  • All-Inclusive will not be available for sale during the holy month of Ramadan.
  • Tentative Ramadan dates are from 17 February 2026 to 18 March 2026.

Resort Facilities & Services

  • A designated soft beverage station will be available during the day near the pool area. Beverages cannot be consumed in public spaces during fasting hours.
  • A designated smoking area will be accessible during daytime hours.
  • No restrictions on Courtyard Pool (Main Pool) operating hours; open daily from 08:00 to 19:00.
  • Beach Pool (Infinity Pool) and beach area are expected to be closed from 25 February to 3 March.

Food & Beverage Outlets

  • All-Inclusive services will remain available with adjusted timings in line with Ramadan practices.
  • After Iftar (from 19:00):
  • The Pool Bar will serve soft beverages until 00:00.
  • The Lobby Bar will serve soft beverages until 02:00.
  • Alcoholic beverages will be available upon request via In-Room Dining only, from 12:00 to 24:00.
  • A la Carte restaurants will remain closed during the holy month of Ramadan.
  • One outlet will continue to offer buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner with international cuisine.
  • Fasting guests will be provided with Iftar at the outlet or Ramadan Tent, and Sohour at the Ramadan Tent or via In-Room Dining.

Entertainment & Recreation

  • Live Arabic music performances will be available in the Ramadan Tent in a respectful manner aligned with the spirit of the holy month.
  • The Sports Club and group lessons will operate as usual; however, music will be excluded during sessions.
  • The Kids Club will maintain normal operating hours, with select activities such as yoga and disco sessions suspended.

His personalized attention and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression. Youssef was also present to assist briefly, contributing to a smooth and efficient check-in. My room was spacious, bright, and furnished with elegant touches that made it comfortable and inviting. Dining at the hotel was a delight, with an impressive array of international cuisine. The pool area was pristine, and the spa treatments were rejuvenating. The lobby was chic and welcoming, offering a relaxing first impression. Amazing hotel, couldn't recommend it more - they have something for everyone, of any age. Lovely and relaxing and the staff are incredible, a special shoutout to Isa, Hakeen, Rhia and Isaac who coudnt have done anymore for us and very always so welcoming. Really elevated our stay. Couldn't fault anything at all, Rooms were amazing, facilities were always so clean and the food was marvellous, always such a variety for everyone and loved the different cuisines each evening. We stayed for new years eve and the event they put on was out of this world, so well prepared and we had a great evening. Amazing country and great hotel! 10/10 would recommend this hotel and city to all!
