This hotel was outstanding in every way. The service was fantastic. All the restaurants were outstanding. The can do attitude of hotel staff was a real treat. They even agreed to play the England Euros match for us in the cinema as the sports bar was a little crowded. The rooms were luxurious and the football academy was a massive hit with the children. They made new friends, learned some Russian and played for hours into the night. I can’t fault this place. A true 5 star resort.

Had a fabulous holiday, excellent food and entertainment especially for children. Staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. My kids especially enjoyed the fishing every morning with Farhat from the entertainment team. We even caught a fish!!! Everything spotless the beach is beautiful. Great selection of food which is of an exceptional high standard. I would recommend this to not only families but also couples as the hotel is so spacious and there is so much to do.

We had a great overall stay. We tried coffee from various places, but unfortunately, none of the staff seemed trained to make good coffee. This is an issue that the hotel could work on improving. On the bright side, the staff members were terrific - friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. We felt right at home during our entire stay. This hotel is especially great for families, and the food from the main restaurant, "Turquoise," was outstanding. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a very relaxing stay at the hotel.

Our holiday has honestly been amazing! We could not fault a thing within the hotel, the staff could not do enough for you and would go above and beyond to ensure our experience was the best.Our Guests relation staff could not be more helpful and at hand, from clear communication upon the hotels activity’s to being a great support network during our stay. The staffs attentiveness was impeccable! What an amazing holiday we have had. The best all inclusive resort I have stayed at, we have reccomended to all family members and we will definitely be returning☺️

Overall had a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel room was great and had everything you need, the hotel had loads of activities and stuff to do for both adults and kids, the bars were fantastic, the food in most of the restaurants was good. My kids enjoyed the kids club, arcades and outdoor activities. We had a guest relations team that were super friendly, efficient and kind, which made our stay even better since we felt well taken care off. Only improvement area for us was the variety of Indian foods available at the hotel, and foods without eggs as we are lacto- vegetarian. This was mainly at the TURQUOISE and PEOPLES restaurant. The lack of plant based options was also noted, which is strange as these are popular in Europe, AFRICA and the America's. The Italian and Asian restaurants were amazing so hats off to them and their staff, who made us feel great. I would definitely re-visit the hotel, but in cooler months as we had temperatures exceeding 40 deg during our stay. Luckily the hotel rooms and surrounding areas were all air conditioned whih made it so much more bearable. Overall the hotel is great!!
