The hotel is truly good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was nice, and both breakfast and dinner were very good. We were visiting from Europe and especially enjoyed the dinners, as the food did not have strong Asian-specific flavors. The menu was neutral and suitable for everyone. The restaurant staff were excellent, and I would like to sincerely thank them for their great service. As for the location, it is in a decent area. It is not very close to the city center, but transportation by taxi is easy and the prices are quite reasonable. The hotel’s check-in policy regarding early arrival is somewhat disappointing. We had rented four rooms and arrived early in the morning at 5 a.m., but none of the rooms were made available to us despite multiple requests. We were asked to pay extra, as they claimed to offer higher-category rooms. As a result, we had to wait in the lobby with our children and even try to rest there, which was not comfortable or appropriate. Eventually, we were checked in at 2:00 p.m. Overall, however, it is a good hotel.

My favourite hotel actually, so clean and smell good and all the service is excellent. Special Thanks to Jawad and suleman for helping us with our luggage and recommendation of restaurant. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation sonia who welcomed us at the entrance. She was always smiling, friendly, and had such a positive energy. Her warm attitude genuinely made my stay more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality

Staff were amazing (in the face of adversity, there having just been a torrential storm across Qatar just before we arrived). Speedy re-organisation of dining etc meant guests still received a 5* service at all times. Food was superb (& available in vast quantities if you are so inclined), Huge range of different national choices available: my wife had sambar & beetroot & fresh fruit & pastries from the breakfast bar while I went for fried eggs, pancakes, beef bacon & maple syrup, all accompanied by excellent coffee (decaf available). Plenty of space around the pool, poolside bar & staff there too being very attentive. Bedroom was immaculate, en suite shower amazing. We will be back!

Very beautiful and nice hotel. Excellent food, everyday something else. Out of the personnel we liked the most ROHAN- waitor in farmhouse- he was the most dedicated to guest satisfaction… he was always smiling, working hard so nobody was waiting for their drinks, friendly and professional. The hotel was insanely clean - after each use of the toilet they clean it after you. We loved it !

This was our first trip abroad with the our little son, and therefore we chose the Rixos Gulf Doha hotel, as Rixos is always consistently high quality, excellent food, and excellent service. And this time, Rixos didn't disappoint us. Everything is undoubtedly at the highest level: food, attitudes towards tourists, service, and friendly staff. We would like to express our special gratitude to Riha, Sadiksha, Ada, Kiki, Arpana, Manilla, Arju and Nadia. They are a prime example for the staff of other international hotels. They are always welcoming, always ready to help, and their smiles fill our every day with light and set us in a good mood. Also, as it turned out, there are many employees from our native Uzbekistan, as well as friendly Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Many Thanks to Aziz, Izzat, Ikrom and others. In general, the are appreciated for our wonderful vacation to Rixos Gulf Doha.
