Hotel is great overall. Food good. Entertainment is excellent. The Halloween party was amazing with all the effort that went in. Daily activities are good and well run especially by Elif who has been great with the activities that my oldest son has played most days. A real credit to the hotel. Girls on the roller skates around the pool are brilliant too especially Zerda and always serving with a smile. Took a trip to Land Of Legends on one of our days here and that was great to have free access to. We stayed in a legendary suite which was very comfortable and a good size for our needs. Something that lets the hotel down is the booking system for the à la carte restaurants. It’s near impossible to get a reservation at a decent time for 4 people. Another thing I would add about the service is the bar staff at the beach bar are usually very miserable and rarely acknowledge you when waiting to be served. Something I think could be easily solved. Just to say hi, will be with you in a moment. Otherwise you are left waiting without knowing if they’ve noticed you or not. When we arrived we were shown to our room by our WhatsApp assistant and you are led to believe that you will receive some sort of concierge like service from them. This is not the case and it has been anything but. Our two WhatsApp assistants Hamza and Nebila were totally inept in dealing with a request for vegan options at restaurants for my wife. In fact they both made us feel as though it was our fault that there was very little or nothing at all that my wife could eat. How dare my wife be vegan? It made absolutely no sense as they’d asked about dietary requirements on check in (and we watched Nebila write it down) and again it was raised within the WhatsApp chat yet there was utter shock when we said we were disappointed that she had nothing to eat at one of the à la cartes. This is something that has tainted our stay somewhat. The attitude was worse than the problem itself.

I cannot fault this hotel at all! From the moment we stepped in it felt like pure luxury. The a la carte restaurants are definitely a must try and provide a lovely variety of different cuisines and are themed as such. The waiters are amazing and so hard making sure you always have a drink in hand. The added extra of having a coffee shop included and a Godiva cafe on site was amazing. There was plenty of availability of sunbeds even when we woke up late. The included waterpark/ theme park is an additional plus and actually wasn’t too busy to get your fair share of rides. There is lots of entertainment both during the day and in the evenings - my only suggestion would be a little more variety in the entertainment in the evenings. But all in all, this is a superb all inclusive - highly recommend for a relaxing holiday focused on rest and relaxation :)

Absolutely incredible value for the standard of food, service and entertainment available for both adults and children. We usually visit Dubai to is time of year but with prices going up decided to visit rixos premium in turkey instead. We have been so impressed with everything that it offers and will be coming back next year in the May half term. If you’re wondering whether to book just do it, you won’t be disappointed

It is the best hotel!!! Everything is so amazing. There are all the amenities. Food is delicious, fresh, a lot of choices. There is even too much choices :) I can't ask for more. Staff is also very friendly, helpful. We had a great time here and I can recommend. It exceeded my expectation

We were really disappointed with our stay at Rixos Belek. The hotel staff made it impossible to organize even a small birthday celebration for guests staying in several rooms. Despite being a 5-star resort that promotes luxury and hospitality, the management showed no flexibility or willingness to help us celebrate a special occasion. We expected better service and understanding, especially from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, it felt very restrictive and unwelcoming.
