We had an amazing stay at the hotel and were especially impressed by the reception and concierge team. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference and made us feel right at home. The food was excellent – every meal was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the variety and quality. The pool and beach area were both fantastic, very well maintained and relaxing. Our kids had a great time and didn’t want to leave! Overall, a wonderful experience and we’d definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

We stayed with Rixos Marina for four nights and everything was perfect. The entire team was fantastic and they all were to assist us with our requests. Reception team and their welcoming was great. Ravi from Reception team upgraded our room with no extra cost to sea view room and room was with amazing view of the ocean that too on top floor. Also we would like to appreciate Glean and Jerry from the concierge team individually for their assistance in arranging for us city tour to mosque and for flower bouquet for us. They all were helpful from the day we arrived to the hotel until we checked out. Amazing hospitality and we will return back here soon.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! The hotel is stunning in every detail — from the warm welcome at the reception to the breathtaking view from the room. The staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The view was absolutely amazing, the whole place is elegant and clean, with beautiful modern decor. The food buffet was rich and diverse, offering something for every taste. A special thank you to Rajib from the housekeeping team — he was always cheerful, helpful, and went above and beyond throughout our stay. His kindness made a big difference. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming and well organized. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful interiors, spacious rooms and top-quality amenities. What really made the difference for us, though, was the service. I want to sincerely thank Ms. Moe at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, patient and always ready to help. Whether it was giving us helpful tips about the area or taking the time to answer our questions, she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It is rare to meet someone who is both professional and genuinely warm. Her attitude left a lasting impression on us and truly elevated our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. We are already looking forward to coming back.

We stayed in room 2907 and hotel facilities were excellent and we had a great time. I personally loved the hotel and the team from the reception was excellent. We booked here for the business meeting Elizabeth and Ravi from the reception front team was excellent throughout our all check ins. They welcomed us with all friendly gesture and also allowed us for early checkin. Room was excellent with an amazing view and amenities were also good. Food was delicious and good to go for during our dinner event. Overall we enjoyed our event here and hopefully next time we return back with our family. Thank you Rixos marina team.
