Had a wonderful dining experience! The food was really good... flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The ambiance was cozy and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a nice meal with friends or family. Special mention to Krizzy, who made the experience even better! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The housekeeping service was excellent — the room was always very clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The bed sheets and towels were fresh every day, and everything was neatly arranged. The bathroom was spotless and smelled nice, which made my stay even more comfortable. The housekeeping staff were polite, friendly, and always did their job with great attention to detail. I really appreciate how they kept the room tidy and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, the cleaning standard in this hotel is very high, and it truly made my stay pleasant and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great housekeeping service.

Review of Rixos Gulf Hotel I booked a last-minute trip with a friend and decided to stay at the Rixos Gulf. Unfortunately, my initial experience at reception was disappointing, and breakfast on the first morning was quite stressful. The person in charge was shouting loudly when directing customers and his staff , and the team looked visibly distressed. I shared my feedback with him, and he mentioned that he had only recently joined and was trying to improve the breakfast service to achieve a 5-star experience for guests. However, breakfast should be a calm and pleasant environment, even when it’s busy or full of children — this was not the level of service I expected. At around 1.30 in the afternoon I went back to reception to check if our room was ready I noticed the Assistant Front Office Manager Qais Shaheen on how attentively he handled another guest and decided to speak with him directly about my concerns. Qais listened carefully and immediately took action to improve our stay. His professionalism and genuine care turned my experience around. I would also like to mention Shakeel, the pool attendant, who was exceptionally helpful, and Chakra at the pool bar, who provided fantastic service throughout my stay. I’ve traveled to many countries, and I still believe Dubai leads the way in hospitality. At Rixos Gulf, a handful of people truly lived up to that standard — especially the team members I’ve mentioned. Thank you to them for making a lasting impression; without their outstanding service, I might not have considered returning. Hj/TJ

My stay at the Rixos Gulf Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. I didn't know what to expect and I was surprised by how clean, modern and comfortable everything is. I noticed that everyone in Qatar is so friendly and helpful and the staff here strives to make your stay memorable. Located close to the airport, it's the perfect choice when you find yourself in Doha, whether be it a short stay or even prolonged vacation. My room was big. bright and very modern. The king size bed was super comfortable and I enjoyed a partial view to the Corniche and the bay. While here I had the privilege to visit some other rooms and you'll find everything you might desire. I only got to spend one night so I have to come back and enjoy their services to the fullest. I do recommend this hotel.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at this restaurant, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special and well taken care of. A big thank you to Ada, Bhim, and Manila, who went above and beyond to make the evening memorable. Their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and cheerful attitude added so much to the celebration. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served with a genuine smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to mark such a special occasion. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back again soon!
