We had a very good stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful and the private beach is a real advantage. The kids club being included was great and very convenient for families. The spa offers excellent treatments at very reasonable prices, and the gym is impressive with very modern equipment. The food was very tasty overall, although I would have appreciated a bit more variety at dinner. Since our stay took place during Ramadan, there was unfortunately no entertainment or animation, but this was understandable and did not affect much our experience. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always accommodating. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would gladly return.

My experience here in Rixos was great. The food and drinks were really good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. In particular, Mr Hakeem, Ms Arju, Ms Ada, and the barista Mr Putra, were really attentive and extra friendly. They assisted me and my husband during our stay and while dining in the restaurant. As for the hotel, they made our stay a little bit extra special by leaving a message in our room upon our arrival, greeting me and my husband’s anniversary. It was also very nicely presented. The view from our room to the beach is breathtaking and was so nice.

We have our parents visiting us in Doha, and we book them in Rixos hotel for 2 nights, upon arrival they were greeted warmly with Mr Hasna at the front desk, he somehow make me believe that he and his team will take a good care of our parents. Long before they arrived, the arrangements was discussed and personalized thoughtfully with Mr Savio and Ms Sanita, because we want to make sure that our parents have their best time in doha. And because of that I would like to thanks the mentioned name, of their extra miles service and hospitality, the upgrade of the room, their genuine care. The location is perfect, close to the airport, and near to the city or main attractions. There are 2 good size pool the one that near breakfast restaurant and the one that by the beach. The amount of sunbed and day bed is enough for everyone to have a chil and relaxing day. The breakfast appeared to be the main source of happiness, the spread of all different varieties bread, cold cuts, salad, and croissants, and the life station wow wow ,, I never seen something with so much options,, but all are great, the staff at the breakfast was all attentive and very helpful. Our parents got upgraded to the suite, that allow them to have extra space and a balcony’s with daybed facing beautiful doha city, they spent their time mostly there relaxing with tea. I highly recommend Rixos, for you or family, as the entire resort and their facilities is suites everyone needs. The atmosphere of the entire resort is relaxing and vibing at the beach pool, the cleanliness of the room and public area are well looked after and maintained. For the price that we spent for the 2 nights it’s totally worth and great value. This hotel great for family as they got many activities, recommended to book the room with pool and beach view.

We have just retuned following two weeks stay at Rixos Gulf Doha. The facilities at the hotel and in the hotel room are of a very high standard. The staff at this hotel ensure you have everything you need and are extremely well trained. During our stay we used all restaurants and found the food and drinks to be of excellent standard. The waiter service in the two a la carte restaurants were exceptional, special mention for Togu from Mr Tailor’s and the two young Indian waiters in Rasa. We used the Concierge service to arrange several days out where we found Sonita to be very knowledgeable, helpful she even chased us up the road one morning to provide some additional information to make our trip more enjoyable. There were many instances where staff when beyond the norm but we must mention Sonia and Eric from Customer Relations who were absolutely brilliant in making our stay unforgettable. The staff work very hard ensuring the resort, room and facilities are kept outstandingly clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Rixos Gulf Doha and truly enjoyed every moment of our visit. Our suite was very spacious and perfectly suited for a family of four — comfortable, well-designed, and with plenty of room for everyone to relax. It made our stay especially enjoyable and stress-free. Our children absolutely loved the kids club, and the dedicated kids room located close to the main restaurant was such a thoughtful and convenient touch. It made family dining much easier and more relaxed for us. We visited during Ramadan, and we really appreciated how respectfully and thoughtfully everything was arranged. It was still possible for us to enjoy breakfast without feeling that we were being disrespectful to fasting employees and other guests. The restaurant had the blinds lowered to maintain privacy, which we found very considerate. The same applied to the pool area, where cold drinks were available discreetly inside the small pavilions. Overall, it was a beautiful experience combining comfort, family-friendly facilities, friendly staff and cultural sensitivity. We would happily return again.
