I had a short at Rixos Gulf Hotel and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. As a Platinum member, I was upgraded to a beautiful ocean-view room, which met expectations and set the tone for a great stay. The all-inclusive package was excellent — with unlimited food and beverages across several dining options. The quality and variety were impressive, and everything was delivered with friendly, professional service. A standout moment was receiving a personal call from the hotel manager just to check in and ensure everything was going well. It was a thoughtful gesture that shows how much the hotel values its loyal guests — something you don’t see everywhere. Overall, it was a seamless and refreshing stay. I’d absolutely recommend Rixos Gulf Hotel to anyone looking for an upscale, all-inclusive experience in Doha.

From the moment we stepped foot into the lobby the service from all staff was exceptional. We were given a complimentary room upgrade. Perfect start to our stay at Rixos. We had the all inclusive option and the food was great. Different variety of flavour some food perfect for all the family. I recently visited with my family The Farmhouse Restaurant at Rixos Gulf Hotel and had a lovely experience. The ambience is very nice and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a calm evening. The service was excellent, with a special mention to Yaren for her warm and attentive hospitality that truly made the visit stand out. The food was good and paired well with the overall atmosphere. A great place to dine if you’re looking for good service and a relaxing setting.

I’d like to share my experience during my stay: I mentioned in my booking that it was my birthday and also called room service the night before to request a slice of cake, but unfortunately nothing was provided. That was disappointing since it was a special day. There’s no water available near the cabanas and umbrellas. It’s very hot outside, and guests have to walk to the kiosk to ask for water, which doesn’t feel convenient at all. The AC in my room wasn’t cooling properly. They upgraded me to a Premier room, but honestly it didn’t feel like an upgrade—just a balcony and no bathtub. The food in the restaurant was very ordinary and bland. Nothing really stood out, and it felt more like a 4-star hotel standard. The all-inclusive package doesn’t feel worth it. It’s more like a full board, not what I expected from an all-inclusive stay. Overall, I feel like the experience didn’t really match a 5-star all-inclusive hotel, and I hope the hotel can improve on these areas.
