We have been here so far for 2 days, the hotel is fantastic. We had a brilliant check in where we were provided a whole host of information about places to visit. The room and view are fantastic. Without doubt though we have to mention that the service we have received from Hakeem is beyond outstanding, from the minute we arrived at the hotel and took the first look around, he kindly greeted us at the pool area and showed us the facilities available and made us feel incredibly welcome. He has taken such good care of us, nothing is to much trouble and you can see him putting in this same effort with every customer. He is a credit to the hotel, to his managers and colleagues and an absolute asset to the Rixos brand. We will review further about the hotel at the end of our stay but wanted to call out Hakeem’s amazing service before the end of our trip

I recently stayed at the Rixos Doha Gulf Hotel and would like to share my impressions. First and foremost, I want to highlight the high level of service and professionalism of the staff. All the employees were incredibly friendly and ready to help in any situation, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the Crust coffee shop. They serve excellent coffee and fresh pastries, making it the perfect place for a morning or afternoon break. They welcomed me even at night. However, I must mention a small downside – the animation for children leaves much to be desired. The programs for kids seemed not interesting and diverse enough. I hope the hotel can improve this aspect in the future to make the stay even more comfortable for families with children. Overall, my experience at Rixos Doha Gulf was positive, and I would gladly return here again.

The dining options at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha are exceptional. The variety of restaurants and cuisines available cater to all tastes, and the quality of the food is outstanding. The breakfast buffet was particularly noteworthy, offering a vast selection of delicious dishes. The hotel's facilities are top-notch. The spa provides a perfect retreat with a range of rejuvenating treatments, and the fitness center is well-equipped. The outdoor pool area is a highlight, offering a tranquil space to unwind and enjoy the sunshine.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The entire property was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and pleasant environment. The staff were incredibly attentive and always greeted us with warm smiles. Their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced our experience. The dining options were outstanding, with delicious and well-prepared meals that catered to various tastes. A special mention goes to Gulfairuz at the reception. Her warm welcome, helpful attitude, and genuine care made our stay even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere.

It was our first time having dinner at the Farmhouse Restaurant as a family of 7, including two toddlers. The dinner was incredible (and hot!), covering a good variety of cuisines which satisfied all our cravings. The best part of our experience was the service, particularly from Duncan. He was very friendly and accommodating the entire time, and was also kind enough to take us around the hotel to show the other restaurants and renovations going on. Thank you Duncan for your kindness- we’ll definitely be visiting again soon!
