Our stay was truly fantastic! The buffet food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes that satisfied everyone in our group. What made it even more special was that my entire family (all 12 of us!) had an incredible time. The staff was attentive, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everything exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Booked in the Hotel the reception staffs were excellent. Main Restaurant staff Rahul and Imilka extremely pleasant ver accommodating. Pool side Chandan excellent guy takes time to speak to you.. makes you feel really welcomed at Rixos. Evening entertainment is really good especially the Motown singers. There was a something for everyone. Thoroughly recommend this hotel if anyone is planning a holiday to Ras Al Kaimah

Room 3129 – A Truly Wonderful Stay! I stayed in Room 3129 and genuinely loved my experience at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed — the lobby and common areas were spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere. My room (3129) was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay — a cozy bed, efficient air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and neatly organized amenities. The food was consistently delicious — I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh options. Every meal felt like a treat. The pool area was another highlight — it was sparkling clean, not overcrowded, and perfect for relaxing. A special mention goes to the housekeeping staff, who were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail made a huge difference. Overall, it’s the kind of hotel I would gladly return to without hesitation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and welcoming place to stay!

11 night stay at the Rixos, the staff, food and facilities were excellent. Faiz on the kids pool bar was excellent very friendly and professional as were the lifeguards who were excellent with the kids. Guest services were very helpful with an allergy in our party and helped put us at ease. A really when run hotel with excellent staff will definitely be back!
