite, food and service are exceptional. I heard that Mykorini will be closed during winter period however hotel should find a solution to cover up around the restaurant and keep it open all year, as it’s the best :) Hotel is nicely decorated, lots of activities are available all the time and although we don’t have kids, we appreciated how much effort they put in the activities for kids - it’s a wonderful place for families with children. Land of legends access is a good plus however good to mention that most of the pools in land of legends are not heated during winter (only 2 heated pool with slides) - would be a disappointment in winter if that’s important for you. It was awesome during our summer stay though. Overall we definitely recommend this hotel for a stress free, high-end vacation ☀️
