Rixos Marina is one of the best hotel we had stayed until now. We checked in with Jerry, upon check in with Jerrylyn in reception she was very polite and helpful. She gave us room on high floor with good view and also informed us about entire hotel facilities. We would like to recommend reception staff for their generous gesture toward our family for early and swift check in without ant delay. Rooms were very spacious and amenities were of top class. Simply luxury at its best. Concierge Staff was also very kind and helpful with the hotel facilities and excursions as well. They gave us good discounted price.
