  • Tentative Ramadan dates are from 17 February 2026 to 18 March 2026.

Resort Facilities & Services

  • A designated soft beverage station will be available during the day near the pool area. Beverages cannot be consumed in public spaces during fasting hours.
  • A designated smoking area will be accessible during daytime hours.
  • No restrictions on Courtyard Pool (Main Pool) operating hours; open daily from 08:00 to 19:00.
  • Beach Pool (Infinity Pool) and beach area are expected to be closed from 25 February to 3 March.

Food & Beverage Outlets

  • All-Inclusive services will remain available with adjusted timings in line with Ramadan practices.
  • After Iftar (from 19:00):
  • The Pool Bar will serve soft beverages until 00:00.
  • The Lobby Bar will serve soft beverages until 02:00.
  • Alcoholic beverages will be available upon request via In-Room Dining only, from 12:00 to 24:00.
  • A la Carte restaurants will remain closed during the holy month of Ramadan.
  • One outlet will continue to offer buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner with international cuisine.

Great hotel. Lovely and clean with excellent outdoor areas. All inclusive package is a must if you like a drink but strangely doesn’t include brandy. All inclusive menus in Rasa and Mr Tailors are a bit restricted and could, perhaps, do with changing a little more often. Overall the food offering was really good. Great location - £4 uk in to town, £5 uk to and from the airport. Would go again. Special mentions to Sergen and Arpan in Rasa who gave us great service and laughs. Also to the hostess Exgi who never failed to have a smile and cheery greeting for us. Lastly Adiyan who kept our room spotlessly clean.

We had a generally positive stay and wanted to share feedback to help others when booking. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and feels luxurious. The Farmhouse breakfast team were excellent by the second day they were proactively accommodating my daughter’s dairy allergy without reminders. Many staff work very hard and we’re grateful for their effort. Our main challenge was the Qatar stopover booking experience. We booked through the stopover website believing there would be some benefit or flexibility, but there were no room-type or upgrade options available only the hotel selection. When we inquired about our room, we were told it should have been selected through a third-party booking, even though that wasn’t an option on the stopover platform. In hindsight, booking directly through the hotel or Booking.com would have allowed us to choose and upgrade our room at the same price, making the stopover program feel unclear and without real added value. The hotel was at full capacity, which likely contributed to some delays resolving room issues, though maintenance was responsive once available for all the matters raised. The property is also very kid-friendly, and we appreciated that. Thank you for everything.

My room was spacious, bright, and furnished with elegant touches that made it comfortable and inviting. Dining at the hotel was a delight, with an impressive array of international cuisine. The pool area was pristine, and the spa treatments were rejuvenating. The lobby was chic and welcoming, offering a relaxing first impression. Housekeeping maintained exceptional cleanliness, and room service was prompt and professional. Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable everywhere. The gym was well-equipped and inviting.
